Spa was great. Location right next to shephards bush station on the central line - 2 minute walk. Very easy links to get everywhere. Westfield centre 3 minutes away and has lots of restaurant choice at good prices. We had to change room as the water was cloudy and they moved us to the 4th floor near the front, which was VERY noisy late at night and […] early morning (breakfast). I thought it was great. The only thing that annoyed me was everything was an extra cost, starting with the gym. I've never had to pay separately to use a gym facility within a hotel. And they charged someone else's room service to my room. I had a hard time getting through their phone service, but when I eventually got someone on the line they corrected […] it promptly. Great hotel! The staff is extremely helpful. Buses and Underground station are very close by. A few bus stops away from some great restaurants.

It was wonderful being in London this time of year! The location of the K-West was just a few minutes (3-5) walk to the Underground and from there the entire city was within reach. The staff was very attentive and professional. Room service was swift, tasty, and reasonably priced. The channel selections on the flat screen TV left much to be desired. […] But then, we didn't come to the UK to watch television! Taxi service was arranged by the front desk and made getting from and to Heathrow a breeze. We plan on coming back to the UK soon and will most certainly stay at K-West again! The hotel was clean as was the room. It was very difficult for the taxi to find but is near the underground. The use of the word SPA is the hotel name does NOT mean use of the spa. Internet, spa, and even continental breakfast were all extra fees. The internet was especially annoying since free wifi service was available all over.. I would not come […] to the hotel again. stained couches, worn sheets and dirty carpets, worn chrome on all bathroom hardware-good location and room size and fantastic bed yet very old -needs to be redone- new everything needed- not even free wi-fi in room need to go to lobby to use - bad tv and bad bathroom products - i only stay because of location

I would advise 'K' to get a new chef for both breakfast and evening. The continental menu available at ‘K’ is the worst I have encountered, getting away with the minimal table spread, which all appears to come out of a supermarket packet. How the management allow the main restaurant menu to be the same as the bar menu is nothing less than incompetence […] or the inability to control their catering staff. There is an uninteresting, smelly and unwelcoming restaurant without the slightest bit of atmosphere. That there was no hot water at all one morning is one thing but no apologies (without asking) is unacceptable. Why charge £15 for Wi-FI ? I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights for both business and pleasure. It is only a 10 minute walk to the Olympia conference hall and very close and convenient to the Shepherd's Bush tube/subway station to get elsewhere in the city very easily. Continental breakfast is OK but after a couple for convenience you want something else. High end Westfield Mall […] is beside the tube station with some nice restaurants. The staff were very friendly and if you needed anything they were very responsive. My bed was two twins together with equal duvet covers which for me was unusual but I asked for a larger duvet to cover the whole bed. The only down side for me was the shower as the glass door did not keep all the water in and left water on the floor so you had to use the mat to mop it up so your socks did not get wet. Check around for the best rate. Room was very clean, spacious (for European standards), and modern; I highly recommend upgrading to deluxe or executive. Wifi is really expensive, but they have an area where guests can use computers. If your ipad has a sim card slot, you can purchase a sim card from Vodofone for £10. If you dont mind taking the Tube, […] this hotel is only about 2 blocks away, as is a huge shopping mall and grocery store. Room had mini-fridge where I stored my own water and snacks. The hotel itself and the spa facilities were very good, however upon arriving at our room it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. We brought this to the attention of the hotel staff who said that housekeeping would be sent to the room to have a look. We waited for quite some time before checking twice with reception to see if the room had been […] looked at. This was not ideal as we were keen to go out for something to eat and not wait in the lobby. We were eventually moved to another room. The K West was pretty much what one would expect from a modern 4 star London hotel with spa. The staff on reception were efficient and helpful and the room was large, clean and very comfortable. I stumbled on this hotel as a last minute bookin in hotels.com. It turned into a posh little nightclub in the evening! Great rate, nice room and tucked away on a side street right by the rail. Excellent value.

We were both very pleased with the staff and the services at this hotel. This is a modern hotel with very nice mood lighting in the hallways and TV's in the wall! We stayed for 2 nights, our first night jumping on the tube (which is 3 minutes walk away at shepherds bush station, with the new westfield center right next door) to the Royal Albert Hall […] - 4 stops and a short walk through Hyde park. The second day we spent in the Spa. What an experience, the place was so well kept and the Spa facilities were great. Stayed 4 nights in K West Hotel & Spa in January 2013. Our first meeting with the hotel staff was beyond expectations as the girl in the reception was top-service minded and welcoming! The hotel room has a fine size and it was cleaned every day. The continental breakfast (8,5 pounds) is not to recommend as it was not worth the price. The hotel is located five min walk from Shepards Bush station which makes it possible to go to the city centre in appx. 15 min. which was okay for us. The hotel is five min away from the Westfield centre where you will find various of dining places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I can recommend Jamie's Italian located right next to Westfield. We enjoyed our stay at K-West. Although it is not right in the middle of London, it is only a 15 minute tube ride away from all the action. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Although our check in was supposed to be at 3pm, when we arrived at 9am (after a long flight) they gave us a room immediately. The rooms are a good size with a large […] bathroom. The hotel itself is pretty modern and certainly has a great atmosphere. Although you have to pay for wifi, there is a flat rate if you are staying for 3 days or more. We stayed at the K West for eight nights, including New Years, and it was amazing. Yes, it's about a 30 min tube/bus ride to all of Central London's attractions, but it's only a five minute walk to the Shepard's Bush tube and bus station. The surrounding area isn't as well to do as other parts of London, but there are plenty of restaurants and coffee […] shops within a ten minute walk. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly and the rooms were very much like rooms you would find in a new hotel in Vegas. Only two complaints (which are pretty minor): eating at the hotel is WAY overpriced for what you get and the wifi is not complimentary. We will definitely stay there on our next trip to London. Great location, large and quiet room. The underground and the bus station is few minutes walk from the hotel where you can get train or bus to centran london which is few stops from shepherds bush.

The hotel was okay. It was good for the price and location. It was difficult to get basic things like an ice bucket and additional towels. Front desk staff was also hit or miss with the service.

Went for weekend of shopping and watching couple of shows, the staff were well mannered and happy to help, only thing was our key card didn't work to begin with but was quickly rectified will gladly stop again and recommend to friends and family

This hotel that charges everything .... a rip off hotel that charge insane amount of money. For example, just Wireless connection is 40 pounds for 5 days and which equates to $65 USD. Also, if you use their telephone, my bill was insane amount of money, I only used the phone for 10 mins and they charged me 30 pounds plus 70 pounds for another 30 mins, […] all these charges amount up to $158 USD for less than hour usage just in a single day. I stayed for 4 nights on business and whilst the hotel room was fine, the final night was a total nightmare. When I checked in I requested a quiet room, but was put on the ground floor next to the bar. On the Saturday night, I was kept up all night by a group of around 15 people drinking and screaming outside my room. When I complained to the manager […] the following day, she said that there was an event on, but was very unapologetic. I was offered a £25 day spa voucher as compensation and was told - nevermind, at least it was only the final night that was a problem. I have stayed at K West twice now. It's a new building so I'd expect everything to work but during both visits at least part of the time one elevator or the other was not in service. The area is really quiet for the most part - I didn't hear any street noises - but people walking and talking loudly down the hall were clearly audible. There was a refrigerator […] that I could use - not one filled with expensive stuff I don't need or want. The bed was comfortable and the heat controllable. i was very dissapointed with the k west. Reservations were made for a double room and i was given a single room because we arrived so late i did not complain until the next day wich they corrected. But the hotel room was very musty which had me coughing the whole day. i do not think that i will stay there again

The K West is the hotel of current music artists with the BBC and record labels nearby in West London, and it has high energy vibe. The room was large, modern and very comfortable. The staff was great, and I enjoyed my stay there.

Hotel was great. Very close to tube which was good. Wireless wasnt great even when paid for but there are terminals in the foyer. Good restaurants nearby - make sure you try Armandos which is just a few doors away. Rooms are clean and comfortable and price is good.

We had a bad run with our room at K West, which understandably happens from time to time, but the disappointing thing was how the staff initially dealt with it. Our first morning, our shower overflowed and wouldn't drain which meant neither of us could shower properly. The staff said we were to use the spa facility showers, which are public and complete […] wet areas. The plumber came in and out of the room about 6 times and said that the pump was broken and that we could not use the bathroom at all. You would think we would have been moved to another room but nope, we were told to go out for the day and they would fix it. We then spoke to another staff member who was more helpful and said to pack our belongings and they would move us to a new room whilst we were out for the day. We returned to a new room (next door) that had raw sewerage floating in the shower and a terrible smell. Despite numerous conversations with the front desk, we were not offered a new room or anything to suggest they were apologetic for all this disruption to our stay. Eventually, we asked to speak to the manager and took her to our room. As soon as she walked in, she was horrified and apologised for everything. She then moved us to a clean room and provided breakfast as compensation for all the hassle. Finally! If only the front of house staff had acted with less attitude and more thought, we would have easily rated this hotel as fantastic but sadly, they made us feel like we were a hassle. Lesa meira

Took a while to check in, and the room service was not quite the thing I ordered, but the quality of the food was good. Ideal location to get into central London or earls court just 5 mins walk from from shepards bush station.
