The room was large enough for a 7 member family. The beds were a little too soft for us, but the hotel was in the process of renovations. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location is quiet, off the hustle and bustle of Westheimer and the Sam Houston Frwy. Staff are most welcoming and there are the chocolate chip cookies during the week. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet offered every morning. There is enough variety that one can change it up everyday. It is not a restaurant. I liked the porridge to start. I usually […] took a milk and yougurt with some fruit for later. Coffee is always available. There is supper to be had Monday to Thursday complimentary from 5:30 to 6:30 with a varied simple menu. It is posted on the fridge in the suites. Families can feed their young children things they like before going to the restaurant. Saving dollars and tempers and whining babes. It was great one rainy miserable evening. Beer and wine available also. The suite we had 214 was not a great place for a view and the air conditioner was loud. We were too busy to bother with a change. Near the last day of an 8 night stay I noticed that the peep hole from the interior was plugged with tissue. Mentioned it to staff. Bed was good although back started to ache for it's own bed after 8 nights. I like all the pillows. I don't like the comforters because I don't know how often they are cleaned and replaced. The people are very friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a mix-up with our room the first night. We had to stay in a smaller room. But, the did get our correct room the following night and were very friendly and helpful about it. It was clean and the breakfast was very nice. This is a very nice hotel. Kept up very nice. We were only here for a road trip stop-over but the beds are very comfy and they have really nice pillows. We took advantage of the free breakfast the next morning.

Good = Close to everything including freeway. Grocery and pharmacy right down the way. Great room for family. Two seperate king bedrooms. Breakfast included. Dogs are welcome. Kenneth at the front desk was very helpful. Other staff were super nice as well. TV's nice. Kitchen appliances and dishes were nice. Nice neighborhood. We felt safe. Other folks […] staying at the hotel were pleasant. Bad= Lock on bedroom door was broke. Pans in kitchen were super cheap and hard to cook with. House keeper tried to chase use out by 10:00am on the day we were leaving. They were out of coffee everyday in the lobby. The quality of the breakfast food was low. Shower pressure was terrible. Monday must be laundry day at the hotel. The water pressure in the shower coursed on and off and many times was nonexistant. At times in would course on and burn you. The pool was broken. Not enough garbage cans for a family. The maid did not refill the room coffee. One day out of six. The have a small store on site, but no food for purchase. Lesa meira

For our visit to Houston. This was a great choice to stay. They had an Indoor pool which was great being that it was rainy outside! I would definately recommend this hotel. Especially if your traveling with children.

When we 1st arrived and checked in our room the main bedroom smelled like urine. They were nice and changed our room to another. Did not have in room safe as it stated and the wireless internet was down. the hot tub was broken and was only Luke warm. the bathroom vent did not work. the doors did not lock in room only front door. breakfast was good and […] they did get internet on the next day and the hot tub by the time we were leaving. The hotel location really worked at our advantage. It was close to my office and close to galleria mall and all other Houston sightings. The staff were nice and friendly. The hotel serves breakfast and dinner so it saved us a lot of travel costs as well as we stayed 5 days in the hotel.

The room was very nice and very clean. All hotel employees were very friendly and helpfull. The free breakfast that was advertised was not provided so we had to make other plans at the last minute at an added expence.

The hospitality was excellent, everyone was friendly and helpful. The accomodations were excellent - the bed comfy, the room clean, the breakfast and dinner yummy. The location was also close to the freeway and made our traveling easy.

Hotel offered the Homewood consistancy, comfortable beds and other amenities. Only negative here was the quality and variety of food offered for the welcome home reception was not nearly as good as other Homewoods I have stayed at. Also, the breakfast was much weaker.
