Þetta hótel er hreint og snyrtilegt en líkist meira gamalli heimavist en hóteli. Gangar svo þrögnir að varla var hægt að mæta þar manneskju. Herbergið var líka ótrúlega þröngt - fékk þó stærra herbergi eftir að hafa kvartað yfir því sem mér var fyrst úthlutað - og nánast ekkert pláss til að leggja nokkurn hlut frá sér. Pínulítið skrifborð annars ekkert […] borð eða hillupláss. Baðherbergi eins og þröngur skápur Morgunverður mjög óspennandi. Allt var þó mjög hreint of fínt eins og fyrr sagði og starfsfólkið stóð sig vel. En mér fannst ég vera að borga allt of mikið fyrir allt of lítið. Lesa meira

"close to subway and all sites from there"
If you want a 4 star American chain with oversized rooms, this is not it. This is not a luxurry hotel. It older and charmingly small (European style). It is very clean. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful. When the staff realized how much luggage we had, they placed us in a slightly larger room and split the king bed into 2. The lift was out, […] so they carried our luggage up to the first floor. There is an attached restuaraunt and bar where a very decent continental breakfast is served daily as part of stay. Their meals are good and quite reasonable. It is ideal for someone out and about to see the sites as Euston Square station is literally down stairs, and Warren St. Sta is a block away. "Ok price/location"
Location is quite convenient, close to downtown and with several transportation alternatives (bus, metro, train). Price was reasonably good, taking into account hotel rates in central London. Breakfast is basic, but decenlty good. Staff was nice. Storage room avaiable for free, if you are early check-in or late check-out as we were. On the minus side, […] free WiFi internet did actually not work in our room. The signal was ok in reception. Room very very small! Maybe fine for a solo traveler, but a bit too compact for a couple. Small bed too. Corridors to the room were a bit smelly. Would get back here if arriving in St. Pancras station again and the price is still convenient comparing to other similar standard hotels. "Hotel let down by room quality"
I stayed in a single room which was dark, pokey and looked in need of refurbishment as the headboard covering was peeling off. The room was clean although the shower was not the best. The breakfast room and breakfast was fine and the location was very convenient. It was fine to lay my head down for a few hours but would not like to spend any more time […] there than necessary. Wireless not available, poor tv reception and no curtains-very uncomfortable nights stay and wide awake when the sun came up through the curtain less windows!
"Good location, tiny rooms, badly managed"
This hotel is in a very convenient location and the price was acceptable. It's clean and has a polished veneer but it's not well managed and there are maintenance problems. The card scanner at the front desk, or perhaps for our first room, was malfunctioning and we had to go through 7 cards (trudging up and down stairs between the room and the front […] desk) before we got two that worked. The staff was non-apologetic about all this and just kept saying "OK, it will work now". Eventually they were right. Also, the first morning we were woken up with water pouring down on the bed from a light socket in the ceiling above. You'd expect this would engender some embarrassed alarm at the front desk but they were relatively nonchalant. Took about 15 minutes to stop the leak. They were surprised when I asked to be moved to a top floor room but eventually complied. They wouldn't get a porter to move our luggage so we had to pack up and store the luggage, returning later in the day. Finally, when entering our new room the exterior door handle fell off and they took an hour to come lock the door to the adjacent room, delaying our plans for the day again. One big farce. I'd go for the Tavistock or some other hotel nearby that maybe trades some of the veneer for a bit more room space and good management at the same price. Lesa meira

I booked a week before staying and got what turned out to be an excellent deal. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, smart bathroom, polite staff, well stocked bar. Location is excellent, especially for trips to Wembley from the North West. I would definitely stay again and have already widely recommended it to others.

Boiler broken down without pre warning so went into cold shower! I could not have a warm shower as it took too long to repair, which was really annoying.

It is a clean hotel. And the service is satisfied. Although the bathroom may be a bit smaller（hard to turn around）, but i would definite recommend this hotel to you guys. Also about ten minutes walk to Oxford street!

OK hotel with nice location very close to subway. Bathroom OK with good shower. Room, however, was just too small - 40 cm around the bed on all sides, and no table and not even a sigle chair. Had to crab your self sideways all the time. That quickly get to you.

The hotel was clean and the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start each day! The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel was close to the warren tube, and less than a 30 minute walk to SOHO, Piccadily circus, Covent Garden, etc. The room we were in was a wheel chair access room. The room had a shower with a small ledge and poor drainage which […] overflowed daily and flooded the bathroom. The wheel chair aids were rusty in the shower. "Small, but very nice"
This hotel is very clean and modern. We were only two people, but the room was very small. The breakfast was very nice, and the people who worked there were always smiling and willing to help. If you want to stay in a nice, cheap hotel near Oxford street, this is the place. We were out a lot so we only used the small room when sleeping. Very nice!

"Small room, great location"
The room was very small, not much bigger than the bed. Everything, inside the room and elsewhere in the building, was very clean and tidy. The Euston Sqaure (not Euston!) tube station's north entrance is almost at the base of the building. The Euston (not Euston Square!) tube station, a Sainsbury's grocery, and some restaurants are within a 5 minute […] walk. Kings Cross and St Pancras stations are about a 10 minute walk, short enough to skip the ride in the underground from Euston Square during good weather. The continental breakfast was basic, but tasty; the high point was a very good fruit salad. We received the requested wake-up calls the first two mornings, and not the third, but we weren't in a hurry that morning anyway. "Great Location but horrible experience"
This hotel is set in a prime location if you are looking to get out and about seeing the sites. With that said the promised WiFi connection wouldn't work in the room. My wife had to go site in the lobby to get a signal. The bed was comfortable enough, but when the covers were pulled back there were hairs still there from the previous occupant. I stayed at the Euston Square Hotel for a matter of hours rather than a proper weekend or short break. The only reason I booked this hotel was for the proximity to Euston station (the estimated 3 minutes given on the site is correct), and the free wireless throughout the hotel (non-existent from start to finish of my stay). The complimentary breakfast […] was exactly what I needed before a long da of travel, so much appreciated. The staff were friendly and efficient, and showed me up to my room even though it was past 1am. On the whole, I would recommend this hotel if you need somewhere close to Euston with easy access, but the room was very tiny (I didn't even attempt the shower, and sitting straight on the toilet was impossible!). Close to Euston Station and 15 minutes walk from Madame Tussauds. Close to Green Link bus (free) which takes you to bus stop for bus tours. Breakfast was enough to start the day on and is a must as nothing in the vicinity otherwise. "Convenient and friendly"
We really liked this hotel. Very convenient for us travelling in and out of Euston. Handy for a good choice of Indian restaurants too. We would use this hotel again
"Shame about the road noise"
The hotel is very convenient, clean, well priced and the staff appear to be well trained and helpful. Bearing in mind this is London the room size was fine and appointed to a reasonable standard. Bathroom well designed and clean. Bed was too firm for me but that is a question of taste. Unfortunately my room was onto Euston Road and the roar of the traffic was constant - the triple glazing was not man enough to reduce the noise to an acceptable level. "Skip this hotel"
My single room felt more like a coffin than a room. The only place I could put my suitcase was in front of the door. Sleeping was next to impossible. The neighboring doors clang shut so loudly that it sounded like a prison lockdown. The saving graces for the hotel was that the breakfast was actually quite good and the staff were friendly.

I chose the hotel due to it's proximity to Euston and being near the Tube and I was not disappointed. 5 minutes if that to get to hotel and back for the tube. Some underground train lines were closed but when all working Euston Square tube entrance can be seen from the breakfast room. The rooms were small but for the weekend perfectly managable and […] very clean with shampoo & soap provided as well as hairdryer and complementary tea& coffee and a safe to use. Lift to all floors Continental breakfast included was tasty and well prepared. I certainly will be using the hotel again. it was also walking distance to camden for some sunday morning market shopping.
