Bad experience during breakfast: Nobody showed up when arriving to the restaurnat, seated at any table around, waited 7 mins untl somedoby showed up, asked for a cup of coffie, brought it cold, with no spoon and with no milk/creme, waited 5 more minutes... spoon never came, stired with the butter knife... Hot Cakes ordered with jam, no ham anywere... […] a complete disaster. Out apart from that, everything was pleasant, clean and kind. Hotel location is located by a dirt river, it smells... The hotel claims it is a 5 star at most it is 2 star, they had no internet service in the room in the lobby anywhere and they claim they do. We reserved a Master Suit we got at best a normal room, they say it was master suit because of jacuzzi tub, the tub was dirty yellow water was coming out of the pipes and it was fully cracked. They said the breakfast […] was included then they charged for everything other than a coffee and their so called buffet was the worst I have seen in Mexico. For the money we paid it was a waist of money. Worst experience ever. The staff was very cordial and apologetic, but it is obvious the owners don't care about the hotel. Lesa meira

We were for 5 days and were great days in general. We travel with two girls (9&11). There are many important things that stand out as good points, you're a peaceful, quiet, away from all the noise and crowds this is the perfect place. The quality of the food is good and service employees as well. We had a problem on arrival with the tub and moved immediately […] to a higher category room where we enjoyed our own pool and a fully privileged view. The rate contract included breakfast and had to be checking this every day with the waiter on duty, I heard that recently were acquired by a chain of hotels and apparently are in the stage of migration to a new system. Anyway I hope they keep the same personalized attention to the guests. We will go back to this hotel. Lesa meira

The Quinta Real Acapulco is a beautiful property located close to the airport on the "quiet side" of Acapulco. If you are looking for a small, quiet property for a couple's getaway or are traveling with young children this is an ideal property. The restaurants on site are very good. The menu is somewhat limited so you will probably want to go off property […] for some of your evening meals. There is not really anything within walking distance, although there are several nice places just a short cab ride away. The hotel has its own small fleet of cabs that will wait for you while you eat, shop, etc. The pool is not huge but certainly large enough to cool off in. The beautiful beach is semi-private which means the public can walk back and forth along the shore but the public is not permitted to "set up camp" on the beach. Right next to the hotel is public access to the beach where (when we were there just before New Year's) many locals did spend the day. There were times when that got a bit loud during the day but it really was not that big of a deal. The service was very attentive and friendly. Our knowledge of Spanish is very limited but that was not a problem. We would certainly consider going back to Quinta Real Acapulco. Lesa meira

Al llegar tardaron 45 mins en asignarme la suite , ya que no aparecia mi reservacion , el agua en la regadera pesima salia muy fria y despues muy caliente, el desayuno horrible frijoles de lata , en general muy deficiente por el costo que pagas!!!

Descubrimos un hotel excelente para nosotros. Comodidad, tranquilidad, buena atención, muy bonita playa, pocos huéspedes. Un lugar muy recomendable. También una vista muy bonita. Gracias!

el servicio de expedia es pesimo no pasa las reservaciones a tiempo, uno llega y no esta confirmada se tiene que esperar a que el hotel lo confirme con el consecuente perdida de tiempo la calidad del hotel no corresponde al costo, seria buena para una categoria 4 o 5 estrellas no mas

Nuestra experiencia en familia fue muy agradable, los niños se la pasaron super, creo que le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento correctivo y de renovacion, fuera de ahi el servicio y la ubicacion buenisima. Recomiendo que si alguien quiere hospedarse ahi y no conoce Acapulco aun, debe rentar automovil, ya que se gasta mas en taxi que en la renta de […] un coche. buenos desayunos en el restaurante, y la comida pasable para comer en el hotel. El mantenimiento en la habitaciones y algunas areas del hotel en pesimas condiciones, las toallas son blancas pecudidas y parecen lijas, el colchon de resotes malisimos y para acabarla llenas de arena las sabanas y pueden disfrutar de una television de los noventas negra grandota y muy vieja...esto es un hotel de lujo?? El Hotel Quinta Real Acapulco tiene un excelente servicio en todas las áreas, recepción, alberca, restaurante, camareras y servicio a cuartos. Lo único malo es que no le han dado el mantenimiento adecuado. Le falta pintura exterior al edificio, remodelación de habitaciones, cambio de televisores por pantallas planas, remodelación de baños, etc. Aún […] así, cuenta con una playa hermosa y muy privada.
