Á baðherbergjum eru baðkör með sturtu og hárblásarar.
4-stjörnu hótel: eldhúskrókar í öllum einingum, ísskápar og kaffivél/te. Þrif eru í boði daglega.
Mögulegt er að gjalds verði krafist fyrir aukagesti. Slíkt fer eftir stefnu hvers hótels fyrir sig.

It was excellent alhamdoulilah. Only down fall is that elevators are extremly slow. At times you could wait more than 5 minutes for elevators to arrive.

Priceless views of holy Kaaba. Excellent and prompt service. Going up a flight of stairs was a drag, but manageable.

The Makkah Tower is very good choice to stay while visiting the holy site. It was ac omfortable stay with top class facilities and couteous staff. It was my first stay in this tower and I found it above mny expectation. Booking through the web Hotel.com was very convenient and I found what stated on the Web page.

The hotel is very convenient to get to the Haram and has an adjoining shopping centre with a supermarket, lots of food places and also lots of shops for cloaks, perfumes etc. We had breakfast included and this in restaurant in the Hilton hotel with extensive Western and Middle Eastern fare.

Good location but very poor service; room not cleaned unless specially requested, even then no floor vacuuming, no change of bedsheet and no wiping or cleaning. Staff at frontdesk very unfriendly.

Very good place and just waking 5 minutes to Al-Haram...but the problem with the elevators which the time of pray to ekama you should be out little early to avoid standing by on each floor.

we awere surprised to find out that our rooms were given a way because we did not check in the night before albeit it was fully paid for and we did add an extra night cause we were checking in very early next day morning .nver the less wew awere upgraded to a villa but unfrotunately was oposite the nioiseist construction site in makkah!! the fridge […] was empty! no utensills or plates in the kitchenette what so ever! the only kettle they had was filthy and all beddings were smelly. and to top it all when checking out the card swiper was not working and i was told to wait for an hour untill it works again !mind you this happens every day as i was told by the receptionist as part of its daily resetting ( get another back up and stagger their reset ,,,daaah). can not argue with its location as it is the best albeit escalators are not runing (a good work out ) Lesa meira

Stay at Hotel was good but it is very surprising that they charged for car parking 5 SR per hour. Good hotel always provide free parking.

I stayed only for one night for performing UMRAH. The location is ideal very near to haram (only 200 m from gate 1) The staff is friendly, they allowed also late check out till 03:30 p.m. The floor halls look little bit old and it should be renovated. It gives a wrong impression from the hotel and the rooms. But the room was ok.

"Makkah Hilton Towers - next to Masjid Al-Haram"
Overall the stay was pleasant, esp. since we only had to walk 100m to King Fahd Gate. The Towers have a bit of an awkward design with elevators stopping every other floor and many rooms a stairway above those - we as a party of 6 stayed in duplex with a common secure entrance. The service was helpful and courteous, though we had to call down more […] than once for things. Breakfast was standard, though quality was a bit less than expected for a Hilton. Will try other neighboring hotels next time to compare... Lesa meira

I had a good stay in Mikkah Hilton towers...very convenient indeed in terms of location, comfort, and food availability. I recommend the hotel for couples for sure, and the towers for families.

This hotel meets the excellent standards of a Hilton property. Its a little confusing. There are the Hilton Towers and a separate Hilton hotel. They are both side by side. Excellent location. Basically you just walk out the lobby and you are right across King Abdul Aziz for the haram. Cant say much more. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

"Good hotel for Umrah"
This is a good hotel if you are doing Umrah. Its very very close to the Haram. Less than two minutes walk to the gate of Haram. Also there is a small shopping center downstairs and few fast food restaurant. Safe and clean.
