"Perfect room for couple who are shopping"
Perfect room for a couple. Small but pretty clean and perfect location for shopping. The bathroom would be aukward if sharing with a friend or someone other than spouse as it is somewhat open to the room. Housekeeping started coming around a little early in the morning. Great location for shopping. Good value for money. Extremely comfortable bed.

Great hotel, enjoyed are stay very much. Eat at the Texas roadhouse ( near Gander Mountain sports), great meal, prices and service.

Hotel was very clean and neat. Room was a little small but comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Pool and hot tub area was well maintained and clean. We would most cetainly stay at this hotel on furture visits.

Hotel is a great value. It's clean, beds are comfortable and staff is pleasant. We will stay here again.

This hotel is perfect , both in price and product. Furnishings are nice , staff is friendly. My only suggestion is about less obtrusive outdoor lighting shining upward at the hotel. For sleep purposes no curtains can block it out and environmentally the light pollution is easily minimized while retaining security. Otherwise a perfectly good hotel.

Our short stay was excellent. The staff was helpful and courteous. The jacuzzi, pool and breakfast were nice additions, and the location near great shopping. Helped make a cold 3 days feel like a resort vacation!
"Recent Stay"
I only had 2 issues with this property. 1. Trying to exit Inkeepers lane on Niagara Falls Blvd. was neerly impossible. 2. The hot water for a shower was not hot. It was peak shower time in the morning so it could be expected. Hotel was clean and the beds were good.
"What we needed with no fuss."
Highly recommended in the economy no-fuss bracket. Breakfast was included and better than expected. Everything was in good shape, clean, efficient and very comfortable. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The whole process was a breeze.

My husband were on a short business trip and stayed in this hotel. The hotel was very clean and the staff very nice and helpful. The bed was great! I was surprised at how comfortable it was. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area.
I was passing thru very good hotel for the money, clean and comfortable, close to interstate yet set back enough to be quiet, breakfast was just right with omlettes, felt safe too.
Our experience at Sleep Inn was extremely pleasant. The staff was very accomadating and very polite. The facilities were clean and pleasant. The location of the hotel was central to all shopping malls and many restaurants. Definetly will return very soon. Thanks Sleep Inn Amherest for a wonderful two day stay...

Everything was clean, comfy and pleasant except that the airconditioning vivrations made it hard to fall asleep. That a/c was central and thus I had no control over it. Plus, that a/c was so cold that I had to turn the heater on again and then off again, to maintain a comfy temperature. I had a sleepless night even though the hotel itself was very […] nice. Great property,very friendly and efficient staff. Really enjoyed the room,very well appointed. Great place to stay.
"Could be better"
The hotel, while located in a very convenient location, lacked in customer service and cleaness. During our entire stay, our room had no telephone serve and dust was accumulated in parts of the room.
Room extremely small, 2 suitcases two carry on bags filled room. Internet didn't work and young man at reception extremely indifferent when questioned about the problem, unable to help when i asked where coin laundry closest to hotel was. We went to Barnes and Noble to get internet access in the end.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Near a Walmart and Macys, Sears, JC Penney shopping mall if you need to buy things for your child when you visit them at Buffalo University.
