I've stayed in better, I've stayed in worse. Rooms were a little cramped feeling with the two Queens. In some places, especially the bathrooms, it just looked like the maids don't care to clean well enough. The corners were grimy, the baseboards needing scrubbing and behind the toilet was hairy. With more attention to detail the cosmetic flaws could […] be overlooked. The free breakfast was a carb fest with no fresh fruit or juice, but it's free so I can't really complain. If you like bagels and toast, it's fine. The front desk staff could use some hospitality training. I stood in line for 15 minutes without even being greeted or acknowledged. He also took 3 phone calls mid check in without excusing himself which I found to be rude. I think the real problem is that the hotel was understaffed. Also the clerk seemed to have a group of his friends over since there were 5-8 guys hanging out at the counter talking to him when customers weren't checking in. Lesa meira

Smallest hotel room (now I know why it's called MICROtel. Room smelled of urine. Also I can't believe that hotel had rates as high as they were when much nicer nearby hotels were cheaper. The discounted price should be the actual price. Very misleading on the rate charts on hotel.com website. In fact we left and went to a nearby hotel.

The service was fine, but they told me that it was an easy walk from the train station. They never mentioned that there would be portions without a sidewalk or street signs. It was close, but hard to get to with a large roller suitcase and laptop case. They did hold their airport shuttle for me that morning though.

The beds were suprisingly comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Lobby area needs an update.. Check in time was 3:00 p.m but room was not ready.

Just like the title says the only breakfast offered was bagels. Coffe was instant. No juice or other foods available. Maid staff banging on doors and yelling at 9am as of guests in their rooms were an inconvenience. Rooms were worn and dingy. Do not go here

This was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed out. I was booked in under someone else and given the wrong room. After 15 minutes at the front desk trying to convince them a booked two queens, I was given the room I booked. It was dirty and disgusting. Stained sheets in one bed, other bed had hair in it. When we entered the room there was a "red" light […] on over the window seat/bed which also had numerous stains and one wall was an entire mirror. The shuttle van was in poor condition and could not accommodate the level of passengers to going to the airport. The bathroom was not very clean.

Had an early morning flight and stayed for 1 night for at least half the price of the other hotels next door. Not great, but was quiet and very close to the airport

I stayed at the Microtel a night before my early flight. The staff was extremely nice and continental breakfast started at 5:30 AM which was convenient for me. There were too many people who wanted to go to the airport on the shuttle at the same time, so they just got another one To get us all to our flights on time. It was perfect fir what I was looking for in price. Seems a bit outdated needs some paint here and there overall loved it. Liked that they had both Pepsi and Coke in the hotel.

Have stayed several times on visits to Philly. Always reasonable service and breakfast is spartan but adequate. No surprises. Will stay there again

Somewhat noisy room (ironically, not from the nearby airport), but great staff.

Stay in this hotel for a night. Left car in the hotel, shuttled to airport, shuttled back next day past the middle night. Bus is already waiting outside terminal when I stepped out of the door. It is 1:30 am! Very good response and prompt service, plus additional one day free parking. When called and went back for lost item, manager nicely showed me […] the whole retaining box and even took me to the room for double check. Excellent service. From the disheveled woman inexplicably rooting through the bushes outside the hotel, to the sketchy characters rolling up to the place at night and hanging out in their cars in the parking lot, to the motorcycle gang who rolled in one night, I can't say this place made me feel either comfortable or safe. And the decor was straight out of a hospital […] circa 1985. It's only up side was super easy access to SEPTA trains. I wouldn't stay here again. Lesa meira

Nothing special here, but if you want to be a mile from the airport and get a decent night's sleep this place is fine and inexpensive.

I booked this hotel with not much expectation apart from wanting a low cost room with a clean bed. I was in town to do sightseeing and knew I would not be in the room except to sleep. After the experience I had I won't be considering this hotel again for future stays. Staff at check in were lazy, i.e. standing around not working. The battery on the […] smoke detector needed replacing and started beeping at 4am the first night. We were told there was nothing that could be done till the maintinence staff came un 6 hours later. No one here really seemed to be concerned with providing even basic good customer service. I'd never had an experience of this level at a hotel before, EVER. Lesa meira

The only good thing about the hotel was the receptionist at the front desk. She was very helpful with the directions. Other than that,... I'd rather sleep in my car. The hotel is so outdated and gross. The "free shuttle" never picked us up from the airport, and then took over 30 mins to take us to the airport. Terrible

Corners in the room - esp. bathroom - were dirty (cob-webby) Continental breakfast was lacking and eating/serving area not very tidy.

The breakfast was less than mediocre: generic bagels and Danishes, juice, cereal, and warm milk. We skipped the milk.

clean and simple- a few things imperfect like crack in the mirror and slow running drain. Comfortable otherwise but relatively thin walls and could hear doors and such at night

Everything was as expected for $100 pretty close to the airport. The only negative was the one of the front staff. When my wife asked for extra towels he was eating bbq chips. The problem was he didn't wash his hands, and grabbed the towels to hand to my wife.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room, available in breakfaxt area. Basic but comfortablle.

I would not choose to stay there again, it took nearly an hour for a shuttle, until we wound up paying for a cab. There was no manager on site. Awful Awful experience.

All I needed was a good night's rest close to the airport and not pay $100 bucks. Halllways smelled smoky but room was fine, beds were great, HBO was free. carpets could have been cleaner. I would stay there again.

The hotel was pretty much what I expected, although I thought that the room would have been slightly larger. But, all I really needed was just a place to sleep and shower anyway. Barely any food options in the area. I did like the close proximity of a SEPTA station nearby that could take me downtown.

Stayed here for an overnight after a concert at the Wells Fargo Center. It was fine for that. Room was quiet for an airport hotel. Room was clean. TV needs to be updated and breakfast was very minimal. Wawa up the road was a better breakfast option. Okay stay for the price.
