Firstly, our 3 night stay was great value for the money we prepaid from Australia on a special internet deal. The friendly efficient service of the staff, the comfort of our accommodation, the location and the onsite underground parking will all be memorable features that will secure return visits from us to this most agreeable hotel.

We booked a one-bedroom suite on the third floor facing The Remarkable Mountains for four nights here and couldn't have been more pleased. The suite was spacious, well-decorated, in close proximity to city center (the hill is good exercise!), and provided everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. I would book here again without hesitation!

A great venue with excellent service. Hotel and rooms need maintenance attention - room lock did not close properly, ozone smell from lift control room dangerous, and food smell on patio from restaurant not pleasant.

This is one of the best value places we have ever stayed. The suite was really beautiful and fantastically fitted out. We had views over the lake and mountains and a balcony to enjoy it all from. If the walk up the hill from the town is too much, get the bus, it runs very frequently. "Nice but noisy"
Nice hotel with a comfortable room. But the noise is almost too much. Noise from the street is very loud. Noise from your neighbor coming in via the shared door is like a freight train passing by. Whoever designed that stupidity should never work again. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and washer/dryer in the unit. They give you no detergent […] except for the dishwasher. "Scenic Suites, Queenstown, New Zealand"
Recommended for value, comfortable, stylish standard of room and friendly helpfulness of staff. Fairly close to shops, restaurants etc. Only drawback is the steep hill to get back up to the Scenic Suites from Queenstown shops, etc, if walking and unfit! Our 'Continental' buffet breakfast was quite adequate for us.
"A 5 minute walk to everything in Queenstown"
The suite was enormous, had a comfortable bed and perhaps best of all, a washer & dryer to do laundry. It's just a short walk into the heart of Queenstown, we never bothered with our car while there. We just left it in the underground lot. Highly recommended. We'd stay there again without hesitation.

Very quiet clean rooms, excellent service. One of the best hotels I've stayed in, and I've been to 4 and 5 stars. Would definetly go back.
"Scenic Suites - A good mid range option"
My week stay at the scenic suites was without incident. The hotel is modern, and has all the facilities nessecary. The only let down is the breakfast buffet which was poor value, Queenstowns cafes are a short walk however, so this is not a real concern for the enterprising guest.

"Scenic suites - one bedroom apartment"
We recently stayed at the scenic suites in a one bedroom apartment for 10 nights. Location was fabulous and we had a pretty good view of the mountains, the town and the gondola. The room was tidy and comfortable aside from the bed which left me with a sore back...but other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers and would stay […] here again!! "Sceinic Suites Queenstown"
Ideal location within the town. Although the buidlings were beiung refurbished, it was no inconvienence. The units were spacious and well kitted out. Handy to ski fields and other actyivities. The only complaint was the Free to Air TV reception - very poor

"Scenic Suites - affordable luxury."
We wanted a luxurious apartment at an affordable price and we definitely got it staying at the Scenic Suites. We opted for a one bedroom apartment and were surprised to get an amazing view of Queenstown. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. The hotel was being renovated whilst we stayed but this did not effect us at all.

"Great room but not the best location"
We stayed in a superior room at the Scenic Suites for three nights recently and found the rooms to be as comfortable and modern as shown in the photos. Bed was comfortable, the room was a good size and very clean, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. Staff was very friendly. We had views of The Remarkables mountain range from our balcony but we […] had the blinds closed most of the time because it faced a busy street and didn't feel very private. So if you like a bit of privacy I would advise requesting a room which does not face Stanley Street. It was quiet in the room when the balcony doors were closed and we slept very well at night. One other consideration is the location. It is a quick five-minute walk downhill to the centre of town but it is quite a steep walk uphill back to the hotel. I think next time I would book somewhere nearer to the restaurants and cafes – such as the Novotel (which I didn't book because I read a review about the average quality of the rooms, but regretted when I was in the area because it is tucked away and next door to some of the nicer restaurants and cafes such as Botswana Butchery, Eckhart's and Boatshed cafe. "Quality Accommondation"
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel for its quality facilities, clean & spacious room, good service and convenience location. One slight inconenience was that we booked a room with two beds. But was given a suite with one bed only upon check-in. The receiption staff arranged a small size rollaway bed like child size too small for me. I fell off the bed, […] ended up had to share one bed which was Not our preference. The corridor looked ugly. We were genuinely shocked by its presentation on first sight. However, the entire property is under renovation and I am sure it will look nice once the job is completed. Having said that, I still give it 5 stars with no hesitation. Lesa meira

Scenic Suites Queenstown is wonderful accomodation which has full kitchenwares. We had enjoyable time at there. Now remodeling work is under way, so if it is completed, this hotel would be more confortable.

非常满意的一家公寓。在整个新西兰的旅行当中，这家不论从服务、酒店设施和便利性方面都是前三的。客厅非常宽敞，可以自己做饭、洗衣服，很方便。虽然酒店靠着路边，但是我们住在3楼的房间，非常安静，还可以看到部分的湖景，基本上没有什么可以抱怨的地方。唯一就是需要上坡走一段路，但是很短的一段路，就几百米，对出去旅游的人来说，完全不是问题。

"レイクビューなら最高でした。"
１ベッドルーム・スイートに４泊滞在しました。部屋は本当に広々として、隣のツインと合わせれば、４～５人の家族でも十分快適にすごせそうです。 設備も、キッチンに食器やカトラリー、オーブン、電子レンジと揃っており、洗濯乾燥機もあります。バスルームも広いし、まだ新しい印象でした。 ただ、レイクビューでなかったのが残念。多少余分に払っても、レイクビューにするべきでした。部屋にテラスはあっても、建物と中庭しか見えません。 街中心部までは歩いて５分ほどですが、帰りの坂道はけっこうきついです。天気が悪いと大変かもしれません。しかし、清潔で快適でした。

"Very nice hotel"
Very comfortable, within walking distance to the city centre. Modern room with comfortable mattresses.
黒猫のいるホテルです。 セラピー猫のようにおとなしい猫でした。 犬派の私ですが、なかなか味のある猫だな〜と思い、次に見かけたら写真を撮ろうと思っていましたが、一度しか会えなかったです。残念 スタッフの対応はとてもよかったです。 部屋も広く清潔で大満足でした。 ただ、シャワースペースがバスタブと離れすぎていて不便だったのと、シャワースペースのガラスの扉がしっかり閉まらない為バスルーム床（シャワースペースの外）のかなりの部分がぬれてしまうので、洗面やお手洗いを使いにくくなります。 一階にある為、夜ブラインドを閉めようとしたときに歩道を歩く酔っぱらいに見つかり、大声をあげられたのが怖かったです。 早い時間に閉めれば、特別セキュリティに問題はないです。 あとは一階のテラスから湖はほとんど見えませ […] んが、南十字星が見えます。 ホテルは坂道の途中にあり下りは気になりませんが帰りは少々体力がいりますが、自分たちには問題ありませんでした。 お年寄りや怪我をされている方などには大変かも知れませんね。 Lesa meira
Ótimo, bem perto do centro, só que a pequena ladeira para alcançá-lo é meio puxada para quem já passou dos 70 anos. Também é meio "labiríntico", ou seja, você tem que dar voltas para chegar aonde quer, não há um elevador direto para o andar que você quer alcançar. Muitos brasileiros trabalham lá, isso ajuda nas "dicas" sobre a cidade.Bastante seguro […] nos arredores, bem como em toda a cidade. Lesa meira

quartos confortaveis, com varios brasileiros no staff e bem localizado a uma caminhada de 5 minutos ate o centro. Varios quartos com uma bela vista para o lago.
é bem localizado o quarto é bom.o restaurante deixa muito a desejar o dia que iria jantar faltavam varios pratos e o pessoal q estava na mesa ao lado nos recomendou ir em outro local pois a comida não estava boa.

Lägenheten som hade 2 st rum var otroligt fint och nyrenoverat. Stort vardagsrum med 2 soffor, platt-tv och matbord för 4 pers. Fullstort kök med kyl, ugn, plattor, mikro, diskmaskin och minibar. Även tvättmaskin och torktumlare fanns i köksutrymmet. Från sovrummet som hade flera garderober och skön kingsize-säng kunde man gå ut på balkongen. Badrummet […] hade både badkar och duschhörna och det var mycket fräscht. Bra frukostbuffé och ca 5 min promenad till centrum. Lesa meira
