Excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely use this hotel again. The only issue I can come up with was an intermittently operating cable box in the bedroom. Very good breakfast – included - and beer and pizza the Thursday evening we arrived.

My friends had to wait about 6 hours to get in their room. They had requested a room near mine. They were told the room was ready abut when they went in the room it was defective. We all waited in my room until the situation could be resolved. The wait was really inconvenient.

I have stayed at this hotel before and enjoy it except that they never are able to fulfill the room location requests.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The staff was competent, pleasant, and easily accomodated an early check-in.

The staff was courteous. There was an event in town that caused the hotel to be full and there was a little bit of a party in the lobby. But, they did not distrub me as the room seem to insulated very well from noise inside and outside of the hotel. Breakfast was good, except waffles are not served on the weekend. The hotel was VERY nice and VERY clean. The breakfast was pretty good, wasn't bad at all. It was very quiet and peaceful. Only negative was that when we got there we had to wait about 45 mins for our room to be ready. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I asked to change rooms and was allowed to, but the clerk wasn't very friendly about it. We used the sofabed the first night, and the maid only pulled the covers over it the next day, she did not fold it back up and left a blanket on the floor.

Good hotel, but my comforter was ripped on the top and the towel holder was literally hanging out of the drywall. Great breakfast and good service though. Great area to stay in.

Overall accommodations were very good. However, the coffee pot was clogged causing it to malfunction, the bedside alarm clock took a call to the front desk to begin to figure out how to set the correct time, and the mirrored closet door was off it's track totally falling and tipping the lamp over. Lots of space, a comfy bed, separate living room and a kitchenette. It was perfect for our family during our visit for a horse show.

Bed had to be stripped and changed as soon as we arrived due to several stains on mattress cover. Staff very nice and helpful and they were very upset over bed situation. Overall stay was fine after a rocky start. Breakfast area was very nice.

Overall an excellent hotel, good location with many good restaurants within walking distance. One of the best complimentary breakfast ever. Only negative point would be the position of the flood lights, they tend to shine in the windows from the outside especially in the suites on the ground floor.

Overall a great place to stay would have gotten a 5 star rating except of being able to hear the occupant of the adjacent room snoring - I would have thought the sound proofing to be a little better in a hotel of this class. One of the best complimentary breakfast we have ever had.

Exactly what we expected. A perfect place to stay if you're going to be there for more than one day. Wish I could have stayed longer! The staff were wonderful and very courteous and helpful. Only one tiny complaint: the suites could use a waste basket in EVERY room--ours had only two waste baskets.

The room was very clean and had NO smoke smell. The halls did have smoke smell so I was a bit worried. The breakfast was great. The directions bring you to the back of the hotel and there is no sign. The front of the hotel faces Maryland Way so watch for it! I would stay here again.

Bottom Line, I might stay again MAYBE/ IF. Homewood has good things going, if I were still working, I'd might stay there. Location, friendly staff, good common areas, hot breakfast was quite nice, an afternoon-evening, complimentary, light meal complete with Draft beers. Many travelers just want a light meal and catch up on their days work. We enjoyed […] the pool, the Computer room. Downside: Room A/Cs are in the inside wall, bad news. Our room was very cool, I reset the thermostat to 77 but noticed how loud the AC was and the large vertical cover protruded 2 inch from the wall at the bottom. It has 2 attachment rails but wasn't in the lower. Lifting it to reattach it properly, I saw the filter. It was heavily matted, dust was clinging to the inside of the panel and face of the unit. I discreetly took the filter to the desk clerk, Maintenance arrived, put a Filter in, installed the panel. That should end the story but, when we got back from our evening meal, the AC was running. Good grief, the noise. We weren’t going to change rooms at 10 PM. I set the temp to 79 degrees, the outside temp was cooling, we slept, but warmly that night. I heard A/C units, in nearby rooms, ours wasn't the only one. We cranked the A/C down in the evening, while gone, then up to 79, so we could sleep without noise, 2 more nights. The dirty A/C made us critique the rooms cleanliness, it was “Fair”. If, a next time, I'd ask to go to the room first and listen, and look, at the A/C. Lesa meira

Clean, comfortable, aesthetically pleasant. Comfortable beds, helpful staff, clean room and hotel. Near the highway, restaurants, and grocery store. The outdoor pool is a wonderful retreat. Morning breakfast was great, as well. The only issue was the business center: the printer wasn't functioning properly and one of the computers was not working as […] well. Very comfortable....clean and friendly. It feels like a home away from home. The beds are amazingly comfortable.

On arriival room temp. 80 degree. Asks when reg. to extend 1 more day. Came back next evening locked out of room. 2 trips to front desk. Get room open. Find all my close piled in my bag even the ones on hangers that were in the closet. A/c so loud could not hear tv or sleep well.

Loved the place the only big complaint was that we booked nonsmoking turned down large suite because it was smoking instead booked two rooms and they smelled heavily of cigarette smoke....very disappointing

The general condition of the hotel was "DRAB"...and I expected more from a Hilton brand hotel!!!

Staying at the Brentwood Homewood Suites was great! We wanted to stay outside of Nashville, but close enough and this was perfect. Hotel staff were friendly and professional, breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and big. Restaurants and stores nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was a little diffcult to find,but was located in a very quiet area but also convenient to restaurants and highways.The check in process was seam less.The room was clean and adequately stocked.The breakfast offered was great.Overall an great value.

This hotel was great. Our kids got to sleep on the pull out couch in the "living room". While we had a separate bedroom. They have 24hr coffee, and a hot breakfast in the morning, and a hot dinner at night. Which was a huge and convenient surprise to us. The only negative thing about our stay was the bathtub. The drain was soooooo slow that you were […] wading in ankle deep water while you took a shower. And the toilet ran the whole time. We also liked that the hotel was only about 10-15 minutes away from downtown Nashville. It was no problem getting to see all the attractions that are near by. Lesa meira
