One of the things that I really like of this hotel is the cleanliness in the room, absoutly the every spot of this hotel smell nice and clean you do not no smell any hard quimics like other places.oooh the pool and hot spa absolutely great. vert well nice people and conveint to the great mall i notice there was a refrigerator in room but no microwave the food at the resaurant was delious only bad thing is prices are too high for the food everthing else is just great surondings and huge i see that the prices are steep high i see why it kind of worth it and get the deals when they come up […] on it seem to get the breakfast is with the deal price for certain package Lesa meira

"Pretty darn good"
No CNN, comedy central or pay per view in my room even though it seemed like there should have been. There was no channel guide that I saw and it would have been nice not to have to flip through everything twice looking for a a channel that wasn't there. Otherwise, this was an amazing stay. Friendly, inviting, clean, good looking, and the front bar/restaurant […] was fun to hang out in both at night and in the morning for breakfast. Lesa meira

"Great value"
My family recently stated at the Courtyard Marriott Milpitas and were pleasantly surprised by the level of service and the cleanliness and comfort of our room for the price we paid. The staff went above and beyond and worked around the renovation construction. The location was also prime -- directly next to the Great Mall.

Overall clean room but bathroom could definitely have been more clean. Location is convienient if not picturesque. Much of the building was under renovation then. Staff was great. I have no problem with staying there again for that price.
The best customer service I've had in a long time. The man that checked us in was beyond nice, he made sure I knew how to get to the room and breakfast in the morning. The room also had a strong smoke smell, so when I called them they immediately offered to change my room. I told them I was fine and I just wanted them to know. I got a call right back […] and the lady offered to spray the room for us. She was there within a minute and the spray smelled so good. She was also very friendly! They even offered us to come down and get a beverage. Both of the people that helped out that night were amazing. I wish I would have gotten there names because I would definitely come back just to deal with them!! Lesa meira

"Comfortable Hotel"
weekend rates were great. Great mall next to Hotel for shopping, food. Conviently located. Comfortable bed an d room. Will dtay here again

La habitación es espectacular, totalmente de lujo!! Y el desayuno es de altísima calidad y de un concepto innovador. La atención del persnal es inmejorable.
