Í rúmum: yfirdýnur, sérvalin rúmföt hótels, rúmföt úr egypskri bómull og þrjú lök í rúmi. Koddavalseðlar í boði. Gestir geta notað ókeypis háhraðanettengingu, þráðlausa eða um snúru, í herbergjum. "Romance and Relief at The Garden Court, Palo Alto"
I could have titled my review as "Escape from Mountain View"... because that's what we did when we checked into The Garden Court in Palo Alto. We had been staying at a hotel in nearby Mountain View for 2 nights. We were booked there for another 3 nights. (Groan) But I couldn't stand it. The nighttime roar of the traffic kept me awake. And the fact […] that the hotel had only cheap fast food restaurants around it made me want to make a super fast exit to a quieter more pedestrian-friendly and luxurious hotel. We cancelled at the old hotel, and booked ourselves into The Garden Court Hotel for 3 nights. As soon as we walked into the Garden Court I took a deep sigh of relief. Finally it felt like we were on vacation! Yeah! The Garden Court is super deluxe (and only a bit more per night than the other hotel). Very pretty, classic design, and elegant. We stayed in a gorgeous sunny room with huge French doors across one wall opening onto a balcony with a street view. We walked around Palo Alto, exploring the shops and the very upscale neighbourhood. It was a romantic place to relax and recharge! I highly recommend it and can't wait to return! Lesa meira
"Room location important"
Our stay at the Garden Court was enjoyable - the quality of the hotel and the excellent service surpassed our expectations. We did, however, have a room facing the parking lot and were woken at 4 am by the industrial garbage collection right below our room. A room looking into the courtyard would be preferable.
"Beautiful hotel in downtown Palo Alto"
We stayed at the Garden Court Hotel for a wedding the week between Christmas and New Years. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff were very accommodating, the rooms were lovely (the bed was like sleeping on a cloud), and the food was delicious. "Terrible, no sleep - don't stay on the 3rd floor"
The room itself was nice, but at around 2:00am I was awoken to what sounded like loud banging. I couldn't tell where it was coming from, so I called the front desk, who told me that they'd "take care of it immediately," which confused me since I hadn't said what it was or where it was coming from. The noise stopped for about 20 minutes, but then started […] up again even louder. I called down again, and the woman said "I'll call the restaurant again." It turns out my room was directly over the restaurant on the second floor, and what I was hearing was them cleaning up at the end of the night. I couldn't sleep through it, and they finally had to move me at 3:30am to the 4th floor. It was really unpleasant to have to pack all my things up and walk with the bellman in my pajamas to another room, which, by the way, was freezing. I got about 3 hours of bad sleep. The next day when I turned in my keys, there was no "I'm sorry that happened" or "hey, we can give you a discount" it was just "there are no additional charges" and zero eye contact. Terrible service, terrible hotel. Other unpleasant aspects: there is no self-parking, and parking in Palo Alto has the worst street parking laws ever. You can pay $17 a night for valet, or you can park on the street and move your car by 10am, after which you have to leave because you literally aren't allowed to park for longer than two hours anywhere in the area (meaning you can't just move your car to another spot). Also, I wanted to relax in a nice bath, but after paying a lot of money for a lovely night, I discovered upon arrival there wasn't a bathtub. And the "rain shower heads" they touted sucked, along with the available hot water (turn it on all the way to hot at maximum pressure and you will get a lukewarm, limp shower). We loved this hotel. Everything about it. Clean and pristine. Decorated in navy and bright white. Right out of Restoration Hardware. Walking distance from downtown Palo Alto and numerous restaurants where you can sit outside. Lovely staff!!! Can't wait to return. Rooms small but perfect with french doors looking onto the courtyard and a small balcony. […] Very safety conscience. European flair. I wish I had known about this hotel when I went to school down the street. Privately owned by one person from Spain. Room service 24 hrs. a day. Valet parking. Lesa meira

My husband and I wanted a quick one night vacation but had to stay local and this fit the bill perfectly. The hotel is very nicely appointed and the room was comfortable. This was a wonderful oasis in Palo Alto, very easy and convenient. Very nice staff. So i was utterly shocked at the poor condition of the fold out couch and the staff's complete inability to provide pillows and blankets despite repeated calls visits and assurances from 10 pm to 1 am. "Garden Court - almost perfect"
The free high-speed wireless did not work in our room (too far from router?). Otherwise everything was perfect. The parking rates were quite reasonable as well.

"Worth Staying"
Strongly recommend when you find your parent to stay at a valuable and clean hotel. My parent from South Korea loved staying at this hotel because of its clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly clerks.

The room was clean. The clerk at the front desk was kind and friendly. The yard view was good. Most of all, I liked the hotel location at the university avenue because of the vibrant and perky atmosphere.

The Garden Court is a prime example of how a hotel should be run. All of the hotel personnel were extremely courteous and pleasant. The hotel is in a very convenient downtown location and strolling down the main street of Palo Alto in the evening is a delightful experience. "Quality Hotel near Stanford"
After checking into our room, I found the room not to be as expected. They remedied the problem immediately and called to make sure everything was satisfactory. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again when I return to Palo Alto.

It appeared they were renovating the top floor, so it may be a little noisy during the week. We arrived Friday afternoon and the construction noise ceased at 5 pm. Very quiet hotel. Very comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. Best location in Palo Alto.

"Would return"
Great hotel with the California feel. A variety of food choices within steps of the hotel. Very well trained hotel staff at every level. I have no hesitation is recommending this hotel.

아이가 스탠포드를 다녀서 입학식에 이어 땡스기빙방학을 이용하여 다녀왔어요...입학식때는 정신없어서 호텔근처를 돌아다니지 못했는데 이번에 여유롭게 다녀보니 치안도 좋고 아주 만족스러웠어요.. 가격이 비싼것을 제외하고는 팔로알토를 방문하는분들에게 강추합니다^^

"シャワーしかないのは！"
スタッフの態度は素晴らしかった。バレットパーキングのスタッフから丁寧な対応が期待できた。部屋のインテリアも上質です、センスの良いものでした。 ただ残念だったのが、バスルームにシャワーしかなかったこと。我々は一泊だけだったが、連続して泊まる方には厳しいかも。それを考えてもまた泊まりたいホテルです。
