The hotel staff were very kind, and helpful! The Morning Continental Breakfast was great! They have make-your-own-waffles!! It saved me on my expenses for breakfast! The hotel was easy to find, since there is a giant illuminated "Best Western" sign. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, desk with computer […] chair, comfy padded chair, mp3 alarm clock, flat screen tv, free wifi, and a pool with hot tub! I only had two minor complaints. One - there was no large comforter/blanket on the bed, sheets only. Two - The shower head was loose and spraying water everywhere. I tightened it myself easily and the problem was resolved. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the Portland/Vancouver area! Lesa meira

The Best Western is not terribly easy to find as you have to pass a couple of others just to see it (after turning off the main road, it's back in a ways). Once there, it's a good location, close to lots of things. The complimentary breakfast had a better selection than we expected and was very satisfactory. There is no elevator. When we closed the […] bathroom door, there were some stains and streaks on the inside (it was easier to think it was melted chocolate that a child wiped on the door) and we cleaned it off rather than go tell staff (who were involved in the middle of a heated discussion with guests unhappy their room wasn’t ready at 5 pm for check-in, not sure what that was about). We figured they simply didn't look at the backside of the door, which made us wonder what else they may not have checked or cleaned. But the room otherwise was good, quiet with comfortable beds, all you want. (We didn't check the pool or other amenities either.) The staff seemed friendly and professional and they kept the goodies well-stocked in the breakfast area. We mentioned the bathroom door on checkout and they were very apologetic and liked the idea of adding the backside of doors to their cleaning checklist. This was our home away from home! We were in the Washington/Oregon area for a wedding and all the surrounding events. We enjoyed breakfast with the others that were visiting the area creating a mini-crossroads of the world. The desk staff was very helpful answering each question we had. We stayed at the Best Western Inn of Vancouver for one night and really enjoyed it. The room was nice and the service was friendly. The breakfast was good too and we would definitely recommend this motel.

Nice bed, good staff; thin walls, loud neighbours; Yogourt and peanut butter would be nice additions to go with high carb, high sugar breakfast offered.

This hotel is in the center of all we need to be near and it's across the street from the bank very close to the freeway and several shopping area's.
