This hotel caters to multi-day and long stay users, and they seemed to know many of the customers by name. I appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport (as well as other nearby locations if prearranged). The driver was friendly and accomodating. The young woman at the desk was very helpful in watching out for my luggage which the airlines had misrouted. […] She called me on my cell as soon as it arrived. The hotel had free Wi-Fi and a perfunctory breakfast (but I always appreciate not having to go out for coffee and something light). The rooms are comfortable and clean. Mine had a refrigerator and microwave as well as a two burner cooktop. The mattress was comfortable. The location was quiet. Main Stay is located near the Robinson Towne Center shopping area. I walked to part of the area as I needed a few items and my luggage had not arrived, but there were no sidewalks...it is a place designed for cars. As a runner, I was pleased to have the Montour trail literally below the hotel, but again, there was no sidewalk to access it, so I walked on the road to get there. I don't hold the hotel accountable for any of that, but area planners should consider sidewalks. It improves health & safety and prevents needless use of fossil fuels. Lesa meira

We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was in a convenient location to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again

I thought this place was great! I stayed here in transit home from a funeral and needed to sleep. The room was very quiet and the curtains blocked out all the sun.

The staff was very friendly and helpful,the van driver was very nice and the van to airport service was convenient.

Good value for the money if you're a business traveler looking for a hotel near the airport. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Showing signs of wear - hole in my carpet, for example. Free breakfast does not offer hot eggs or meat. Free WiFi speed was good.

Dog food on the floor appon arrival, 1/2 of the TV stations on the room provided list didnt work, bed was like sleeping on a rock, bath tub drain plug didnt work, so no bath for soaking.....reported all this at check in on Saturday, they dont have maintenance available until Monday!!

The hotel is in decent condition and the room was adequate for our stay, but they had major confusion at the desk and gave us a room that people were already staying in, and our card they gave us opened their door, and then in the middle of the night someone had a key card for our room and was trying to get in.

The custimer service was excellent! The patio and basketball courts were wonderful!

Not bad just not clean to my standards, under the mattress was hair and stuff..

The best part of our stay is the free parking that is available while we are out of town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were very disappointed in this hotel. We expected more after reading the reviews but things can change rapidly. Our room smelled strongly of some type of cooking odor. It lasted the entire time we were there. The floor felt sticky and many things looked dingy and unclean. There were no linens for the pullout couch despite the fact that we had registered […] for four people. There were crumbs in the tv area and little bugs flew out of the drain when I turned the water on. The carpet had a large dark satin on it. The maid did not show and we found out later that we were supposed to leave a card in the lock to keep it open(we assume) if we wanted service! The breakfast area was frequently out of coffee, milk, etc. It definitely wasn't worth the price and we won't be staying there again. Lesa meira

I checked into the hotel late. Immediately, I noticed the place smelled like BO. Not a welcome encounter. Staff were friendly and accomodating--and despite the smell in the reception area and the first floor hallway--I liked my room and was comfortable there. The rooms are decent suites with a good amount of space. The place was clean and though not […] new--it was reasonably nice. I'd stay here again, knowing it's short comings and that it was cheaper than other places close by. Location was important for me and an ability to check out a little bit late was much appreciated. The room was clean, spacious, and close to everything. The shuttle driver was very nice and got us to the airport in plenty of time. I have no complaints about our stay. :)

Ice maker in the freezer didn't work and there are no ice machines b/c you should have ice in your room. Bathroom a little small when bathing my son. Overall it was clean. Breakfast was adequate to get the day started.

We booked here as we were attending the Steelers Fan Blitz the next day. It was close to Heinz Field and to Robinson Mall. The room was clean, kitchen was clean and had all the amenities needed to eat in. The sofa bed was in great shape. We needed it for sleeping one of the children. Overall, very very pleased.

This hotel was very nice without being very expensive. Our room had a fully equipped kitchen which came in very handy.

Every time we fly out of Pittsburgh, we stay at this hotel for a number of reasons -- price is right, free parking, free shuttle to & from airport and free breakfast. Our most recent trip was 15 days. We paid less for our stay at this hotel than we would have for parking at the airport. Staff cannot get any nicer !!!!

Pour une nuit ça va. Par contre un lit double (mou) au lieu d'un Queen mais propre , un ameublement usé , des tapis tachés). La chambre de bain correcte, Le déjeuner très ordinaire.

Not so clean and no separate room in a suite. No double beds only a couch Breakfast ok but no more A/C not working very well For the price go elsewhere
