Received a smoking room instead of non-smoking. Room smelled awful. Bathroom was dirty, family and I didn't want to even shower. Dust in shower, dirty walls and floor, not enough towels, stains on shower curtain. Not pleased at all.

Owner was very nice, hard working guy and his brother making a living. Little out dated but was very affordable and I wasn't afraid to leave my car in the lot overnight.

"Rodeway Inn & Suites, close to Univ. at Buffalo"
I made reservation online with Hotels.com, and I checked-in in 3 minutes. I asked for a hair dryer and got it right away. The best thing about this place is that is only a couple of miles away from University at Buffalo. I only slept 2 nights, and I have nothing to complain about which is good.
"Flea Bag Inn!"
Never again! It was not worth the money!!! I was embarrased because I had a friend of mine with me visiting Buffalo. It was not a good impression however considering the town was booked up but I sure know the next time. I should have been paid to stay there!!!!!!!!!! So not happy:(
"It doesn't get any worse than this!"
This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in! When we checked in service was very slow, approximately 15 mins. to check in.We reserved 2 non smoking rooms, but were told his records indicated we requested smoking . I checked my confirmation email later and I did request non smoking, I mentioned this and was told he did not have any non smoking rooms […] left. The rooms smelled horrible. We had several problems between the 2 rooms. First problem was our fridge did not work, also all rooms were suppose to have hair dryers and coffee pots. Neither of our rooms had this. The phone in one of the rooms was broken, the shower curtain in my room was ripped so the little hooks were not holding it up properly. The toilet paper spindle was missing , so the toilet paper was resting on the back of the toilet. The curtain on the window was also missing hooks, so that was hanging partially open. One of the dresser draws was broken and could not be opened or closed.Both rooms were dirty. Our toilet backed up and started to over flow, I called the front desk and told them the problem, the phone went silent, I wasn't sure if he was still there, I said hello are you still there, did you here me? He said yes I'll bring you a plunger I'm not going to clean someone else's mess. He arrived at my room quickly, and attempted to hand me the plunger, I walked away and pointed him in the direction of the bathroom and said this is your job! He stepped in a puddle of water and then raised his voice and started yelling at me, asking " what the hell did I do to the toilet to make it over flow like that?'" Thats when I finally lost it, and told him off! The usually room rate is very cheap, a but because it was family weekend for university of Buffalo the rates were doubled. Lesa meira

"Easily the worst place I've ever stayed."
Booked non-smoking room but got a smoking room. Check-in clerk told me I booked smoking so I went back and looked at my reservation convfirmation and saw it was a non-smoking reservation. Place smelled to high heaven. Room was filthy, especially bathroom floor. Old cobwebs on ceiling. The ultimate in disgust that made me want to puke was a used condom […] that appeared in tub when I pulled back the shower curtain. This place was nasty and next time I would sleep in my car at a rest area rather than stay here. They were painting the exterior so it looked like they were putting in some effort but the cleaning people need to learn to clean. The carpets need steam cleaning. Overall it was seriously the worst place I have ever stayed in during all of my 40 years. Lesa meira
"Good Deal for Money"
The room had kitchen facilities, which I had not expected, so that was a big plus. It's also very centrally located in terms of restaurants, gas stations, banks, etc. There are two shopping malls close by, one an outlet mall-- this was a big hit with the 13-year-old! Breakfast was a bit scanty, but my only real complaint is that I couldn't get onto […] the Internet from my room, and the computer in the lobby was broken. That said, I would book here again. "Nice, clean motel"
The motel was very clean. The bed and pillow were more comfortable than the average budget motel. It was also well maintained. I found the service to be a little lacking - there was often nobody at the front desk, and I had to call a phone number and wait until they showed up. They also forgot to give me shampoo.
