Flott hótel í gömlu húsi en full hljóðbært á milli herbergja. Var með herbergi út að götu og það er slatta traffík þarna hjá allan sólarhringinn. Einnig fór gesturinn í herberginu fyrir ofan okkur að færa til hús gögn kl. 5 um morguninn.

Hótelið er í góðu umhverfi og starfsfólk mjög vinalegt. Rétt handan við hornið eru sporvagnarnir bæði gömlu sem fara upp brekkurnar og í gegnum ítalska og kínahverfið og endar á Market þar sem allar verslanirnar eru. Nýju sporvagnarnir þeir fara meðfram bryggjunum og sjávarsíðunni og hægt er að taka þá eða labba að bryggju 35 að mig minnir þar sem ferjan til Alcatrez er. Eina sem hefði fullkomnað þessa hóteldvöl var ef það hefði verið þráðlaust net upp í herberginu. En það er eingöngu í andyrinu. Mun klárlega gista aftur á þessu hóteli í framtíðinni þegar farið verður aftur til San Francisco

Við vorum að leita að hóteli miðsvæðis í San Francisco og sem væri á hagstæðu verði, hreinlegt. Hótel Diva uppfyllti þessar kröfur auk þess að vera með mjög góða og persónulega þjónustu.

SFO is conveniently located 12 miles south of San Francisco. BART, or the Bay Area Rapid Transit, links San Francisco International Airport with The City (as San Francisco is commonly known among locals). The airport is conveniently located to businesses in the north and residential and business communities to the south. Some of the leading biotech and Silicon Valley companies are within minutes of the airport.

"Comfort and convenience by the SF Airport"
We used this Courtyard as a base for exploring the SF area on our 5th trip to the bay area. The hotel is located near to several freeways (280, 380, 101, 80) which makes it easy to get anywhere by car. There are several restaurants nearby that serve food late (BJs, Chili's - practically in the parking lot) and others. Even Target and a local area mall […] are just down the street about a half a mile away! Bed was SUPER comfortable and seemed to contour to the body. Sheets and pillows were soft and comfortable as well. It was great having the pool and jacuzzi indoors with the bay area chill in the air. "the hotel courtyard by marriott"
it is a very nice hotel. the only two things that bugged me was that i never did find the elevator and they did not have a full service restaurant as at other courtyards. they were very helpful to me showing up 5 hours early. they actually had a room available and i was able to check in and do my errands. i would stay here again.

"Comfortable and quiet hotel"
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Room were well soundproofed. The shuttle to the airport was quick, just make sure that you show up early because of a limited capacity (8 people per trip). A complimentary breakfast would have been appreciated.

"Quiet, Clean, convenient to SFO"
Typical Marriott Courtyard quality. Very close to SFO but setback in an office complex so actually pretty quiet considering. A Chili's restaurant is across the street and down a block which is pretty convenient. Staff very cheerful and helpful.

Very convenient location 10 minutes from SFO. Important when you are bumped from you flight as we were. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility was bright and clean including the room where we stayed. Comfortable bedding and well functioning TV. Overall great value for the traveler. Would stay there again when/if the opportunity arose.

"Not our favorite"
I can't say that it was the quality of this Courtyard that is lacking. Maybe we just got a bad room. I felt like this is the first time that a hotel we booked on Hotels.com, gave us the worst possible room available. It was a room on the first floor next to an exit/entry door and right across the door to the indoor pool area. We were woken several times […] by doors slamming and loud talking and people running. The place is after all a hotel near the airport. We thought we'd save a few buck by staying a little outside San Francisco but maybe that wasn't a good idea this time. We have stayed at other Courtyard sites before with better results. Can't recommend this one though.... Lesa meira

"Lovely Place"
This is a great place to stay when visiting San Francisco, especially on short notice. The rates are much more reasonable than staying in the city, and it is only about a twenty minute drive to Golden Gate. This hotel has a lovely indoor pool, fully stocked store, and nice rooms with ample amenities and comfortable beds. "Nice place to stay"
This is a mid-range hotel - nothing fancy yet the decor was well thought out, comfortable, and modern. My room was a large and quiet except for only one loud airplane. It's conveniently near the freeway but not so close to hear it. The neighborhood is suburban and felt safe. I would definitely recommend it if you need or prefer to be close to the airport […] or the area. It is not too convenient for tourists who want to SF by foot or public transportation though. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere in the lobby is very nice. Coffee bar and snacks readily available & will charge directly to your room if you are in a hurry. A little closer to the airport than I had thought. Not good if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise nice location and very professional staff!

Pros: This hotel is near the airport, shopping and restaurants. It has great freeway access. Pool is easily accessed from throughout the hotel. It has a great courtyard for enjoying the outdoors. "Worst service staff i've seen"
Especially in the breakfast area. Extremely rude and not welcoming at all. Never knew Mariott hired such employees. The reception were not friendly at all. Will not stay here again.

"really disappointed"
I have stayed at Marriott courtyard in san Bruno numerous times because of it's convenient location near the company for whim I consult. it's always been a great experience until this time. when we checked in, i had to eait while 2 front desk staff chatted with a guest (vs one of themhelping me) we asked about location of something from person at 'coffee […] bar' who said, 'I don't know' (vs asking someone). there was no coffee in our room for the machine. when I asked if someone could bring it up, I was told I'd have to come down and get I myself. (the next morning I realized, we also had no coffee cups!). when I called the front desk to ask about how to know what movies were playing, I was old, 'I don't know' - no solution! Lesa meira

The hotel was very clean and so was our room. When we booked with hotels.com we were told that that the hotel has a 24 hours shuttle to the airport. This was a requirement that we needed. The operator told me that they requested a shuttle for 4AM. When we got to the hotel we were told they did not have shuttle service until 430 this would not work for […] our 515 flight. The night manager arranged for one of the night shift people at the hotel to take us to the airport to make our flight. I recommend this hotel but I do not recommend Hotels.com they will tell you anything just to get the booking. Lesa meira
Quiet, clean and comfortable. I arrived at the airport about 10 p.m. I called the hotel to ask about the shuttle and found that it was dispatched only in response to requests--at least at that hour. I waited about 15-20 minutes.

"Near Airport...Hotel could have been better"
This hotel is very near to the airport and shopping malls and also Bart train station. Hotel decor is good but the rooms are quite old. There is only 1 elevator in the hotel and its located in the very corner. We got a room at the other corner and it was quite boring to walk the dull aisles. If you are staying for a night, this was a good option

"Surprisingly Good !"
For a hotel practically next to an airport, it is surprisingly nice. Quiet and clean, and very convenient to SFO.

The hotel was very nice, nicer than expected for what I paid. It is not far from a mall and places to eat if you are willing to walk a couple of blocks. The BART (basically the subway) is only about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and gets you easily into down town. Great if you don't want to rent a car (I am glad I didn't). "Noise and back sliding glass window"
This hotel is quite noisy with all of the airport noise. The back sliding glass door on the 1st floor overlooks the parking lot so you can't open the curtains because people parking the car can look in. Everyone seems to have a horn attached to their car alarm so you can hear that as well.

This hotel is very convenient to major highways and SFO airport. We had a great stay and were downtown SFO in 15-20 minutes. Excellent valuye for the money.

The overall hotel stay was dealable. The only reason i was not personally satisfied is that i was looking forward to a hotel higher than 2-3 floors high. The Staff was very welcoming. But the room was in great condition for a one night stay.

This is not the first time that we have stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott San Francisco Airport (San Bruno), but we definitely enjoyed it again. Our room and especially the bathroom were exceptionally clean. What a pleasure to experience such friendly service and attention to detail! The amenities, such as clean pool and spa, weight room, free internet, […] parking plus meeting rooms, restaurant etc. can please the business as well as vacation traveller. "Short-staffed"
The hotel is not bunched with other airport hotels, so the shuttle service from SFO was slow. They were really understaffed at night. An airport hotel should be well staffed when flights are coming in.

"Not in busy area"
I thought this would be in the city but it was kind of in a random area with not much around. Had to travel about 15 minutes to where I wanted to be.

This is an outstanding value near the San Francisco airport rental car center. After going through a somewhat depressed area to get there, the hotel is situated in an office and professional area with a Chili's resturant nearby and easy access to Hwy 101 and the airport. Highly recommend
"good hotel"
We were looking to stay one night in the area while we played tourist. We didn't need anything fancy, but didn't want a cheap motel either. We were pleased. It was as advertised. The breakfast was good. We bought a package with the breakfast included and they didn't have any record of that so be sure to bring your receipt. "No electricity"
Had no electricity in the morning. Difficult to prepare oneself if no lights. Went to front desk and sarcastically told me to get a flash light. They did not even want to give me a discount.
