Frábær staðsettning í göngufæri við helstu merkisstaði og söfn Wasingtons. Herbergin rúmgóð og hlíleg, Morgunverðarborðið eitt það allrabesta sem fyrir finnst í Bandaríkjunum. Starfsfólkið hjálplegt og yndislegt í alla staði. Mæli með þessu eindregið.

Gisti í eina nótt og herbergið var mjög stórt og vel útbúið, nánast eins og svíta! Gott stórt rúm og fínt bað/sturta, stór sturtuhaus. Góður klæðaskápur m straubretti og járni. Ísskápur og kaffivél. Skrifborð og stóll og tölvusamband gott. Setustofa með sófasetti og allt mjög rúmgott og snyrtilegt. Mæli hiklaust með þessu hóteli og mun leita eftir Hyatt Place ef ég þarf í framtíð. Verðið var mjög sanngjarnt.
Mögulegt er að gjalds verði krafist fyrir aukagesti. Slíkt fer eftir stefnu hvers hótels fyrir sig.
Krafist er skilríkja með mynd og kreditkorts eða innborgunar við innritun vegna tilfallandi gjalda.
Það fer eftir framboði hverju sinni hvort hægt sé að verða við séróskum og þær gætu haft í för með sér aukagjald. Ekki er hægt að tryggja að hægt sé að verða við viðkomandi óskum.
Ekki er boðið upp á aðgengi fyrir fatlaða á þessu hóteli. Vinsamlegast veldu annað hótel ef þú vilt bóka herbergi með aðgengi fyrir fatlaða.

"Worst We've ever had"
Our company stays in Hotels in the Maryland & DC area ALOTand this has to be close to one of the worst ones the crew has stayied in along time. The beds were rock hard. THe shower was dirty and the cleaning rags were still hanging on the shower curtian rod, And the door looked like someone had tryied to break in to it. "Locked out!"
Apparently the hotel recently changed the locking mechanisms to the hotel room doors, but not to the front door. The hotel staff provided me with a key to my room, but neglected to give a key to the front door. After a long day (and night) of business, I try to enter the hotel and my key does not work. My key doesn't even fit the lock! Do you think […] there was someone at the front desk to let me in....NO! She was down the street smoking (I remembered riding past her at the gas station at the bottom of the hill). Also, there was a group of men loitering and smoking in front of the hotel. One guy was drunk and layed out in front of the hotel door. When she finally arrived..15 minutes later.. she opened the door, and she didn't even say anything to me; she just opened the door and left. What kind of customer service is that?! Lesa meira

"No box of tissue"
There was no box of tissue I had to share a tiny bar of soap with my husband What were they thinking? I guess I must bring my own tissue box and soap...
"You pay for what you get"
It's not a terrible terrible hotel, but it wasn't awesome. The elevator took forever and it smelled at the entranceway. But the rooms weren't too bad and it had a good location, not exactly a "vista" kind of location, though. It was exactly what I expected.
"Efficient but don't expect the world"
This hotel is in a great location and the staff are generally helpful. The room itself was nothing like the picture, especially considering it was an upgraded "signature" room. The room seemed clean and the appliances/kitchenette were fine. Internet access costs an additional $5 for your entire stay, but it's almost as slow as dialup. Overall the best […] thing this hotel has going for it is its location. It's five minutes from companies in the area and NIST is right around the corner. Staying there for a couple of days is fine, but longer term I'd advise going somewhere else. Lesa meira
"Hotel is a good deal with it's amenities."
Room is very comfortable with sofa and recliner. Would be nicer if they upgraded tv from 27" to a flat screen, but otherwise very comfortable!

Very disappointing. The lobby is not inviting and hotel room was very unclean. The carpeting was dirty upon entry, wide pencil markings on the bathroom door, kitchen sink dirty; ironing board cover very nasty. Poor lighting when exiting elevator. Was not aware that they close and lock down the front desk overnight.. I did not dare sleep in the bed since […] everthing else was so dirty. No establishment should rent rooms like that. I was only in for a brief overnight stay. The hotel was clean enough - decent value for the $.

The hotel room and furniture looked old and the Betsheets and comforter did look clean. I was more concenrned as we had an infact and a five year old. I didnt feel comfortable sleeping on those beds.
"Good outweighed the bad."
Quiet and clean hotel in a location that's close to shopping and dining without being right on top of it. There were a bunch of dudes drinking in the parking lot in the evening, but they were not very loud; just having a good time without being menacing. All appliances were in working order. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, but more channels would […] be appreciated. The front desk staff performed their job quickly, but seemed indifferent at best, carrying on personal conversations with other guests and on their cell phones. Lesa meira

There is need to have a staff in attendance at front desk at any time for the convenience of resident at the hotel.

"Satisfactory, but just barely..."
Bare bones hotel, limited amenities. Would not stay here again unless I absolutely can not find something better.
