"Very Decent place to stay in Lompoc, CA"
The hotel was very nice and clean. There is a Pnada Express next door and an Albertsons across the very wide and busy street. The cost was what I pay elsewhere, if you have AAA, use it. Overall, I would stay here again.

Usually this hotel is great .however this stay the tv went out.. Ihad to change rooms at 9 at night and they didn't offer to help. The next night the lights went out in the bathroom and they didnt fix them..shower in the dark ;(

We stayed in Lompoc because we didn't get hotels in Solvang in the last minute. But this is not very far and drive to Solvang was close. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. It was very quite and we slept like babies. The breakfast was splendid. They served scrambled egg, bagles, bread, muffins, creals, fresh yogurt, milk, fresh fruits... […] pleanty to eat. "Holiday Inn Lompoc"
Room is very clean, suited for our needs, only the bathroom, the toilet has a loud noise due to probably high pressure when you flash the toilet, it will really wakes you up, considering it is a room with disability access, it should be quiet enough to calm the person :-)

Our Room was very nice. Well maintained and clean. We went down to breakfast and there was only toast and bagels to eat. The eggs and meat where gone as was the cream cheese for the bagels. They only had 1 girl working to feed a lot of people and she just couldn't keep up with it. Not her fault. They need to have more people running their breakfast […] bar if they are going to offer it. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Gave us great recommendations for restaurants. Room was clean and modern, no complaints at all! Would definitely stay there again, and close to wine country as well.

This room was large and comfortable, great handicap amenities to include a roll in shower, hand held shower head, built in shower chair. Roomy to get around in a wheel or power chair. This room was close to exits. This hotel staff is gracious and helpful and welcomes the handicapped public. My only complaint was the lack of closet space. "Nothing to whine about"
Arrived late (11:30p) on a Friday. Front desk was pleasant & informative. Rooms were spacious. Carpeting showed wear, but otherwise the rooms were clean. It was nice to have a microwave and refrig. in the rooms. Breakfast off the lobby was plentiful and is included in the price. Nice sized room, very clean. Good to have comfortable chairs and a table to sit at. Breakfast was very busy - could have had a bigger breakfast room for the number of rooms in the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised at the large size of the room and the condition of the hotel overall. The negatives are the size of the pool (small and only 4.5' deep) and the terrible congestion in "The Great Room" where breakfast was served. It was small and contained very few tables relative to the number of guests. Of course, it was Labor Day weekend, […] so all rooms were booked and there were probably many more children in house than usual. Overall, I was very pleased. They are about a 1/2 hour drive from Solvang, which is about what we expected. Lesa meira

"noisy room"
When I travel from point A to point B I'll usually stay at a one or two star hotel/motel. A clean, comfortable room to rest and take a shower is all I want. No expectations. Because I planned on staying in this area for a few days I wanted a three to four star accomodation so, if I wanted to, I could kick back and relax in a roomy, comfortable room. […] I also have expectations when I am charged three star; four star prices. I expected a room that was roomy (it was), a room that was clean and comfortable (it was). But I also have an expectation of peace and quiet (it wasn't). Everytime someone in the room above me flushed the toilet or turned on a faucet (shower or sink) the noise would wake me up. If I happened to be awake the noise was so loud that I had to turn the volume up on the TV. Also, the in room refridgerator was too noisy. By the way, no LCD TV in this place. The old cathode ray tube style is what you get here. For the above reasons I would choose the "clean, comfortable" place right next door for less than 1/2 what I paid. On the positive side - the room was very roomy and comfortable; breakfast was good; the staff were very helpful and pleasant. These things aren't available at the place next door. Lesa meira

"Hotel in Lompoc"
It was a pleasant stay over-all. I liked the fact that there were lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The neighborhood at night was surprisingly quiet, so I able to sleep well, and that was important since I had to get up early for business appointments.

We had nice double queen beds and I didn't have any problems with our room. I was worried about noise because the room window faced the street some, but it was fine. Breakfast was great and the staff was courteous. I would definitely stay here again...

Hotel is on Highway 1, scenic route. Room was quiet and clean. HD TV, microwave, refrigerator. Seems nearly new construction. Very close to numerous restaurants and basic shopping. Breakfast varied and more than adequate. Daily newspaper delivered to room.

Great hotel staff - friendly, courteous, and very helpful. With the very convenient location between Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo, and Santa Barabara, this hotel is a winner.

We were pleasantly surprised with the room. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the feel of luxury without having to pay for it. The breakfast was decent, with many choices including cereals, pastries, pancakes, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and fruit juices. The only complaint was that the bacon was so thin it was see-through! The […] hotel is located on the main strip through town with many restaurants nearby. While the town is not a luxury resort town, we didn't get the feeling of crime/gangs/poverty. Stayed here for two days with two kids. Very nice clean hotel. Staff were super friendly. The hotel was well secured. There is a nice panda express within 50 meters. All restaurants are closeby, the murals and flower fields and mission are very close as well. Breakfast was nice. My only disappointment was the city of Lompoc itself, looked sort of run […] down with not too good neighborhoods. If you can get a good priced accomodation at Solvang which is 20 miles away, it would be a better option. Lesa meira

Due to the location and the difficulty of getting accommodations during this busy week end we made an early trip to the hotel and asked for an early check in so we could change and would not be returning until very late in the evening. "Great room, by-the-book staff"
We stayed one night during AIDS LifeCycle and found the hotel to have all the amenities we needed (hot tub, big comfy bed, lots of space in the room, super clean, etc), but a stickler staff. Of the 7 hotels we stayed in during the week (one night in each town for the bike ride), they were the only ones that made us wait to check into our room at 3pm […] even though we arrived at 2:30. I mean, COME ON, it's not like the room isn't ready. We were checked in WITH KEYS but they told us they wouldn't let us into the room until 3pm. With no real reason why. It was just because it was "the policy". Whatever. Everything else was good though and we'd stay here again, though have something on hand to do until the room opened up. Lesa meira
"A good stay"
The place is in between the beach and the vineyards so that we were able to go to wine country one day and the beach the next one. They serve breakfast every day and that saves you time since you don't have to go somewhere else. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the room rate makes them a good deal.
