There was never a clerk at the counter during the 3 days I was in and out of the hotel. They tried to put me in a smoking room, even though my booking was for a non smoking. They claimed it was booked smoking through Expedia. They did switch me with a little resistence. My room had no mini fridge or microwave. There was some rowdy kids next door to […] me and above me. I've stayed at this hotel before never had a problem. I asked to check in early because my wife and I arrived a little early and they really didn't want us to check in. Then we checked into the hottest room and nearly suffocated. After checking in I called the front desk only to discover the phone didn't work in the room. When we checked out she gave me a receipt with my old debit card information with a bill for higher than the amount than I originally made the reservation for. Super 8 is a substandard hotel with no Internet access for travelers. No way to print your boarding pass and staff does not offer to print for you. Hotel is old and "breakfast" is bread and cereal.
