Mjög gott hótel á góðum stað. Herbergin björt og hrein. Svolítið hissa að það var enginn stóll til staðar. Einangrum milli herbergja og hæða er hinsvegar algjör hörmung. Hvert fótspor á hæðinni fyrir ofan glumdi niður til okkar (fer væntanlega mikið eftir skóbúnaði þess sem þar dvelur). Einnig heyrist of mikið á milli herberga og líka fyrir utan herbergið. Við vorum óheppin þar sem það voru einvherjir á fylleríi með tilheyrandi hávaða og látum. Sorglegt þar sem hótelið' er sjálft mjög fínt og staðsetningin virkilega góð. ég mæli því með þessu fyrir hvern þann sem er tilbúinn að taka sjénsinn á því hverjir nágrannar hans verða.

Sérlega þægilegt nútímalegt hótel í einföldum evrópskum elegant stíl . Hótelið er vel staðsett og hótelgarður er nýmóðins og í sérklassa, notalegt að sitja úti við opinn eld á kvöldin. Starfsfólk sérlega bóngótt og elskulegt, og allir sérlega kurteisir svo eftir verður tekið. Innifalið í verði eru frjáls afnot af stórri líkamsræktarstöð með 25m sundlaug handan götunnar. Við vorum að æfa fyrir maraþon núna í águst og hentaði þetta því vel. Í alla staði frábært hótel.

The freeway noise made it hard to sleep. The breakfast was pretty good. For the price we paid, I expected something a little nicer.

I booked a room at the Clackamas Inn because the Courtyard Marriott and The Monarch were booked. My non-smoking room had cigarette butts right outside the door, ALL of the TV channels were fuzzy, the bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were 1/2 size and the traffic noise was horrible. Never again.

The rooms were clean, with room to move around. I was vacationing with four kids and was given a big bathroom, that was a very nice add, there was heavy drapes at the window, which was, also, great, it helped keep out the highway noise, The staff during the week was very helpful, however, the weekend staff could use some classes in customer service. The […] breakfast was well balanced, both during the week and on the weekend, now again the week day staff made sure, breakfast food was refilled in a timely manor, over the weekend, we had to ask for dishes to be refilled. This is a good size hotel and the dining area is small with to short of hours for breakfast. An extra hour would have been helpful. On Sunday morning we had no water. Now I know that problems happen, but I was not offered another room for a shower or anything else unit I checked out or was I offered any thing for my inconvenice. By the time I checked out, I was packed and ready to go home and again the staff was not very friendly. If I were traveling during the week to this area, I would gladly stay at this hotel, but I would think twice before staying weekend days. The hotel was close to shopping, easy to find, overall, for the price I paid, I got my monies worth, but I think I still should have been given a free night with my next stay for not having water on Sunday morning! "Great place to stay"
Convenient, consistant and customer service is very good. We stay here every time we are in town. The pet friendly rooms are nice and aren't the worst rooms in the place. They are clean and close to the dog run which is nice in a city. We had a great stay.

"Pleasant"
The hotel was easy to get and was located near everything, resturant ,shopping all with in walking distance. The room was very clean and pleasnant, check in was quick and the staff friendly. Had the chanch to use the pool and the area was clean as well as the pool. I will stay again.

Small rooms, offered free breakfast but not prepared for all the teams staying there.

While the Managers were very nice the two dead bugs in the bathroom, as well as the stale smell was a turn off. Most likely the room had not been used for a while and that is probably why it was in the shape it was in. Kind of disappointing but it was convenient. Will try another hotel in the same area next time.

I stayed at Clackamas Sunnyside Inn many years ago, the great experience I had then is what brought me back again and once again I was very pleased with my stay and will continue to stay at this location every trip I make to Portland. YOU should as well, the rates are great, clean rooms, free breakfast and wonderful staff!!!

"Nice motel - great price"
The rooms are very clean and spacious. I liked the price ...about half of what you'd pay for the same thing in a "name brand" motel and just as nice, in fact, better than some more expensive ones I've stayed in. This is my regular motel now.

"Best Western in Clackamas OR"
First room toilet didn't flush,, moved us to the top floor, tried opening the blind and it fell off ,room to be a non-smoking room, but was very smelly like at one time it was used for a smoking room and they didn't change out the carpets etc. Traffic noise was very loud all night. Breakfast on Sunday only went until 9 am, should go longer we wanted […] to sleep alittle late and did not get to the breakfast in time. Hotel needs to be updated and more lights put in the rooms, felt very dark. We will not be staying with them again. Lesa meira
"Nice place to stay"
The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was a comfortable and quiet place to stay. We appreciated being able to bring out little dog who liked the special pet area very much.
I was traveling with my father, who is in a wheel chair. I requested an ADA room, which has never been an issue in the past. When we went to check in, they tried giving us a room that had steps to it. When I asked about the ADA room, I was told they didn't have any available despite our confirmation specifially stating it was to be an ADA accessable […] room. This hotel used to be a Best Western and I stayed there many times over several years and was always pleased with the service. About a year ago they changed hands and became a Howard Johnson, and the service went down hill. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I woud no longer reccomend it to anyone. We ended up getting a room at the Monarch Hotel down the street, and I was nothing but impressed with their service and quality of room. Lesa meira

"Great hotel for the price and location!"
We came to this hotel to escape our non-air conditioned apartment. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was very friendly and pleasant. Our first room did not have a properly working a/c unit, and they were quick to switch us to a new room that was nice and chilled. The location is close to everything, and the hotel is in good condition. It is right next […] to the freeway, but with the a/c unit going, we didn't notice any noise from it at all. "OK for the price"
The walkways were cluttered, TV only had three stations, were woring on it but never got it fixed. The staff did a poor job of restocking the continental breakfast, lots of bll teams that day, someone did a poor planning job. The room was clean, and the price was right.

Located right off the main highway, a quick and easy drive from Portland Airport. Hotel is near a nice nature park with well marked trails, adjacent to a hospital, close to restaurants, supermarket and shopping. Hotel was very clean, had all essentials and was a good value for the price especially compared with others in the area. However the hotel […] was noisy because of the proximity to the highway. I had to use earplugs. Also the pillows on the bed were square and thick and could not be used for sleeping. Staff was nice and accommodating. The overall experience was good the staff was pretty nice. However, the breakfast is not advertised correctly, it is merely a continental breakfast. No buffet or deluxe to it. Breakfast room was way too small and one morning they were short staffed and didn't hardly have any food or coffee available. They allowed smoking right outside our door. The room was very clean, modern and convenient to the hospital. I was very pleased with the accomodations. The staff at check in were helpful and pleasant.

For the money, I guess I should not really complain but I really did expect more. The hotel is situated right on the freeway which with paper thin walls, causes some issues sleeping. I turned the air unit on to drown out some of the noise. My own room had additional guests (not welcomed) namely some sort of tiny spider that decided to try a last meal […] on my face. If you plan on spending literally no time in the hotel and need something ultra convenient (basically you are in the slow lane on the freeway) then you should go for it...but definately this is a no frills Best Western. Aside from the highway noise right outside the window, this hotel is well worth the money. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and even though we were right by the staircase, it was quiet.

The biggest problem was no pool. The pool was out of service and when I questioned to hotel manager his responce was well it says (seasonal. He did not apologize or anything. The hotel was fine for the money.
