Good location - good breakfast. only 10 min taxi drive from the Bologna airport. Transport via taxi 15 EUR good location for stop over.

My husband and I went to Bolognia for a romantic holiday and also to explore the pizzerias because we are in that business. We choce Hotel Metropolitan because of the location, the price and the beautiful pictures on the webside. It was much more than we expected. Its perfectly located in the center near the trainstation and shops and restaurants. The staff was very very helpful and did everything to make our stay as good as posible. The breakfast was very good with great coffe and there was always candlelights in the morning. Our room was in the olivegarden and it was beautifuly decorated og there were sunbeds outside the room. The room was always clean and we were never bothered when we were in the room by staff that was cleaning or filling up the minibar or something. Hopefully we are going to visit Metropolitan hotel again someday :)

"nice room, comfortable"
Only problem we had was there was a wedding reception there one night and when we got back to the hotel, there was no place to park.
"Too expensive for the value"
When we got to the hotel, which is hard to do, we couldn't park anywhere close because a wedding was going on which completely shut down anything else at the hotel We couldn't eat dinner because the restaurant was closed to us, but not to the wedding party. Crap!!!
"potrebbe migliorare molto"
La nostra "suite" pagata profumatamente, non era altro che una doppia un divano letto aperto e quindi già siamo partiti un pò male per chi viaggia con bambini perche ti costringe a non poter guardare la tele o ascoltare musica senza dar fastidio ( motivo per il quale uno si prende la suite). Spoglia in quanto a mobilio, e la pulizia che lascia molto […] a desiderare sia nella stanze che nella zona di piscina e giardini.Alcuni dettagli ti lasciano un pò perplesso, mà la colazione è buonissima anche se un pò scarsina, il personale è gentile,, il paesaggio meraviglioso ed i dintorni valgono la visita. Ci tornerei volentieri, ma non a quei prezzi di sicuro!!!!! Lesa meira
