We had a nice stay. The hotel is very clean. The pool and water slide was great fun although there was a small child in there without parental supervision. The continental breakfast was excellent but staff should not be putting everything away at 9:20 a.m. when the breakfast is suppose to be open till 9:30 a.m. Also room had kleenex, shampoo and conditioner […] one day and not the next. These are small annoyances and can be easily fixed. All in all a really wonderful hotel. Lesa meira

We enjoyed the comfortable beds and room. The room rate was reasonable. We only had one complaint... The new carpeted hallways are beautiful! But the smell was overwhelming (headache) every time we opened our door to go somewhere. I would go back, but hope the new carpet (glue?) smell is gone next time.

I did not mind the hotel at all, my only suggestion would be NOT to replace carpent during the eveing when guests are trying to rest/sleep.

There were no bathrobe inside the room and you have to go to the front desk to ask for a simple corkscrew which should be in the room.

We stayed 2 nights, the hotel was good. I noticed a couple of lightbulbs were burnt out in the bathroom and the shower head sprayed more like a jet than a shower but over all the hotel was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was decent, I wish there had been more fruit but it had a good selection of items for a hotel breakfast. Marco from the front desk was fantastic! Got us an early check in was super friendly when we arrived and helped us with change as well us informed us of all the hotel amenities. Such a great employee! Would stay and recommend this hotel in the future!! Thank you!

Its a good place to stay for vacation because of the location and venue and are accessible to train going to downtown. The only problem is that no supermarket nearby and no restaurant if ever there is its about 5 kilometer far to go. The beds had stains on them. Hot tub had ice burgs in it. No towels. Caught front desk girl making out with some guy behind the counter. Forgot sons wii remotes in the room the cleaning lady tried stealing them

Very good experience overall. Only one person was working on the counter so longer period of delays in check in and also for service.

Very clean updated hotel. Friendly staff and very comfortable room. This hotel is under rated and I recomend this hotel to every one!

just in for a couple of nights in city to do a little shopping. absolutely loved the hotel. large room, quiet, close to a couple restaurants, easy access to Macleod Trail, great hot breakfast. Love to stay here again.

our stay was very enjoyable. the hotel staff was very nice & evreything was good. the only complaint was our tv did not have a very crisp,clear picture that i am use to.

Our room was a very spacious room with double french doors. The property was very quiet also. We also got early check in. The continental breakfast is really good too. Lots of variety. This is not the first Holiday Inn I have stayed in and I will continue to stay at these properties.

The hotel was nice, new, clean, and comfortable. Our room had a king size bed and was very nice and comfortable. There was a free continental breakfast although we did not have the opportunity to try it. We never got to use the pool/hot-tub because of our schedule. All in all, a nice experience. Shabby rooms. No dryer, TV was old... The manager was nice but the food for breakfast was Bread cereal and muffins. There was one muffin left by 8:00. Coffee and juice were week and there is nowhere to sit.

We have been at this hotel twice and always every thing is wonderful. The spacious rooms are newly decorated, the beds are so comfortable and the staff are very friendly. We love that it is walking distant to many restaurants and the liquor store :).

Unfortunately had trouble with billing for some laundry I sent out. They lost the billing list I had filled out in my room and then charged me more than double what it should have been. When I questioned the charges it seemed to cause a lot of confusion. Now 3 days later it is still not straightened out. I checked out with it unresolved. Our stay was fantastic. My son thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The common areas within the complex were very clean and well tended. Our only issue was the sound of pipes when other guests were using the water. It was excessively loud. We were amazed at how nice this hotel is. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious and updated. The beds were excellent. The breakfast was wonderful. The rate was amazing. It is in a great location, near the theatre and malls. We will stay there from now on for our visits to Calgary.

The rooms were a great size and we could comfortably fit a playpen and stroller. It was clean and the complimentary breakfast was excellent! Would definitely book again!

It was really beautiful, clean and comfortable. They keep it very warm though. Close to South Center Mall. Kind of far from anything else. We would totally recommend it!

We did find this Holiday Inn to not be up to the standards of other Holiday Inn Express. We needed to ask for towels for the room twice, there were no towels at the pool and we did not have soap for the shower. Small things but should be standard.

The only reason I would limit the 5 star rating in any way that the room had a strange smell upon entering it. It was something that we became accustomed to after awhile. The beds and pillows were wonderful. I would definetly go there again.

We were happy with the Holiday Inn; they gave us a free room upgrade to a suite, the service was quick (as the hotel was really empty), the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the free breakfast was nice.

Not a bad place. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's right on Macleod Trail so there is highway noise. The pool was a lot of fun.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The deluxe continental breakfast was quite good, and the hotel itself is very clean and well kept. Used the fitness facility, could use equipment upgrading. Hot tub is small but comfortable. Our room had a patio and being we stayed in the winter there was a really bad draft coming from around the patio door so room was […] cold despite having the heat turned up. Bed was a bit hard for my personal liking by my husband didn't mind it. Fairly quiet despite being a very busy weekend for the hote. Close to shopping and restaurants. C train station just a few blocks away. Would recommend it as a good place to stay. Lesa meira

Staff were friendly, helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is convenient for Southern Calgary venues and shopping. My only minor complaint was there at night time when I am used to cookies and milk and other Holiday Inn locations.

Room was overall clean, but some dust and dirt behind nightstands. Noise was a big problem though, the people next to us had a dog that whined and howled until about one am. Also we were woken up at six by someone above us showering which caused or pipes to make noise as well. When we checked in at five there was only one woman at the desk an she was […] trying to answer phones and check people in at the same time, not her fault, they should have had more staff at the front desk.
