"nice and very satisfied"
I and my wife have been in this hotel on 3 and 7th December 2011. very near in Gent train station. it takes about 5 minutes by walk.(slow 10 minutes). compare to other same price hotels, breakfast was sooooooooo good!! I'm korean. and If you are asian, I strongly recommed this hotel due to clean, safety street, convenience transpotation system.
"Hotel NH Gent St Pieters"
This hotel was adequate, my judgement of the accommodation is clouded by the fact i didn't receive the level of room I'd booked and paid for. However, the place was clean although decor was looking a little tired in places. The location 20 minutes out of the city centre by tram and 10 minutes by taxi was a little too far really. The self service breakfast […] was not outstanding but met the need. The staff were courteous and responded quickly to repairing a broken TV. "Bad Hot Water, Old TV"
I was deceived by this hotel. A 4-star hotel should be capable of offering a good service, specially when it comes to essential things like hot water. Water temperature in the shower was very variable and when I mentionned it at the recpeption, the girl made a face showing that she didn't care at all. "nice hotel location not so good"
hotel was very nice, staff great. Breakfast very good.Room very good, bed very comfortable but Bathroom very dark and old looking shower really in need of updating not in line with grading of room. "NH Gent Sint Pieters is fantastic!"
This hotel was absolutely great. Very close and easy walk from the Sint Pieters train station. Area can be somewhat noisy in the mornings as people commute to work and the tram runs right by the hotel so depending on where your room is you might hear some noise. Room was super comfortable, the bed was fantastic. Room was huge for European standards. […] Staff was very friendly and helpful, provided us a map and some suggestions upon check in. You can follow the river for beautiful 25min walk to the city center where all the tourist attractions are. Tram system is also great and easy to use, you can buy a ticket from the conductor when boarding (costs a little more though). Highly recommend this hotel even though it's a little pricey! Lesa meira

I was very satisfied with the service and location. However, I was never informed about the fact that breakfast was not included in the price and I was surprised to see the bill during checkout. "NH Sint Peters Ghent."
Terrific staff, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This is an ex hospital so the rooms are very generous in size. Clean, contemporary design with no un-necessary frills. Excellent access for disabled clients. WiFi is limited to 30 minutes, after that you pay. This is the only negative; in this day and age internet should be free everywhere.

Fijne deal met weekendsuite, zeer gerieflijk bed om de hele dag in door te brengen.

Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Great location if you want to live near the stn so it's easier to get to the airport. The room was nice but the air was damp and the bathroom would need a second renovation.
ligt buiten het centrum echter tramhalte dichtbij,je zit snel in centrum. schone kamers , prettige bediening. zeer goed ontbijtbuffet klein minpuntje is dat als gasten s,avonds iets willen drinken er weinig zitplaatsen zijn verder prima hotel.

Goed hotel en vriendelijke service. Dicht bij het station maar geen last van lawaai. Alleen te dikke kussens op de bedden, hierdoor slecht geslapen. Voor de rest oké!

El hotel no correponde a la categoría que ostenta. Yo diría que 2 estrellas estaría suficiente. Es un hotel decadente. La conexión internet es gratis en la recepción del hotel y NO FUNCIONA. En las habitaciones tienes que pagar ¡¡¡6,00E la hora!!! Con las comunicaciones que tenemos en la actualidad es un absurdo que se cobre la utilización de internet […] en la habitación de un hotel de esta categoria. Una de las toallas de baño tenía una mancha horríble y tuvimos que pedir que la cambiasen. Nos la dieron en la recepción, en la mano, cuando volvimos de cenar. Se vé que no tienen suficiente servicio. Había un chico solo en la recepción por la noche, para todo. Hemos visto que otra pareja española también tenía problemas con las toallas y el recepcionista no hablaba español y ellos tampoco otro idioma, pero la obligación era del hotel. Las recepcionistas (dos chicas) eram muy amables y una hablaba español. La localización no corresponde a la que aparece en la página. No está en el centro. Hay que coger el tranvía, que sí es fácil y casi frente al hotel. Tardas unos 20 minutos. Lesa meira

"NH Sint Pieters: una buena opción"
A pesar de estar relativamente alejado del centro histórico (entre 20 y 30 minutos a pie) es una excelente opción para visitar la ciudad. El tranvía te lleva a la zona más turística en solo 10 minutos, y se coge junto al hotel. En el lobby te pueden dar toda la información que necesites. En cualquier caso, el paseo a pie junto al canal es de lo más […] agradable, al menos en verano. Más cerca está de la estación de tren de Sint Pieters (5-10 minutos), gran opción para visitar otras ciudades como Amberes, Brujas o Bruselas (a una hora como mucho de allí). Nuestra habitación fue muy grande y cómoda, muy limpia y con servicios que no había visto en otros hoteles como por ejemplo la posibilidad de cambiar de almohada si la que tienes en la cama no te satisface. Hay una carta de almohadas donde puedes elegir la que más te convenga. El buffet tiene muy buena calidad y variedad. El precio que marca el hotel me parece excesivo, aunque reservando con tiempo se pueden encontrar interesantes ofertas en las que el desayuno está incluido en el precio. Otro punto positivo es que en la zona del hotel hay posibilidad de salir a tomar algo hasta tarde sin estar dentro del "mogollón" del centro de Gante, lo cual puede venir bien si te apetece tomarte una cerveza tranquilo. Por último, Gante es una excelente elección para pasar unos días, tanto si vas con amigos como en familia, solo o con tu pareja. Ciudad animada, abierta al visitante, con excelentes paseos llenos de historia. No dejes de darte una vuelta por sus mercados callejeros y por supuesto no te pierdas la visita a la catedral, el castillo o los canales. Ah, y recomiendo encarecidamente probar las deliciosas cervezas belgas que se pueden encontrar en cualquier bar o restaurante. Lesa meira

"Mycket bra"
Trevligt hotell mitt i Centrum av Ghent. 5 minuters promenad till tågstationen och alla restauranger. Fint hotell med internet i lobbyn, god hotellfrukost och trevlig personal. Rekommenderas.
"Nicht weiterzuempfehlen"
Das Hotel liegt sehr weit draussen ( ca. 30 Minuten Fussweg bis zum Zentrum )direkt an einer Hauptstrasse und an S-Bahn Schienen. Dieses ist besonders Nachts sehr störend. Leider sind auch in der Nähe des Hotels nur kostenpflichtige Parkplätze für Kurzparker verfügbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt und auch die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. […] Im Bad ist die Dusche dreckig und verkalkt, der Duschvorhang voller Flecken und auch die Zimmer Böden und Möbel wurden nur halbherzig geputzt / gesaugt. Schiebt man einen Stuhl beiseite, kommt einem der Staub entgegen. Wir haben daraufhin unser Zimmer getauscht, aber auch das nächste war nicht wirklich besser. Zum Teil sind keine Kleiderschränke in den Zimmern. Die beschriebene Aussicht auf die Stadt begrenzt sich auf die direkt gegenüberliegenden Häuser. Das Frühstück ist OK. Das Hotel hat seine 4 Sterne definitiv nicht verdient. Wir würden es auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen oder nochmals buchen. Lesa meira
"Hotel NH de Gante. Me lo cobraron 40 días antes."
La reserva la hice el 22 de mayo de 2011. El mismo día 22 me lo cargaron en la tarjeta de crédito. El uno de junio liquidé los gastos de la tarjeta (con el gasto del hotel incluído). La estancia en el hotel fue del tres al seis de julio. La macedonia de frutas del desayuno estaba fermentada (guardaban la que sobraba del día anterior y añadían nueva). […] En la bañera de la habitación hay una cortina de plástico de las que se usaban hace cuarenta años (desentona mucho en un hotel de cuatro estrellas) La tapa del hinodoro...La limpieza, en general, deja que desear. Das Hotel ist für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Gent sehr gut geeignet. Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig, alles sauber und zudem ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet - Hotelmitarbeiter sehr nett und freundlich. Entfernung zum historischen Zentrum zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten, Tram (Haltestelle 200m entfernt) ca. 10 Minuten. Das Auto kann auf einem seperatem Hotelparkplatz […] abgestellt werden.
