We stayed this hotel for 4 nights since we got a great price through hotels.com and given the price the hotel was excellent. The rooms and the rest of the interior was a little old, but the rooms were clean, comfortable and quite large. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had our baby girl with us and needed small things any time of the day and night and there were no problems. The location is great, right in the Zona Rosa, which is safe and fun to walk around in with shops, restaurants and cafés everywhere. Great ambient. Our room was on the 15th floor with a beautiful view all around. The Reforma Avenue is about 10 minutes walk away and "El Angel" about 15 minutes. The Historic Center and the Chapultepec park is a short taxi drive away. I recommend the Mexico City taxi instead of the ones provided by the hotel if you speak a little Spanish. There is a taxi station around the corner from the hotel. The taxis are registered, have price meters and are safe, so if you can talk to the driver you´re fine. The taxis by the hotel charge 3-4 times as much, so unless you need a car with a guide for the whole day I´d use the local taxis. Overall a good hotel.

La cercanía es muy práctica para viajes de negocios. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Tuve que esperar bastante para que encontraran mi reservación y luego un largo rato para recibir mi equipaje!

"You Pay for What You Get"
Overalall the hotel is in good neighborhood, good restaurants nearby if you are willing to walk at night. Hotel rooms are descent, hot showers, good internet connection very ample rooms but beds and pillows are very hard. Hotel staff not very best. and hotel restaurant not very good food. I called ahead to confirm my arrival to Mexico and informed them […] of my arrival, upon my arrival room not ready was given a temporary room but had to move out following day and saw several guest been done the same. "Great Hotel, Great Location"
This hotel is an a great location of the city and is great value for the money. Very clean and comfortable and an amazing staff. I travel to Mexico City very often and would go back to the San marino in a heartbeat.

We like this hotel for its convenience. Not many luxuries, but Internet that works, hot showers and ample-sized rooms with microwaves and burners are fine for the business traveler without high expectations. Rates are unbeatable and there are great restaurant options nearby.
"Convenient Location, good service,just be aware"
that you are right next to the Angel. Very convenient location, but if honking horns, whistes and sirens bother you, you might want to look for a quieter neighborhood. With that in mind, I am using the hotel regularly now. teh rooms are clean and spacious, there is always hot water, the internet is fast and reliable and they have great breakfasts. Starbucks […] is around the corner and a nice cantina across the street, Sanborns on the corner. Even their little restaurant has great food, one suggestion here is that they should get a better-priced wine list, they are double what they should be for a .375 liter bottle and the staff tend to hurry you through the end of the lunch. Minor issues. I really recommend this for budget business and pleasure travelers. Lesa meira

Reasonable quality for price but with so little effort it could be so much better. Shabby chic best describes it!
Not a comfortable hotel to be in. One will make big compromises and sacrifices by staying in this hotel. Noisy, not maintained well and inadequate for a typical business traveller's need
"Great Hotel"
Great Hotel in a tourist safe area of Mexico City. We had two rooms- the queen size room was nice sized, it even had a small living room/ breakfast nook. fyi- the room listed as two double beds was actually two single/twin beds. Each room had a nice kitchenette.

El hotel esta bien pero podria estar mejor se ve viejo y da la impresion de estar sucio aunque no es asi . Por el precio esperaba algo mejor. Sin embargo la ubicación es excelente.

料金の割に、部屋は清潔で使い勝手が良かったです。 とても広く、キッチンがついているので長期滞在にもオススメ。 最寄りの地下鉄の駅までは１５分ほどかかります。

La ubicación es excelente, el hotel esta un poco viejo, pero es agradable. El servicio del restaurante es pésimo y supuestamente abren a las 7 am, pero eran las 7:35 am y no pudieron ni siquiera pasarme un menú. Cuando llegue me dijeron que mi habitación no estaba disponible (reserve en Hoteles.com un cuarto con cama Queen size) pero me dieron una habitación […] con 2 camas individuales. Fuera de eso, la habitación del hotel era agradable y mi estancia estuvo bien. Lesa meira

Me parece que el diagrama para salida de emergencia en el cuarto es lo mejor que he visto hasta ahora, es una practica que no tiene ni camino real (por mencionar uno muy conocido), en general mi estancia fue cómoda, tuve que pedir un cobertor por que no había en el cuarto pero subieron de inmediato a dejarme uno con gran disposición

Nuestro comentario del San marino es muy confuso pues nunca llegamos a ver la habitaciones¡¡ llegamos y no habian habitaciones desocupadas, asi que nos mandaron al Eurostars, el cual la ubicacion es Perfecta en el corazon de la zona Rosa, El personal de 10, muy atento y disponible, pero al hotel le falta mantenimiento, tiene las paredes de las habitaciones […] sucias, los vidrios opacos, el desayuno buffet parecian momias en cacerolas¡¡ un fiasco, las habitaciones son comodas, y amplias, pero a primera impresion no tienen nada que ver con las fotos por internet. Hotel bien ubicado tanto para quienes viajan por negocio o turismo pero las habitaciones dobles solo tienen una cama matrimonial o dos sencilas muy estrechas. Las alfombras requieren un reemplazo y las fotos no coresponden a la realidad de la habitación. El personal de recepcion es atento y colaborador.

El hotel representa un buen valor para el costo. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, y la localización es excelente. El único problema que se nota es que la cañería no recibe un buen mantenimiento como debe ser. Agua gotea del grifo, y a veces también del fondo del inodoro. The hotel is a good value for the money. The rooms are large and clean, […] and the location is excellent. The only problem I observed is that the plumbing does not receive adequate maintenance - the faucets drip, and water sometimes leaks from the bottom of the toilet. Lesa meira

"Hotelは、レフォルマ通りに近く散歩が出来ます。"
旅行者には、お勧めです。リーゾナブルな料金です。メキシコなので、当初の予約と違う部屋に入りましたが、翌日に変更になりました、。が、この部屋は予約した部屋条件に未だ至っていないのではと思って使っています。車利用のビジネスには、余りお勧め出来ません。理由は駐車場です。有るのですが、外部のバレットパーキングで、朝頼んでから１５～３０位で車が来ます。時間に余裕のある方にお勧めします。ホテル前も１台のパーキングスペースなので、先着車が居ると路上駐車するので、衝突しないかやきもきします。 朝食は良いです。近くに日本食レストランが３軒ありますよ。 以上。
