"Sad and rundown hotel with good location"
This place hasn't been renovated in a long time. The staff weren't overly friendly either. The location cannot be beat but there is a brand new hotel right across the street from the station that I would choose next time.
"Clean, nice, comfortable and convenient location"
Spent one night here at the end of November 2011 after getting off the 8-hours CTM bus ride from Zagora. It's a walking distance from the CTM station. This Ibis Hotel has a very nice, attractive and relaxing garden/pool with clean and comfortable room on the edge of Marrakech's new town section right next to the train station. Free Wi-Fi works fine […] in the ground floor lobby. I chose this hotel mainly for the good location for both CTM Bus and train station. The hotel itself turns out to be much better than I expected. "very conveniently located"
This hotel was a pleasant surprise - very reasonably priced for what you get. There was room to park our rental car and it's right next to the train station. Our biggest complaint was a common one for us - the bed was too hard and the duvet was too heavy as a cover with no sheet to use as a light cover. We solve this by removing the duvet cover and […] using it as a top sheet, putting the inside thick comforter under the bottom sheet to make the bed less hard! It works for us. Lesa meira
"Convenient location for onward travel"
We chose this hotel as it was next to the train station and Supratours Bus Station as we were in transit onwards to the airport following day. Also because it had a pleasant pool but it was unfortunately too cool to use it. A handy hotel if going or coming from the coast. "friendly and convenient"
while this hotel is basic it is clean and comfortable and convenient for sightseeing. although it is situated on a busy road which is noisy during the day at night it quietened down and did not disturb us at all. the railway station is right next door and is a gorgeous building but honestly didn't annoy us. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful […] and a few of them spoke english which is useful if you dont have french speaker with you. Taxis are ten a penny and only charged about 4 pounds into the medina although you do have to cut them down and tell them what you want to pay. We have just returned from a week in Feb and the temp was really warm 27 or 28 deg and sunny so it was good to have a pool to lie at for a couple of hours in the morning. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel if you're like us and get up in the morning and out for the whole day. breakfast could have had more choice but was adequate and you could eat as much as you wanted. Great value for money but if you want mamunia chic then pay extra for it Lesa meira

"Standard Hotel"
Hotel is close to the station and bus stop which makes it convenient as a place for an overnight stop. The hotel is not particularly close to the main square. I walked it, although others might consider it too far out. Inside the hotel, the room was basic but that is what I expected. A reasonable budget hotel.

"Hotell IBIS Marrakech (ved Jernbanestasjon)"
Helt greit og praksis hotell når du skal ta toget siden den ligger ved jernbanestasjon og ikke veldig langt (10 min) fra flyplassen. Hotell ligger ved en trafikkert vei så det er mye støy. Ikke veldig bra hvis man ønsker å ferie i Marrakech særlig med familie.
