This hotel is fine but not great. The rooms are spacious and clean. The airconditioning was not great and the sleepless comfort mattress were really uncomfortable beacause they didn´t work and the highest point in the bed was the middle. The swimmingpool is great and we really liked the free parkingspace. The only thing that we were really disapointed with was the free breakfast buffet. Really little to choose from and often it ran out and you had to wait for more. The last two days we went to have breakfast outside the hotel. But overall this hotel is nice and fine but not great.

was a little upsetting when i requested check in at 1 and the room was not ready for me. when i got into the room we had a room w double bed. when i put my order in for my room i requested a room w a king size bed. i went to the lobby to ask for my room w / king size bed. the man at the counter said they did not have any available. if that was the case […] in the fisrt place i would have kept looking online for a room available w/ a king size bed!! "Corona West"
Right off the 71, nice area, and plenty of restaurants close by. Very clean rooms and hotel grounds. Big hot tub and pool, nice patio area to relax in and great complimentary breakfast. I will definitely be back when visiting that area.
Check in was a little difficult because reservation information was not sent to hotel. Desk clerk very helpful. It took about an hour to check in. Not the hotels fault. Nice place to stay.

service excellent. Hotel staff very accommodating. Room was clean, beds comfortable, nice towels. I would be sure to ask for a room away from the pool next time. otherwise a great experience. good breakfast!

"Ayres West in Corona CA"
Did not know what to expect but were very pleased with all they had to offer and more! The staff from the front desk to the breakfast room were very helpful but most of all very friendly. Would stay again during my next visit to the area.
have stayed at this hotel before, its one of our favorites. Other than the homeless man hanging out in the courtyard, and eating at breakfast it was bit uncomfortable. I felt bad for him. But he was by our room in the courtyard for about 3 hours one night. Didn't want to have my kids play outside. But the hotel is great, the staff is great. The breakfast […] was very good. my husband and i stayed at your hotel and were pleasantly surprised. We thought for the rates that there must be some sort of catch but the room was spacious and comfortable and the area nice and quiet. We will definetly be back!

Stayed here 1 night after going to a friends wedding at the Star Ranch. Hotel was nice, allowed us to have an early check-in. Employees were nice and the breakfast in the morning was good.

The Ayres Suites Corona West is on my top list for hotels stay - The hotel was well kept and the landscaping was very nice. Very relaxing environment. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. A steal of a deal. The staff was friendly and ready to help in any way.

"If You're Staying in Corona, it's perfect"
This hotel, while quite close to the freeway, which some might see as a minus, is actually incredibly convenient for anyone staying in the Corona area. The room was impeccably clean, the staff was helpful, the breakfast was amazingly good for this kind of included breakfast, including omelets made to order on the weekday mornings, and has lovely grounds […] as well. This hotel was very comperable in price to other hotels in the area. It is very close to fast food and sit down restuarants. It is also located close to the freeway so there is easy access to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. These attractions are only about 30 minutes away and you don't have to deal with all the hustle and bustle of the resort hotels. "The best place to stay in Corona"
I know s.Cal. I would not stay in Corona if I did not need to, it is a crummy city. I was pleasantly surprised with this family owned hotel. Everything was great: lobby with fireplace, very homey. "Hotel in Corona Near SC VIllage"
The room was large nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable and the room had a fridge. I loved the soaps they had there. I suggest that you bring hair conditioner because all they have is "conditioning shampoo". There are only 2 staircases at the hotel so it was a walk to and from our room on the parking lot facing side of the room. The continental […] breakfast was delectable! Hot eggs, pancakes, waffles, and sausage every morning spoiled us. Lovely accomodations - beautiful grounds and they even fed us DINNER!!! (not to mention a full breakfast!). The rooms were nice appointed and the location was great for us - we were having our RV repaired and this hotel was close by.

"Nice pool, nice breakfast, nice room"
The title says it all, however our room was accross from the pool and the exit gate. It was noisy until 11:00 as guests talked around the pool or went in/out the gate. But for the rate and closeness to our meeting, it was...nice.

Our stay at the Ayres Hotel was great! The bed was very comfortable which made it easy for us to actually sleep through the whole night. The room was clean and provided all the essentials. We did not hear our neighbors or any freeway noises. Staff were great and friendly. The breakfast was the icing on the cake. Everything was fresh and there was plenty. […] I encourage those who eat breakfast to bring a tip for the kitchen staff because they work hard at pleasing you with a good breakfast. I wish it could be our little secret so we could have it all to ourselves but I will share that we would definitely stay there again and I will always looks for an Ayres Hotel whenever we are staying out of town. "Unbelievable rooms!"
I have stayed in five-star hotels whose rooms were not as nice. If the closet was a little larger, I could move right in. Ayres Suites Corona West has a kitchen with a full size fridge, a small sink, stove, microwave dishes pots and pans, etc. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate living area with a sofa and its own TV and DVD player in a nice armoir. […] The bedroom was spacious and also had a TV. The decor was quite nice. There is a hairdryer on the wall, an iron, and soap, shampoo and lotion. No conditioner. A full complimentary breakfast is served in a dining area. No room service or mini bar or other frills here, but frankly I'm tired of people bothering me to turn down my bed and throw a few chocolates on it. They also try to save (and be more "green") by providing a card that you place on your bed if you want your sheets changed. If you want to reuse your towels, hang them up. Leave them on the floor and they will replace them. The only complaint I have is that we thought the air conditioner was broken. It turned out that you have to put one of your room key cards into a slot by the door and leave it there. I knew that but my friend thought the card could be removed after "activating" the system. So we suffered through one full day without a/c...then, in the process of moving into another room the same thing happened and I figured out what my friend was doing. If the front desk had asked a few simple questions it would have saved us this hassle...a technician is not at all available on weekends which is also somewhat worrisome. "AC needed repair"
We checked in and "powered up" with our key card, yet the AC in our room was barely operable. I reported our problem to the front desk, and the response was tepid. "Did you put your key in the green box?" It may take 20 minutes for the AC to get cool." I returned 20 minutes later while the room remained sweltering. The desk clerk called in an AC maintenance […] man. Refugio was professional and prompt in assessing the problems - both an inoperable thermostat control and very low freon charge. He ended up replacing the entire unit with a brand new one and he did it in about 10 minutes! The cooling was immediate! 5 stars for Refugio! The front desk did not call to check the status of our AC difficulty - I would have expected them to do so. Lesa meira
"Great room for the money"
The room was in good condition. The grounds are well kept. The location was a little inconvenient when driving there by street but it is located right off the 91 fwy. There was a complementary full breakfast that was quite enjoyable. Service was great.

"Great Hotel"
This hotel was located right off of the 91 freeway. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very clean. The grounds are kept nice and the breakfast that was included for the 3 of us was a great plus.
"Maid Service"
After the first night’s stay my room was cleaned very well, however after the second night’s stay morning my bed was made but nothing else was cleaned, they took my used face cloth and towel but did not leave a clean one. They took the card key that turns on your electric to the room and all my food in the refrigerator spoiled.
