Upon arrival all staff were welcoming friendly and professional. As we approached the hotel it was so overwhelming as it just has this amazing grand feel. Like you no you are in a very special place. This hotel is so glamourous including everyone staying there. If you like the glitz and the glamour you will love this place. Where the men and the women […] get dressed up to go to breakfast or simply have a drink by the pool. Everyone staying here has some serious money. We had booked just a standard room but it had the most amazing view of the town and famous shopping strip from out balcony. The pool is gorgeous! And so are the pool boys! This hotel is well beyond 5star it's in a league of it's own. I will definitely be staying there again. This hotel is highly recommended to those who would like to have a taste of how the rich and famous travel. If you are a serious shopper you will love this hotel Gucci, Prada, Louis Vouitton and so much more right outside your door!!! All the action revolves around this hotel. Including shopping, cafes, the hotel itself is included in all of Capri's guided tours as it is a landmark fixture in Capri. I was so sad to leave! Breakfast was great had everything you could ask for. Waiters were proffessional and friendly. Lesa meira
