The only bad thing was that it was loud, lots of road noise and a huge trash truck came to pick up the big dumpsters at 4:00 in the morning on Sunday! It was beeping as it backed up, slammed the dumpsters over the truck and dropped them-neither my husband or I cuold fall back to sleep after that!!!
Excellent location and services.Nearby Rocky Mountain National Park,Loveland Outlets,Colorado University,Pepsi Center.Is my favorite Hotel when I am near Denver.

"Great location, nice and quiet"
We stayed here for a few nights and we had no complaints other than the breakfast room is a little small for all the families that were there. Otherwise everything was great!

"Nice hotel, convenient location, good service"
We enjoyed staying here for our one night getaway. It was great to have a pool and fitness room, neither of which had any other customers in them during our stay. The front desk was friendly and the room comfortable. The only reason it doesn't get a '5' star rating was that there was some noise - I was surprised to hear people talking in the parking […] lot at night. I had expected the windows to block out conversations at normal level. However, it wasn't bad and apart from that everything was great. We requested a quiet room and received one away from other guests so that was appreciated. It is very convenient to shops, restaurants and I-25 and the rooms are attractive, if a little on the smaller side (the standard one at least). Lesa meira
"Nice hotel, great rooms."
Nice small hotel, rooms were well maintained and hence looked and felt new. Very helpful and friendly staff. The Outlet mall located next door was a surprise plus point. The indoor pool did not look inviting with a faint chlorine smell.

Nice location. Close to restaurants, shopping and freeway. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Would stay here again.

We stayed in a King Suite (2 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 infant). The room was like a mini apartment and was very comfortable to be in. It was nice to have the seperation of sitting area and bedroom especially when the baby wanted to go to sleep early. The breakfest in the morning has a great selection of hot and cold choices. The pool was a good area […] to be in, little cool in the pool but not too bad. Definetly would stay there again. Lesa meira
"Great Stay at Fairfield Inn in Loveland, CO"
Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, pool and hot tub were great as well. Our room was clean with no odors of any kind, and no complaints! We didn't get up early enough for the continental breakfast, but it is something that they offer. Great price for a great stay!

Location, location, location. Hotel is in very newly developed, upscale area. Located in very quiet office park, away from traffic, next to outlet mall, and near shopping mall. Many fast food and full service restaurants within a short walk. Equidistant from Estes Park/ Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park to the west, and Boulder to the South. "Fairfield Inn Loveland CO"
This hotel is on "hotel row" in Eastern Loveland near Interstate 25. I would guess it is comparable to the other hotels/motels in the area. This is convenient to the shopping/restaurant areas of Eastern Loveland. We had reserved a room with a king sized bed, but upon arrival found they didn't have one available, and would have to settle for a queen. […] Other disappointments were the vanity area only had room for 1 person at a time (one sink and mirror) and the air conditioning had no adjustment for high/low; only on or off. Also our coffee maker didn't work and made a mess the first time we used it. On the plus side, the service was good, and they did give us a new coffee maker and extra towels when we asked. The hotel was fairly modern, and had a swimming pool, and fitness room with weights, treadmill, and elliptical which we took advantage of. Would I recommend it; probably not, at least not without more comparison of other hotels in the area. Lesa meira

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever visited. It is surrounded by a city, but neatly secluded among trees and a beautiful garden. The surrounding buildings are new and the entire neighborhood is very nice. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance and very easy to get to. "We love Fairfield Inn"
Whenever our family needs to stay in a hotel, we always look for a Fairfield Inn. Family friendly, kids love the pool, breakfast is awesome. Great staff. The fire alarm went off at about 530 am when we were there due to "burnt toast". We all had to file outside in our pajamas.
