Flott hótel í gömlu húsi en full hljóðbært á milli herbergja. Var með herbergi út að götu og það er slatta traffík þarna hjá allan sólarhringinn. Einnig fór gesturinn í herberginu fyrir ofan okkur að færa til hús gögn kl. 5 um morguninn.

Hótelið er í góðu umhverfi og starfsfólk mjög vinalegt. Rétt handan við hornið eru sporvagnarnir bæði gömlu sem fara upp brekkurnar og í gegnum ítalska og kínahverfið og endar á Market þar sem allar verslanirnar eru. Nýju sporvagnarnir þeir fara meðfram bryggjunum og sjávarsíðunni og hægt er að taka þá eða labba að bryggju 35 að mig minnir þar sem ferjan til Alcatrez er. Eina sem hefði fullkomnað þessa hóteldvöl var ef það hefði verið þráðlaust net upp í herberginu. En það er eingöngu í andyrinu. Mun klárlega gista aftur á þessu hóteli í framtíðinni þegar farið verður aftur til San Francisco

Við vorum að leita að hóteli miðsvæðis í San Francisco og sem væri á hagstæðu verði, hreinlegt. Hótel Diva uppfyllti þessar kröfur auk þess að vera með mjög góða og persónulega þjónustu.

"Easy to sleep and fly"
nice staff, felt safe in enclosed hotel building, very clean, reliable shuttle service to and from the oakland airport, quiet.
"Good value for the price"
This hotel is good if you need to be close to Oakland airport. Overall, friendly staff, clean rooms. Despite it's proximity to a busy street/highway the rooms were quiet. The biggest negative would be about a 15 minute walk along a busy street to get to a BART station but otherwise a pleasant stay.

"Great stay, high marks from a road warrior"
No complaints about the hotel, just the fact that you won't want to be walking the neighborhood after dark. Fortunately, very alert security on the premises, so good that I had no worries leaving my car there for a 5 day trip out of town. You can park at the hotel and take their shuttle to the airport.

"Comfort Inn"
The only reason I decided to stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites was when I looked at the overview of the aminities of the room it showed several television channels. I was extremely disappointed with the channel selection.

"Good"
The hotel and room were in good condition. Very small gym/spa but they are open 24/7. The only issue I had was that the entire hotel ran out of regular coffee for the rooms and the free breakfast was never restocked. I had flag someone down and then wait 20 minutes just to get some eggs. As for the surrounding area I wouldn't recommend leaving the hotel […] at night. Lesa meira

"IT'S ALL GOOD"
The room was clean and kept clean by house keeping...breakfast was good for the price...only problem was some cable channels didn't work to well(volume). Other than that it was all good.
Very friendly staff. Nice variety for breakfast. Shuttle was a big plus to/from airport. Over all very pleased with our short stay!

"Nice room, dicey neighborhood"
Room was updated, clean and comfortable. Hallways still had an institutional feel. Front desk was helpful but not particularily friendly. Only decaf coffee available in rooms - was told hotel was completely out. Do not recommend walking in area, especially at night, but noticed security guard on duty when I checked out at 5:00 am. Free shuttle to and […] from airport shared with several other hotels in area was prompt and driver friendly and helpful. Can't speak about breakfast because I left before they begin serving at 6 am. The Comfort Inn near the Oakland Airport is situated immediately adjacent the I-880, which gives you convenient access to the 580, 80, and 24 to get anywhere in the area by car. You also are about 2 blocks from the Coliseum BART station. "comfortable very close to free way"
I loved my stay. It was me and my husband and our son, we needed a crib and we got it. We needed extra towels and we got them along with a extra pillow. Very quite and private. Also very clean and has that home felling. Lastly didn't smell like smoke. Will stay again :)
"Surprise Stay"
My husband and I were visiting (I'm from Oakland and visiting family) and since it was last minute we didn't have many options that weren't too expensive. We trusted this hotel after reading other reviews and we ended up being quite satisfied. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, the hall had a different smell but nothing too bothering. […] The bathroom was upgraded and I just loved the shower (looking in to purchasing the shower head for our home now!) "Oakland Airport Hotel"
This hotel is close to Oakland International but far enough away to be quiet. For the business traveller with calls to make in Oakland, San Francisco and other points in the Bay Area is ti easy to get from the hotel to those points by car or by BART. It is also right next to the Colosieum where the Warriors and Oakland Raiders play.
"COMFORTABLE IN COMFORT INN"
The rooms are kept clean and well maintain. No complaints except not many channels on tv and TNT had no volume didn't complain just road it out. The light breakfast was one of the best for value although the waffle machine wasn't working, but what was offered was good. "Check-in took forever"
We checked into the hotel after a Raider's game and there was only one person working the front desk, and she said she only had five minutes of training! It took us over an hour, standing in a long line, to finally get checked in! This is entirely inexcusable. We were tired after the game and wanted to get to our room. "THIS HOTEL IS EXCELLENT"
I BOOKED THIS HOTEL BECAUSE I WANTED TO BE CLOSE TO THE COLLISEUM. IT WAS CLOSE ENOUGH FOR ME TO WALK AND IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND I ENJOYED MY STAY. I HAD A REFRIGERATOR, A MICROVWAVE, A LOUNGE CHAIR, AND A HUGE BATHROOM.

When I'm attending an event at Oracle Arena I enjoy staying at the Comfort Inn. It is a short drive to the arena and also to my favorite restaurant, Francesco's. They offer a help-yourself breakfast which which includes the continental type assortment as well as pancakes and waffles. The room was clean,quiet and affordable.

a very nice inn. good attentive staff ,parking was easy & plentiful. was there for a oakland raider game & the atmosphere was great. felt safe at all times, even bear fans felt safe.will stay there next year for our annual trip . plenty of stores and supermarkets within minutes to restock.

I would have to rate this hotel as the best 'near the aiportt' hotel I have stayed in. It was easy to find, less than 3 miles from the departure gate. The receptionist was very pleasant and the room was extremely clean. The bed and pillows were great. I would give it 5 stars!

"3rd time is not the charm."
I have stayed here previously when the hotel was the Fairfield Inn. I thought because it is now the Comfort Inn that the service would improve. I was wrong. The front desk staff was rude and I called to get more pillows and the phone rang for 15 minutes and no one answered. I stayed in this hotel 3 nights while I was visiting with family in San Francisco. This hotel was not in the best neighborhood. I was told that there was security at the hotel. The first night I went out the back exit to smoke and some shady people pulled in the parking lot. It made me very nervous and I quickly went back inside. I did not see a security […] guard the first night. The next 2 nights I did see security around the premises. I would not stay there again, traveling alone.
