Holiday Inn Norwich North – Norwich

We stayed at this hotel when we went to see MCFC play at Norwich. The hotel is next to a park and ride that drops you in the centre of town for the match. Hotel had a pub with a carvery close by/ Hotel bar was good and the breakfast. Beds were not the best but overall good value for an overnight stop for Football. Pool was OK for a splash around. Lovely hotel and good value for money.I cannot fault anything.I only stayed one night with my teenage daughter and her friend to do the sales in the City,but they really enjoyed there stay too.The pool and hot tub and sauna and steam room was much enjoyed.We will definitely stay again.The room was very spacious including the bathroom.Plenty of mirrors […] for us girls and clean.Good size tv with plenty of channels Lesa meira

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Holiday Inn. We were given a suite to accommodate us and our daughter, which proved to be very good value for money. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Our daughter found the sofa bed comfortable, and slept well, which is a rarity.The food was of an excellent quality, and the breakfasts very good value for […] money. The facilities are good, including a health suite and swimming pool, and the staff helpful and accommodating.The hotel is well situated to travel to the coast, and there is a very cheap park and ride within walking distance, which made a trip into Norwich an easy 25 minute journey away. Great rooms, staff superbly welcoming, helpful, caring, the hotel, great, its comfortable, clean and very quiet. The breakfasts and evening meals were excellent.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the health complex ie swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna were excellent (we didn't use the gym). However it is quite a while since I have stayed at a Holiday Inn and considering the fact that it was a 4* hotel I was disappointed in the overall demise in standards since my last stay. The room, although spacious […] and reasonably well appointed was rather shabby in terms of soft furnishings and a little dated. The bathroom was also rather dated and there were no biscuits with the tea and coffee and no mini bar. Sound proofing of the rooms was not that good so we were woken by the children next door before it was properly light. Hotel is in need of refurbishment and renovation. Rooms are smelly, bathrooms are old, carpets are worn down, tv's from the 1980s, I think people are much better off elsewhere if they need to wait out a night in Norwich

Overall very comfortable, excellent breakfast, very pleasant staff. Would have liked more control of Air-Conditioning.

Reception staff friendly and efficient. Room was large, slightly dated, but beds were very comfortable. If they lowered the price of breakfast (£13), would have been tempted, but plenty of nearby competition in Macdonalds and Premier Inn.

The staff of the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However breakfast was expensive but there is a Brewwer's Fayre 5 minutes walk away offering more reasonable prices and a wider choice. We found the location ok as we were visiting friends living just north of Norwich. This hotel is close to Norwich airport. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There's a McDonalds next door, which is convenient! Wort hconsidering if you're looking to stay in this area!

Very tired hotel, very scruffy, swimming pool freezing, family room very tired old and uncomfortable, curtains broken, not comfortable - we checked in at 3pm and checked out at 9.30pm same day and came home - family not happy. Saty at the Holiday Inn in Norwich next to Carrow Road, not this one!

I stayed here for one night with my little boy and was very impressed. The hotel was very good value especially as we were able to use the lovely swimming pool and the free kids meals were very generous. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, but especially when my son was taken ill. I couldn't fault them or the hotel. The hotel was a little dingy, but alright. The hallway smelled of smoke, so I was worried about the room but it smelled clean. Unfortunately we were unable to turn off the heating. We asked for help from the front desk. They said they would take care of it but nothing happened.
