Loved it.

I picked this hotel becauce of the free parking, free wi-fi and shuttle service to Disneyland. When we arrived at the hotel we were suprised of the location, it's not a bad area there is just not a lot of stuff near the hotel. To use the shuttle service to Disney you have to sign up with a depature time, no problem, and a pick up time. We were going […] to Disney, how would we know when we wanted to come back!? The hotel desk clerk told me that the fireworks at Disney were at 8:30, so we arranged a 9:30 pick up. Turns out the fireworks were at 9:30, so we missed them, wife and kids NOT HAPPY!!!! So the next day I asked for a 10:30 pick up, the desk clerk said the last shuttle is at 9:30. I argued with her for 10 minutes before she finally would call the manager, who wasn't there. We got the 10:30 pick up time. The conversation with the clerk did NOT make me happy!!! Next, the hotel offered free wi-fi on their posting, that was one of the reasons we picked it. When we tried to use the wi-fi the hotel clerk, different from the shuttle argument, advised me that the free wi-fi was for Preferred Members. Begin 10 minute "talk" with clerk. Finally got free wi-fi. The hotel it self is very clean, and in good shape. The rooms were nice and clean. I wouldn't stay here again just because of the shuttle and wi-fi drama. We asked for a quiet part of the hotel. The walls were so thin that we could hear the room next door's television all night. The bed was hard as a rock - very uncomfortable. When we arrived we noticed that the toilet would not flush. We called the front desk and asked for maintenance to come and look at it. No one came. When i arrived at the location, they did not have the room i reserved AND paid for. The hotel clerk mumbled something about being 99% full and we could have a Queen and a roll away. I specifically selected this 4 star hotel becuase it had non-smoking rooms with 2 doubles available. it was close to midnight and sort of desparate, so we agreed to a KING […] room. When we arrived to the room, it smelled like smoke. Only to find out this non-smoking hotel has smoking rooms. Also, the hotel is more of a motel with the room entrances facing the busy freeway. The hotel was very easy to find which was good since it was just me and my son traveling. The front desk staff was very helpful and suggested some things for us to do. The shuttle to and from Disney was convenient and I'm glad the hotel stored our bags after we checked out so we could spend time at the park. Convenient location if you are going to Disneyland and want to stay away from the madness, or are there for business at the Anaheim Convention Center or surrounding area. Not a lot of food options outside the 2 restaurants in the hotel close by so you better have a rental car. Neighborhood is industrial but the hotel is conveniently right next to the […] freeway. Helicopters hovered around the hotel every 15 or 20 minutes, the noise was loud even above the roar of the traffic from Hwy 91 right in front of the hotel. Large gaps under the doors allowed in the roaring noise of the traffic. The industrial neighborhood that the hotel is located in appeared to be a high crime area, and the hovering helicopters added […] to that perception. This hotel was horrible. Do not let the name "Crown Plaza" fool you into thinking this is actually a 4 star hotel. Where do I even begin!? I called the morning of my check in to request early check in. The person on the phone acted as if it was such an inconvenience for me to ask. When they said it was not an option since they were fully occupied, […] they had a rude tone. I travel often and completely understand that early check in is not always possible and I am okay with that but it is all about how it is communicated. I arrived at the hotel to check in that afternoon and was shocked to discover the lack of hospitality and manners this hotel presented. The person at the front desk was cold and recited a list of "Do's and Don'ts" making me feel as if I was being scolded and warned "or else"... -No Pets Allowed -No disturbing your neighboors -No loud noises -NO NO NO this list could go on. They sounded like a tape recorder and treated each guest checking in at the same time the same exact way. It was unprofessional and did not at all make me feel welcome. I asked where my room was at since I was confused on where to go and the guy spoke so quickly that I did not understand what he was saying and asked him to kindly repeat it. Once again, it was inconvenient for him. The room was clean but very small and nothing to write home about. I was given a coupon for free breakfast and called the front desk the next morning to ask about where it was located. No joke, the front desk said "Don't you have a packet that you got upon check in? It should say it in there". I said yes and did not have it on me and eventually she gave me an answer. My friend and I went down to the restaurant for a mediocre buffet. As we were in the middle of our meal, the waiter asked where my second coupon was for my guest. I told him I was only given one upon check in but that the front desk was aware that someone was staying with me. The waiter would not honor the coupon for both of us so I aske Lesa meira

Hotel is of a reasonable size . Has a small pool in a central green area and a small gym. Hotel is in good condition and seams well looked after. Staff are nice allowing us to check in several hours early after a long drive from Las Vegas. Found room to be of good size and very clean . large T.V with reasonable number of channels. The room I had was […] at the back of the hotel and had a patio window with a small balcony. Hotel was about 20 mins from Disney which is the reason we chose it. Hotel is right on freeway so access is easy however traffic can be quite loud at front of hotel , my suggestion would be to get a tower room ( these have internal room doors ) at back of hotel. The one negative is the area hotel is in . It is in the main an industrial area with a large truck trailer storage yard to the rear.Though we did feel safe. With the exception of a petrol station there is nothing near the hotel. Resturants and shops are around 5mins away by car Lesa meira

Reasonable rates, nice rooms and pool, on site restaurant with separate bar only a few miles from Disneyland with free shuttles to and from the park every 30 min. Friendly staff = A great value. My 9 yr old daughter and I had a blast.

Great stay, great hotel.

Very impressed with rooms and rate, overall very nice hotel. The only complaint we were next to the Housekeeping crew area and they made alot of noice early in the morning getting ready for their rounds. Beds were very comfortable.

I stayed 3 days at this hotel, Our saty at this hostel was very satisfied. The receiptionist was nice and polite and the treatment was excellent... This hotel is very nice. I would recoment this hostel for All.

hotel is not bad - not so good neighborhood but convenient from a freeway access point of view. they were very understaffed the day of my stay so it took them 45 minutes to check me in - not fun!

Hotel is right off the 91 freeway which is great. It's in a nice secluded area. We had a great view from our room, of the pool. We were impressed with our room; it was clean and updated. There were 2 sinks; one inside the bathroom and out which was convenient. Plenty of lighting. Lobby was clean and nice. Starbucks served coffee inside the hotel. Parking […] was easy. Lesa meira

The staff at this hotel really knows how to take care of their guests. Everything exceeded my expectations from the check in to check out. The staff at the desk were super friendly and took the time to make sure everything was right. Only a few minutes from Disneyland without all of the traffic, parking problems and kids running up & down the halls. […] I strongly recommend this for adults visiting Disneyland but families with kids would love it too. Beautiful hotel, great price! Customer service was amazing, check-in was so easy, the room was nice and comfortable with coffee machine, refrigerator, tv and easy to connect to wifi on my laptop. My son and I stayed there on a Saturday night. The lobby was attractive.. The desk attendents were friendly and helpful. One attendent took time to locate a specific restaurant by internet and map and showed me how to get there easily. The room was clean and the beds and linens were very comfy. Room check in was, however individual staffing the front desk had a difficult time explain how to use the shuttle. When we reached our room there were room service dishes sitting by the front door. As house keeping was on the floor at that time I figured they would handle them. After going on a 30+ min walk the dirty dishes/food was still sitting at […] my door. This is a bueatiful hotel with a shuttle service and a very nice and very helpful staff. We stayed inside the hotel itself. This is the only way to go...... If you stay outside it seems to me more like a motel 6 or soemthing. Everything was great. Only three complaints... 1st - shower did not drain so well and the water preasure was not good. 2nd - […] They hold $58.00 on your account check out day and your bank can take up to 5 business days to release. 3rd. The shuttle is closed from 12-5pm... So, if you are planning on taking a lunch outside of the parks you will need your own transportation. Other than that GREAT HOTEL!!!!!! Lesa meira

This hotel was very well kept, the staff was friendly and courteous. The restaurant was convenient after a long day and not wanting to travel outside to get a bite to eat! The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

The room was a very good value for the money. It was nice and clean and we had an inside room by the pool which made for a nice view. It also had a free shuttle to Disneyland, but no free breakfast. I only had 2 complaints...the beds were way too small for 2 adults(they were only double beds/not queen). On the morning of our check out we had planned […] to sleep in because we had gotten in late from Disneyland, but at 8:10am the housekeeper was knocking on our door and when we didn't open she started coming in. I have never stayed at a hotel where they start knocking at 8am and then when you don't answer try to come in anyway. Lesa meira

The facility and rooms were much better than expected. The check-in personnel were very courteous and helpful.

This hotel seemed alright at first view, apart from the exterior entrances to rooms. Once I went to shower I thought otherwise. The water pressure was low and the water actually shut off in the middle of my shower and I couldn't finish showering. The hotel did nothing about it except send up a maintenance guy to say "I guess it's working now." When […] I talked to the manager he said he doesn't see the water shutting off as being a problem. When I book what I expect to be a nice hotel I expect to be able to finish my shower. Poor maintenance and less than friendly staff. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Lesa meira

The hotel is nice and clean overall, but the service at the front desk is awful. The surrounding area and town is boring with nothing to see or do. There is nothing within walking distance. I recommend this hotel to others only because I believe it is nice for the location it is in.

When I checked in, I was informed by the front desk that my room was not yet stocked with towels. The towels were supposed to be delivered to my room within an hour. After checking in I dropped my luggage at the room and didn't return until late at night. I hadn't thought to check to see if the towels were delivered. In the morning I awoke and discovered […] that the towels never came. I called the front desk and was told they would be delivered right away. Nobody ever came after an hour and I had to leave without showering. The towels were not stocked until the normal housekeeping service came. When I complained to the front desk, I was given no apology nor shown any sense of concern whatsoever. I see a general lack of empathy and attention and from all of the front desk staff. Good hotel in a good location. The only thing is to ask for an insdie room because some rooms face the 91 freeway. It is a little noisy, but with the windows and doors closed it nearly drowned out all the noise. Staff were helpful and friendly.

clean, you have to drive a bit for local fast food but have great room service.

The Crowne Plaza Fullerton Hotel is in a very covenient location. Close to Disneyland and Knott'ss Berry Farm and our kids! Great resteraunts in the area and close to the hotel. The main thing was the room price was right.

The staff were very friendly. We needed to check in early and they allowed us to do so as early as 11:00 a.m. We specifically stayed here to go to Disneyland and the location was OK, but not great. They did have shuttle busses that ran to Disney, but only ran in the early morning and the evening. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We recently stayed in this 3 1/2 star hotel. While it was clean and somewhat comfortable, it certainly didn't live up to it's rating. This hotel had a noisy window air conditioner, no elevator near room (we used the servicde elevator) and was very old and somewhat run down. Basically, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to someone who expects a 3 1/2 star […] hotel to be a cut above. The day before we stayed here we spent a night in the Ayres hotel in Anaheim and it was much better and only rated as a 3 star. Lesa meira
