Mjög gott hótel á góðum stað. Herbergin björt og hrein. Svolítið hissa að það var enginn stóll til staðar. Einangrum milli herbergja og hæða er hinsvegar algjör hörmung. Hvert fótspor á hæðinni fyrir ofan glumdi niður til okkar (fer væntanlega mikið eftir skóbúnaði þess sem þar dvelur). Einnig heyrist of mikið á milli herberga og líka fyrir utan herbergið. Við vorum óheppin þar sem það voru einvherjir á fylleríi með tilheyrandi hávaða og látum. Sorglegt þar sem hótelið' er sjálft mjög fínt og staðsetningin virkilega góð. ég mæli því með þessu fyrir hvern þann sem er tilbúinn að taka sjénsinn á því hverjir nágrannar hans verða.

Sérlega þægilegt nútímalegt hótel í einföldum evrópskum elegant stíl . Hótelið er vel staðsett og hótelgarður er nýmóðins og í sérklassa, notalegt að sitja úti við opinn eld á kvöldin. Starfsfólk sérlega bóngótt og elskulegt, og allir sérlega kurteisir svo eftir verður tekið. Innifalið í verði eru frjáls afnot af stórri líkamsræktarstöð með 25m sundlaug handan götunnar. Við vorum að æfa fyrir maraþon núna í águst og hentaði þetta því vel. Í alla staði frábært hótel.

I checked in on time and was given the wrong room. I went back to the front desk explained what happend and was given another room that had a half drank water bottle on the desk, soda or some sticky substance all over the phone, no trash bags in the garbage cans and the bathroom had urine on the toilet. I called the front desk and he was less than helpful […] and said he would send someone up to take care of it. I waited with three children for over two hours and still nobody showed up. We were then kicked out of the pool because of a dance competition and we were told pool closes at 9:00 even though it was stated 11:00. Lesa meira

"Excellent Customer Service"
We were here for a training meeting. My business partner brought her baby, and during the night, the baby was very loud and fussy. My business partner was concerned about the noise being bothersome to myself and the other customers, so she left and went to her car to calm the baby down. Eventually she came back in to the lobby and asked for a pillow […] and blanket so she could sleep in her car. The front desk person wouldn't let her do that. I was VERY impressed that he was empowered enough to give her a room away from the other customers so she would be safe in spending the rest of the night. In my book, that was AWESOME!!!!!! Kudos to Crowne Plaza for empowering your employees to do the right thing. Lesa meira

"Calm and quiet"
I was amazed at how calm and quiet our room felt considering the fact that there were numerous youth sports teams also staying at the hotel. Thanks!

While everything was fine, I had requested 2 handicap rooms, on with one bed and the other with 2. The second room, the 2 beds were one bed and a pull out couch. that is not what I had requested. Had my husband not been sick and unable to come this us we could not have used the second room at all. I called in a month in advance and paid a higher rate […] to be assured of having the services I needed for the 2 handicap people I was traveling wtih. "Quiet and super safe area - little less trafficked"
We got a great deal on this place and if it were this price again, we'd sure stay here next time we're in town. Pros: very clean, super quiet, and in a safe and central area. Staff was polite and helpful. Great experience overall. Cons: Don't pick this if you want a nice or kid friendly pool. They have a worse-for-wear indoor/outdoor pool that should […] only exist in Florida (not cold, windy, rainy PDX). The pool area was also sorta dirty although the rest of the grounds were very well kept. Our bed was also not super comfortable and that as disappointing, but not painful uncomfortable...just not "hotel had great beds" comfortable. Lesa meira
"Won't Stay at this Location Again!"
I'd put off my review hoping I'd have my difficulties with the Crowne Plaza Lake Oswego resolved, but no such luck after 2 1/2 weeks! I basically had no complaint w/the hotel accommodations...the room was clean, attractive, comfortable, and quiet (no marching bands or circus animals allowed on the floor, according to a sign by the elevator!). I'd stayed […] at the Seattle Crown Plaza a number of times and had always been satisfied. My problem is with how my hotel reservation was handled by Crown Plaza Lake Oswego staff and the apparent lack of sincere effort being made by management to explain or attempt to resolve the difficulties! I'd booked a room with 2 beds since my daughter and I would be sharing a room after attending a family function. I checked in before my daughter, provided my confirmation number and was given my room key. When I got to the room, it had only a king-size bed. I returned to the reservation desk, again lugging my bag since a luggage cart could not be found when I checked in, and was informed no rooms with 2 beds was available! The best they could offer was a second room with a king-size bed at an employee rate. While this was not acceptable, since it was an additional expense I'd not counted on and was not what my reservations confirmed, I had no choice as I had no car to go elsewhere, it was very late, and I was tired after the day's festivities, so I agreed. When my daughter checked in later, she took care of the charges on this second room on her personal card, separate and apart from the original room charges to my card. When I checked out the following day, there was no mention by hotel staff of any additional charges made to my room (I'd paid cash for the incidentials I'd purchased in their "gift store") and I was told I wouldn't receive a departing statement since the room was "pre-paid" with my original booking. When we returned home and I checked my email, I began getting alerts from my credit card company of charges to my card from the Lesa meira

"Don't let the picture fool you"
I spent 2 nights at the Crowne Plaza and I have to admit the hotel is old, and when I got to my room it seemed like I was staying in a 1970s hotel. On the up side, the hotel staff are very friendly. Distance from downtown Portland is 10 mins drive but that's on a good drive and I mean driving at midnight. With traffic, it could easily be 30 mins.

"Noisy"
More or less generic inexpensive hotel, BUT noise is a problem. It gets much more freeway noise that nearby hotels. The room air conditioner is very noisy, and turning it off and opening the window results in freeway noise that is louder and enough carbon monoxide to put your to sleep. It was hard to get a restful night there. We stay in that area […] twice a year, corresponding to leaving and picking up offspring from college. This appears to be more upscale than others, but the noise factor is more of a problem for this hotel then its neighbors. Lesa meira

"Crowne Plaza--great for girls get away"
My girlfriend and I go on a shopping weekend once a year and stay at this hotel every time. It is clean, reasonably priced, very convenient to Washington Square, Bridgeport, REI, and Trader Joes. There are numerous good restaurants right in the area. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and there is a pretty good restaurant on site.

I travel too much and need a nice place to call home for the night. This place met my requirements. Breakfast was $$$ so be careful.

"Would Not Stay Again"
We booked a double room on hotels.com and when we arrived, they had us booked in a king room. My husband and I were traveling with our 3 year old and did not want to share a bed. They gave us the last double room, which was an adjoining room. I could hear EVERYTHING that the people staying in the next room said, even whispered. I also received a call […] at 230 in the morning asking if our phone was working. We did not sleep. When I asked to be moved to another room, I was told that I should call the front desk if the neighbors were noisy again. The neighbors weren't noisy. The adjoining door simply offered no sound proofing. I also selected WiFi and assumed that free WiFi would be provided. There was a charge. I definitely would not stay there again. The only plus was the breakfast. We paid an extra $10/night for the breakfast and it was quite good. Lesa meira

"Great hotel lazy staff"
The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable but the front desk staff were not helpful and the restaurant staff were hard to find. There was housekeeping staff on the elevator almost every time I used it. The room was nice except the bathtub calking was very sloppy, probably covering a lot of mold as the tub/shower were old. The down pillow was too […] small. The windows were dirty. But I love the sunblocking curtains because they come all the way to the floor and they supply a clip to hold them closed. We had a problem with the reservation due to a last minute change. I had to get hotels.com to fix it as the front desk staff couldn't be bothered. The buffet breakfast was really good, but we had served ourself before anyone even came out of the kitchen to look around.
