Herbergi hafa útsýni yfir borg og húsagarð. Á Wellenberg eru 45 herbergi og í þeim eru græjur fyrir iPod og míníbarir. Í rúmum: yfirdýnur, dúnteppi og hágæða rúmföt. Koddavalseðlar í boði. Þráðlaus háhraða internetaðgangur er í boði án endurgjalds. Í herbergjum eru flatskjársjónvörp með úrvalsgervihnattarásum; mjög nýlegum kvikmyndum og kvikmyndum (gegn gjaldi). Á herbergjum eru skrifborð, öryggishólf og beinhringisímar með talhólfi. Á baðherbergjum eru baðkör eða sturtur með lausum sturtuhausum, baðvogir, snyrtivörur frá þekktum framleiðendum og förðunarspeglar.
Til viðbótar eru í boði ókeypis dagblöð og kaffivél/te. Í boði eru straujárn/strauborð, ofnæmisprófaður sængurfatnaður og baðsloppar sé þess óskað. Kvöldfrágangur er í boði á hverju kvöldi og einnig er boðið upp á þrif daglega. Öll herbergi á Wellenberg eru reyklaus. Endurnýjun á öllum herbergjum lauk í maí 2011.

Our hotel exceeded our expectations, from the staff preparing an extra bed ( that was comfortable too) , perfect breakfast, clean room and a warm atmosphere from staff/facilities. Great value and a must next trip to Zurich. Loved the walking area around hotel in Old Zurich too.

good hotel, deluxe rooms small but modern and clean, view of roof tops of zurich, very clean, modern, laptop and free wifi nice touch, staff friendly, breakfast basic but satisfactory, lovely terrace for warm days, excellent location in centre of shops, cafes, restaurants, not cheap but nothing in zurich is, wasn't aware of tax per person for each day […] of stay had to paid at end of stay but not excessive, good bistro attached to hotel, only tea in rooms no coffee. One of our family has wheelchair lifts small but adequate, staff accomodated rooms close together Lesa meira

Great hotel, very bad Internet set up, it was to send us codes on our phone, they never came through on the SMS. Also was heavily filtered so that none of my emails would open.

Everythings are well, it is interesting that the bath does not set in the bathroom. We enjoyed the stay here. We will come back again.

"Hotel Wellenberg not 4*"
This hotel did not have 4 star service at front desk. There is no concierge equivalent, staff could not give directions to airport, staff could not give accurate directions to parking garage, parking is NOT included, and very very expensive. Would not recommend to anyone traveling by car, as the hotel is in a pedestrian zone, and very diffcult to find. […] Internet is NOT included in price. There is a city tax above and beyond the taxes included when you book, yet we thought our booking included all hotel taxes. Staff was also unable to give suggestions as to where to eat. Good points are that the location is very central and great for tourism, hotel breakfast was good, and hotel seemed well maintained. Lesa meira
"Cute and convenient!"
I really loved staying at Hotel Wellenberg in October 2011. It was about 20 minute shuttle ride from the airport, conveniently located in Old Town Zurich. The staff was wonderful, breakfast was good, and the rooms were nice. Very happy with my stay there!
"Horrendous"
This hotel is supposed to be 4 stars and perhaps the only 4 star quality about this hotel is the decor in the lobby and hallways. Our room smelled terrible, the carpet was worn, the chairs in the room were ripped and dirty. I felt deceived by their advertising and am so disappointed that I chose this hotel and spent the amount of money I did.

"Disco In Courtyard!"
The Wellenberg here in Zurich was quite nice, close to eating, the river, Starbucks, you name it Large room, nicely appointed, what more could a guy want? But about 7 PM in the courtyard below they set up a tent and into the tent went a disco complete with very loud music, you cannot filter out the base by closing the windows, even four floors above. Great location. Junior Suites look out to the placa and are very noisy 24/7. We hardly slept. The bathroom is not really functioning for 2 people (way too small for a Junior Suite) and the closets are not functioning well as well. The fridge for the Mini bar was also not working. Generally overprized for what you get. The one redeeming feature is the […] breakfest buffet. I am reluctant to recommend the hotel. We have booked somewhere else on our return in early August. "Wllenberg in Old Town"
-Convenient location to Old Zurich-restaurants, museums, historiacl buildings and small unique shops. Rooms are a bit small and somewhat crowded but they do provide fans for warm summer evenings. Breakfast is enjoyable with the basic European fare.

A great hotel, perfect for staying in Zurich, close to Train station, numerous places to pick up a free bicycle to roam around the lake and enjoy a swim in the summer. Staff where excellent and the atmosphere about the Hotel was great. Internet was a little slow and you had to pay for it in the room (this is quite old fashioned in most hotels i stay […] in it's free nowadays). "Wellenburg Hotel, Zurich"
The hotel is located in the heart of the restaurant district - very noisy late into the wee hours of the morning. Other than that it was conveniently locate dto the Lake, train station. The breakfast was good
Stay was very comfortable, and the staffs were super nice. i left a necklace there and came back to US w/o knowing it. I called them up and they were able to find it and ship it to US for me.

"The Wellenberg- central location, comfortable"
I liked the Wellenberg and would be happy to recommend it. The rooms weren't quite as spectacular as the pictures, but they were clean and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and with friendly and efficient service. The breakfasts are delicious and there is a lovely terrace where you can sit outside. I would be happy to recommend.

Stayed here for 2 nights in May. A perfectly decent hotel in the old part of town. Only drawback was that the noise from the street kept me awake.

"Good hotel in a nice location"
This was a short stay of one night since our trip was delayed a day and we had planned two nights in Zurich. The hotel is in a very convenient loctation of a plaza area in the Old Town section of Zurich. There are a plethora of cafes and restaurants surrounding the area. We had 4 of us comfortably in one room and did not feel croweded. It is very quiet […] and dark in the room at night. There is a nice European breakfast that is provided with the room. The staff was very courteous and nice. I would stay here again if in Zurich. Try the Swiss restaurante across the street -- top notch. Lesa meira
"Wellenberg Hotel - Would definitely recommend"
Very good hotel. Staff, service were brilliant. Do not have a single issue that comes to mind. Close to the rail station and public transport, restaurants and supermarket. 24 hour travel card in Zurich is well worth it. You can see most of Zurich and would recommend getting it to make use of getting to and from the airport as well. Zurich is an expensive […] city, therefore a travelcard like this comes in handy. Would recommend going to Lucerne as it is a place with views, shopping and can take walks about town etc. Lesa meira
//the toilet space is extremely small. Almost no room for convenient shaving, washing and care of your daily appearance. Othervise - excelent location, very nice breakfast and very polite staff.

A very convient location for access to the main train station and downtown area. Unfortunatly Zurich proper is no longer as tourist freindly as it once was and is very expensive. The Hotel has a reasonable selection of food items for breakfast but it is not what it once was. The Hotel changed ownership in the past few years and no longer has the charm […] that it once did. "Hotel Wellenberg - nicely located."
Hotel staff was extremely courteous. 5-7 minute walk from the main train station (or 3 minute tram ride. The #4 tram runs every 10 minutes I think). Train runs immediately next to the airport, so it's a 10 minute ride to/from the station. Hotel located in middle of shopping area, with many restaurants around. But, it was too noisy, due to the popularity […] of the local bars. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. No extra blankets were provided though. TV was small, but several English speaking channels were available. Had decently thick towels. Has no air conditioners, so be careful in the summer. Internet connections cost extra! Must buy the 90 minute Value Card for multiple logins. The 30minute card is good for only a single login (learned this the hard way). Was pricey compared to other hotels in other cities, all things considered. But Zurich is supposed to be more expensive overall. Breakfast was included in our rate plan. Lesa meira

The Wellenberg is a very good small hotel. I have stayed there several times and been happy with the room and the service. While not a deluxe hotel, it is clean and the rooms are modern and well-appointed although not large. They do offer a few larger rooms. I love this hotel. It's on a small cobble-stone square in the heart of old town. I found this to be quite charming. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was decorated in a modern European decor, very nice. Old town is a very touristy area, full of shops, restaurants, cafes, coffee houses, pubs, etc. The only downside to […] this hotel is that weekend nights can be a bit noisy due to the pub crowds spilling out into the streets. If you sleep with a window open you may want to request a room that doesn't face the square. My room faced the square, but I wasn't bothered by the noise. I did think it was worth mentioning though. Excellent location, staff, and breakfast. The carpet needs updating and it was a bit loud since you are right on the city square. Clean and large rooms.
"Wonderful Service"
Zurich is expensive and so was this hotel, but the service made up for the price. Pros: The location is walkable from the train station and in a very lively fun part of town. The service. Everyone at the hotel was very nice. The room was huge. Breakfast was included in the stay and was nice. Cons: Strange decor.

Hotel is very nice and very centrally located but others from the states, there is no airconditioning and the rooms are close to the restaurants which means noise until 3am if the windows are open.
"Excellent hotel in the town center, no airco"
The hotel is very well situated in the town center of Zurich. We had a large family room for 4. The only problem we have with the hotel is that is has no airco and with an outside temperature around 30 degrees it's unbearable at night. We arrived with a jetlag and really needed our sleep.They gave us a small fan but that didn't help. Opening the windows […] didn't help either since the hotel is in the middle of the center with outdoor restaurants, and Friday night everyone is out. Even at 3 a.m. there was still a lot of noice outside. At check out we complained about the heat, and lack of sleep, in the hotel, with several other guests also complaining, and they explained that they want to install airco but the town won't allow them, it's a historic building. "Wellenberg & street noise"
Before staying here I'd read one or two negative reviews from people who couldn't sleep because of noise outside. Having just returned, I can see where these people were coming from. I stayed over what several locals told me was the hottest period in 25 years. The rooms have fans but no airconditioning (at least mine didn't). This wasn't a problem […] at all but it did mean leaving the window open and there was street noise from outside (especially on Saturday night) as our room was at the front of the hotel overlooking the street below and youth hostel opposite. If you are extremely sensitive to noise, I would recommend asking for a room overlooking the inner courtyard which seemed incredibly tranquil. But personally the noise wasn't a problem at all and I'd happily stay again in the same room. The hotel itself was clean, tidy, rather simple I suppose but a very nice place and excellently located with very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast on the terrace on a beautiful summer's day was superb! Lesa meira

Hotel staff was pleasant, courteous and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. On the Negative side, did not expect a room with a ceiling that slants and give the room a cave-like, attic-like feeling. Just avoid the top floor and you should be fine. Also, why dont showers in Europe have proper shower doors ?
