"Not recommended"
If it wasn't for the staff this would receive a rating of a 1. The facilities were okay, room was actually quite clean despite the fact that is was like a sauna in there even with the air conditioner on. The internet went out for the night so that was a huge downer since my friend had a project he needed to get done. The rooms were not great, but the […] redeeming factor was the incredibly friendly staff. They allowed us to check in early and that was amazing since we took a night train and we wanted a shower. The staff was very nice and helpful. Went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. This hotel is perfect for stop overs. The rooms are not real big but they are clean and have what you need. "OK, but bad sound isolation"
The sound isolation is bad. We were hearing from the other rooms. We were also thinking people were trying to enter our room, when they were entering other rooms. We stayed for only one night since we were flying to New Yor the following morning and needed a good place near the airport. The hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful and we have no complaints. The room is a little small, bu functional for one night. The hotel buffet breakfast the following morning was excellent! There is a very nice restaurant […] next to the hotel where we had a late lunch upon our arrival. The taxi from the airport was a bit high- 25 Euros. I was not impressed by the neighborhood, but a short ride on the subway took us to the Goya area, and we spent an afternoon shopping at El Corte Ingles. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. "Standard European budget hotel"
This hotel is what I expected based on other reviews/ratings. It is a standard budget hotel - clean with minimal amenities. We were on a 12 hour layover in Madrid, so we were just looking for a place to crash for the night - with full intention of getting into the city for a night of fun. The staff was helpful - though if you get back to the hotel […] late at night, they put big iron gates on the doors so you have to get their attention to get let back in. It is very close to the Metro, and we felt very comfortable walking to it. The cab ride back from the city was about 20 Euro, and the shuttle to the airport in the morning was perfect. "Una habitación gélida arruina una estancia"
No se debería esperar mucho de un hotel de transito (cerca del aeropuerto), pero hay unos elementos básicos que si no están ahí, tenemos un problema. Entre ellos está la limpieza, que la cama sea cómoda y que la habitación esté a una temperatura adecuada. Por desgracia, la habitación estaba muy fría y con la supuesta calefacción al máximo toda la noche […] no llego a una temperatura agradable. La cama tampoco es ninguna maravilla. La limpieza es aceptable. Otros elementos como las habitaciones pequeñas o la televisión de 14:9 con interferencias son secundarios a mi parecer. El desayuno bastante decente aunque no tienen nada que se sirva caliente. Al menos sirve calidad. El servicio de shuttle mejorable. Hotel situato un po lontano dal centro però ben collegato attraverso la metro con una stazione metro a 100 metri dall'albergo. Servizio navetta dall'aeroporto all'albergo gratuito, basta solo chiamare all'hotel e comunicare il numero di terminal dove siete scesi all'aeroporto all'arrivo a madrid . Dato che è un po lontano dal centro e che la metro è […] aperta fino all 1 e riapre alle sei di mattina, per una famiglia che decide di farsi una vacanza a madrid non è l'ideale. Hötel agréable, confortable. Il est éloigné du centre de Madrid (accès par le métro à la station El Capricho) donc silencieux et permet de se reposer. Situado cerca del aeropuerto, es ideal para tu estancia antes de salir de viaje. Parada de metro cercana. Puedes dejar el coche en el barrio del hotel, porque se ve una zona segura. Si tienes que ir de viaje antes de que habran la cafeteria, te ofrecen gratuitamente cafe, zumo y pastas. Te llevan al aeropuerto y te recojen de él con solo llamarles por […] telefono. "Correcto y cercano al aeropuerto"
El uso principal del hotel es justo para esperar un vuelo, cerca del aeropuerto buenas instalaciones las habitaciones cómodas y todo limpio, hay un bus que te lleva hasta las diferentes terminales aunque no es servicio 24 horas, pero a nosotros nos vino bien ya que es totalmente gratis, el único inconveniente, que solo hay un sitio cercano para comer […] que ponen platos combinados porque el hotel es bastante caro, por lo demas todo correcto Lesa meiraÓsvikin umsögn gests á Hotels.com
