I was in Saco without a car- and I was able to walk here from the Amtrak station, it was great! Front desk attendants were 5 stars! Free breakfast included nice hot western "omelette", hard boiled eggs, cereals and milk, yogurts, hot coffee, etc. The room was clean and checkout took one second! Icky outdated spongy print wallpaper needs an update!

We stayed 2 nights during a bad weather weekend and spent a lot of time cooped up in the room. It was spacious and comfortable. The free breakfast was adequate. All in all nothing special but nothing to complain about.

Staying here was a real blessing for my mother and I. We came to close up my brothers apartment after his death. We knew there was some food served and were extremely please to have not only the breakfast but also a warm light meal served for a great price every night but Sunday. When we arrived the check in personnel were friendly and helpful. We did have a problem with the room we booked, supposed to be nonsmoking but wreaked of smoke. So much for no smoking policies. The staff immediately found us another room that was in great shape.

The hotel is quiet, very clean, comfortable, with a good free breakfast, friendly/helpful staff and an excellent value. The only issue was the access to the front door which could be a problem for a handicapped person. If you are coming directly off of Rt 95 you can drive to the front door, but if you are coming in from Rt 112 you have to park along […] side the building. Not a problem for us, but a bit confusing. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We have stayed here before and were very staisfied with our stay. That is also true this time too. One thing, at breakfast, there were pancakes only one morning and that was disappointing. It would be great if the pancakes were available everyday.

We were in the area for Kennebunkport's Christmas Prelude and found this hotel online for a great price! Great deal, overall! Only issues I had with the room was that they put us at the guest room closest to the breakfast area and elevator when it appeared that there were more than enough rooms available. So, from 6AM on in the morning, there were loud […] guests and kids talking "right outside our door!" If you get this room, don't expect to sleep too late! Also found a spider and a long black hair in the bed. I know that you're "never more than 6 ft. away from a spider" and that's fine, but my wife and I do NOT have long black hair! This hotel was a perfect choice for our group while we were in the Portland area for a wedding. We had 7 very spacious and clean rooms. Although we didn't need them, large handicap accessible baths seem to be standard for most rooms, and the prices were extremely reasonable.

Access to the hotel from the I-95 north was cumbersome. Signs were hard to see in the dark. It was convoluted. From the south it was a breeze. We especially appreciated the breakfast. It was hot, tasty, and the coffee was good. We would stay here again.

Hotel was nicely landscaped, very clean, staff was very courtious - very upbeat even when we arrived after 11pm - breakfast was average, but hot, area was clean, we appreciate free wi-fi. A larger, or brighter sign at the entrance would be helpful.

A wedding was booked the same night as our stay. Wedding guests on 2nd floor were very loud and disruptive. Some fools had a poker game going on all night in elevator, just rode it up and down. Wife asked for quiet at 3 am as did neighboring guest. Kids running up and down hall caused dog to bark.

Overall the hotel was clean, and the staff was very attentive. Our room had a bit of a dirty trucker smell to it, but opening the windows seemed to vent whatever it was out for the most part. The downside is the hotel has a very weird and confusing access. You can only get to the front door if you are traveling I95 Northbound, and can then only get […] back on I95 North. Coming back to the hotel from any other direction redirects you do a side parking lot about 200 feet from the front entrance, and there is no way to get across with a vehicle. I had a conference in Scarborough and needed a place to stay for 1 night. The hotel was easy to locate and the staff were very friendly. The roooms though drastically need to be updated and the bed was very very firm. Ok for one night would not want to stay for an extended period of time.

The hotel location and parking lot set up leave much to be desired. Direct exit off the highway was nice but not clear on how to get to parking lot that would put me on the road into town without getting on to the highway. Map showed direct road but it was closed to construction vehicles only. For the cost I paid, I expected my room to be a bit more. […] The floor I was on had no vending machine like other floors did. The room was clean, the bathroom had been recently redone (not that nice to look at but could be fixed easily with some detailing). Staff was courteous. My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway on Columbus Day weekend. The staff was very accommodating and wonderful to work with - we had to arrive late in the evening and were worried they would not hold our room, but the staff person I spoke to on the phone assured me that he would note in on the computer and in a log book and that they would […] never give our room away. He spoke to me like a friend, and was very kind. Upon arriving nearly at midnight, the person who greeted us was friendly and wonderful to deal with. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a weekend away. It's not fancy, but we knew that given the price and from reading reviews, and we are the type the prefers a more minimalist style anyhow. The continental breakfast was delicious and had many different fresh options, and the staff were on hand to assist if needed and refill items that needed to be refilled. The outside of the hotel is beautiful, picturesque, and conveniently located. It only took us 5 minutes to get to Old Orchard Beach (loved it there!), 15 minutes to Portland Head Light House (gorgeous!), and a 1/2 hour to the city of Portland (we loved it). We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would gladly recommend it to others. Lesa meira

Basic hotel, fine for a stop over but it is not very near to restaurants. The closest ones are a string of fast food places. Hotel has no bar but coffee is available in reception and in the room.

We stayed here for one night during our trip. Front desk personnel are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little older and a bit worn but it is clean. The breakfast was larger than most hotels for which we were grateful. It's right off the interstate and easy to find. No hot tub but there is a heated pool. Not fancy but a decent stay.

The only compliant was that they were out of yogurt at the breakfast bar but when I asked if I could get some I was told they have a policy of not restocking after 9:30. That seemed a bit silly. My stay was average. The pool closed early 730p when it is to closed at 8p.The guy that closed the pool said it looked like it might rain, thought it was clear skies. I then learned he wanted to leave early. So I was not able to use the pool that day. I arrived at 720p that day.

We arrived on a Saturday PM. One phone in the room did not work. When I took a shower, a set screw was missing in the water faucet handle so I had to push the handle in and turn it simultaneously. My wife could not turn the faucet on or off, I did it for her. Although I reported the problems Saturday evening, they were not repaired when we departed […] on Monday morning.
