Everything fine execpt for the remodling of the lobby area. WOW what mess, but they are upgrading.
The hotel was under repair. The pool and fitness areas were in good shape. The room was great.

The hotel is in walking distance of a very nice mall and restarunts. The hotel van will drop you off and pick you up at the mall and Dulles airport. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

It's a Marriott Hotel and definitely lived up to its reputation! The front desk persons were particularly helpful, pleasant, and cheerful! Can not recommend this hotel too highly!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the staff was accomadating, and knowledgable. Hotel was clean and well kept. Would definately recommend this hotel to anyone. Good location near shopping, and not far from the airport. Great price!

Incredibly polite, friendly and helpful service. Close to a shopping mall with several restaurants. About 20 minutes away from Dulles airport with a shuttle to and fro. When I decided to rent a car on day two, the shuttle driver dropped me off not at the airport as expected, but at the actual rental place at the airport. The rate for this hotel and the accompanying reviews didn't mesh to me...most all of the reviews were very positive and the rate for the room was extremely affordable. I am pleased to report that the hotel in every way lived up to the previous reviews. We were looking for a hotel close to DC and far enough away that we could A. afford it and B. leave […] the city for a quieter space in the evening. This hotel helped us accomplish both objectives. The hotel was clean, the room was as pictured, internet and cable features easy to use. Staff was friendly, site was well maintained. "Courtyard Marriott near Dulles"
The hotel is a few miles from the Dulles Air and Space Museum. Needed to ask for the complimentary breakfast coupon but they gave it without a hassle. Pool is small but works for small children. Next to Dulles Town Center.
"Excellent Hotel..."
I really enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard. The only real issue I have is that it is a 45min drive into DC, and a 20 min drive to the metro. When the Purple line is extended out to Dulles Airport this will make this hotel very convenient to all of the DC metro area.

I was not expecting much since my room with king bed is only sixty. But I have to say, I was very impressed by how comfortable it is and how nice and clean everything is, for only sixty. The very nice front desk lady even gave us free breakfasts, and that saved us $40 for two days. It's right beside a big shopping center, we took advantage of it and […] took a walk and stopped at the playground to let our daughter consume her extra energies. It's also very close to a dining area with lots of restaurants. The only down side is it's about an hour away from D.C. in traffic. "A very nice place"
It was definitely worth the money we paid for this quality hotel. The room was clean, large and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was polite and helpful.
The room and hotel were very clean. All the employees we encountered were friendly. Our only issue was using the AC - we couldn't get to the room to a temperature we would be comfortable with 68 degrees. Since we were staying just one night, we let it go.
We were very pleased with our stay. The front desk staff was very accommodating in getting us into our room early. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and fresh, quiet, and tastefully decorated. We appreciated that the entire facility (inside) was smoke free! This hotel was only 10 minutes away from Dulles International and the staff was very friendly and the neighborhood was nice with restaurants and a mall within 5 minutes away.

We drove 14 hours to arrive in the area the next day. Check in was not until 3:00 PM. We took a chance and asked at the front desk if we could check in early, around 10 AM. "Dulles Twn Ctr Marriott"
The hotel room was decorated nicely. We really enjoyed having a balcony off the room. Would have been nice to have longer breakfast hours and food that was inclusive. Bit farther walk to mall than expected, especially since there wasn't designated crosswalks along path. Overall very clean and enjoyable.

"Friendly staff, not so convenient to Dulles"
We stayed at this hotel when we flew to the DC area for a family wedding. The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, but it required a toll road to get to and from Dulles or the DC area. The pool is small but well kept and there is a hot tub.
