"Comfort inn in Benton"
The hotel was neat clean and modern with up to date fixtures and very comfortable. The directions to get into the hotel were a little confusing. Everything else was above average.
The hotel was great, the people great, and I would stay there again.

It was a convenient place to stay in relation to where I was working. I would consider it to be average among 3 star hotels. It did the job.
"Benton Comfort Inn"
Had to go about 4 miles off our route, though the hotel was very easy to find. No real choices in restaurants; we ate next door and they had no other customers at peak dinner hour - so the food was below par - but that might also have to do with the fact that this is a dry (liquor-free) area. Hotel was clean and everything seemed to be in working order […] and was about $40.00 less than staying in Paducah. Lesa meira
"Close to Murray"
This hotel is a nice hotel when you can't get one in Murray. It's nice but a little pricey for the area.
"Rooms are outdated"
The hotel itself appeared clean and well kept. Parking is a breeze but the rooms were a little outdated. The bedspreads were old and the sheets had old cigarette holes in them. There isn't much else around this area but for the money I expected more from the room.

Our overnight stay was nothing to complain about yet it was nothing to brag about either. If you want a good rate and an average place to stay, then this is it.

Too bad this is the best hotel in the area. I've stayed in a 4 start hotel in Dallas for cheaper price, but there were not alternatives so I can't complain too much. Friendly staff, only problem I had was with the cleanliness of the hotel. As soon as you walk in, it smells like mildew. There is an indoor pool and carpet throughout...bad combination. […] I witnessed a customer get snapped at by the manager, and the manager told him to call the 800 number to complain. I hope he reads this and it makes him feel a little bit better about his experience. Lesa meira
"Nice place to stay"
We stayed here just passing through on the way to visit family. We had our dog with us, which limited our hotel choices and I thought we would end up settling for a lesser hotel than we usually stay at. We were pleasantly surprised. This hotel was clean and comfortable, the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, […] and the indoor pool was great for the kids. We are staying there again on our way back home and will definitely stay there again in the future. Lesa meira

"Expected more for the price"
I chose this hotel over others in the area and paid a bit more because I expected it to be relatively nicer. It is a decent hotel for an overnight stay, but I was expecting something more for the price difference. Killed a big bug in the room, and shower fixtures were not clean. There was not much to the free breakfast. As I said, it was fine for an […] overnight stay, but in my opinion was overpriced for the experience. Lesa meira
