Vel staðsett fyrir þá sem vilja gista nálægt Heathrow. Herbergið ágætt. Fínn morgunmatur (ekki innifalinn). Fljótlegt að tékka inn og út. Hefur allt sem þarf fyrir þann sem gistir yfir blánóttina milli fluga.

We stayed there for 1 night after our flight in the morning and we had a smooth early check. The service you get there is absolutely sopt on. We had in room tea/coffee and biscuits every time we return to our rooms which was a nice treat. The room was comfy and bathroom was bright and clean. When we come to check out on the next day the bellboy somehow […] put our 2 suit cases, a laptop bag and other shopping bags into somebody else's car. When we came out the hotel and ready to leave we notice all our bags were in the car boot, then we got told that they have got put into someone else's car and they have left to go to the airport!!! This is definately NOT something you would expect to happen with a 5* hotel. We did get our belongs back at the end and the hotel bellboy dropped them off at the place where we were having lunch in London. As an apology the hotel didn't charge us a parking fee of £90 and offered a upgrade for our next stay. For me they should have done more there and then rather than offering something on our next stay which I have to pay them the money anyway. Over all, the hotel was great but an unforgivable mistake should not accured with this 5* luxuary hotel! Lesa meira

Me and my wife stayed here for 4 nights and it was een better than we imagined. Doormen were very polite, the front desk staff was very efficient, the concierge was extremely helpful, and the hotel was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The Berkeley is an exceptional hotel and we have stayed in other 5 star hotels in London. The location is perfect while feeling very private and personal. The service is fantastic and we loved the restaurant for english breakfast. The rooms have a classic updated feel (not the usual over decorated stuffy feeling that we have encounterd at other UK […] hotels). Lesa meira

Although pricey this hotel was excellent on all counts. From checking in to checking out the staff were extremely attentive. Great location also - only a few minutes walk to main shopping area. Would definitely return

I can recommend this Hotel to people who like nice people, fantastic service and excellent food. The concierge service was fantastic, they even managed to get us a table at Zuma for lunch. We will be back!
