The hotel was OK but there was a little bit of black mold on the celing above the shower and the tub looked really old, little dingy.
I am sorry to hear that you were not completely satisified during your visit. "Good hotel for the price"
safe location convenient to many restaurants.. Good coffee for breakfast! slightly lumpy pillows though..Also, the heating/air unit was so close to my side of the bed it was not easy to walk comfortably past it, but not a really big issue..

"mold"
There was heavy mold around the bathtub. There was also a moldy scum dripping from two ice machines. The managemant said they would take care of it, but this was the result of long term neglect. We wont ever stay here again!

Front desk people very kind and understanding. We had to cut our visit short due to a death back home. Very understanding. Also people at Hotel. com were very kind and credited our credit card for the two nights we did not stay. Thank you for understanding.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. It was a great room for the money. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We arrived very late and the desk clerk asked if we needed them to open the breakfast area so we could get something to eat. I've never had that experience anywhere else. The only negative was that on the weekdays, they stop serving breakfast […] at 9:00 a.m. which is a little early if vacationing. They serve a full breakfast that was both tasty and offered a good variety. We would definitely stay there again. Lesa meira
"Gooe hotel for the money."
We had a comfortable stay, I needed hotel to be closer to my conference at ETSU. Directions I got from the internet were awful, beware of Browns MiLL Road. Locals couldn't help us.Font desk people couldn't get us to hotel. I will stay again now that I know how to get to hotel.Breakfast was good, and nice 'retired school teacher working in breakfast […] area'. Over all visit was good for price. Lesa meira
"Great location, breakfast"
This hotel has comfort, cleanliness and a convenient, safe location. The free breakfast has eggs, ham, and other typical continental breakfast offerings. Yogurt too! The mattresses were thick and comfortable. Guest rooms were large.(we had a king suite). Overall a great value for the area & quality of the hotel.

My family really enjoyed the hotel. Pool was great, breakfast was good, and the room was very comfy.
