"Clean and Comfortable"
The hotel room was well-appointed, the room was large and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was close to the sights we wanted to see, and, again, the staff was helpful in directing us.
The breakfast was awesome and the staff kept it stocked and area clean! Front desk staff not bad but seemed uneasy interacting with public. No problems and would stay there again.
"Okay but not great!"
This hotel was probably on the lower end of quality for a Holiday Inn Express. It was okay but nothing special like the other ones we have stayed in. I was surprised at the lack of information on the South Shoreline Train into Chicago. They had no information on it. The room was nice but a little outdated. "Holiday Inn Expess New Buffalo- close to Four Wind"
Clean and quite. We stayed for 3 nights to help work a family estate sale. Breakfast was good and a lot to choose from. Pool was clean. Just close enough to the casino. I recommend this Holiday Inn Express!

Over all hotel was nice,but had bad luck at the pool as there was a pilot light malfunction on the pool's hot water heater ...therefore the pool was very cold

"The Hotel Holiday inn Express in New Buffalo"
We stayed at this hotel, and it was very clean. The only thing I would say for a tip is to make sure they don't have your rrom next to the maintenance room, bc we woke up every 30 min. on the hour. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms! The entire staff was friendly and very helpful! The Continental Breakfast was very good and had so many choices. We would stay here again for sure!

Nice, Clean, and very Comfortable Hotel. We booked the king Suite, which had a sitting area with sleeper sofa, Tabele and chairs to eat at, wet bar, fridge and microwave!! Great value for the money and Great location!! Minutes from the Casino and downtown New Buffalo. Will definitley be back again!!

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn many times and it is close to the beaches and other fun activies in SW Michigan. It is well maintained and clean. The included breakfast is fresh and well stocked. The only item I missed in all these years is that it is a pet friendly hotel. We received a room on the first floor and found out quickly that pets had […] been in the room with allergies kicking in. "Beautiful new hotel"
Only stayed one night but it was pleasant. A clean, comfortable room, cozy bed with both soft and firm pillows. Air temp in room stayed comfortable without a noisy unit. No complaints - everyone was pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

"New Buffalo Michigan"
It was a great family vacation!!! The hotel was fab and the location was perfect. There was continental breakfast included that satisfied all 4 of my children. Would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to everyone!
"Not A Holiday"
We satyed at another hotel before checking into the Holiday Inn Express. I paid less for the same room (King bed..pull out sofa bed suite) and the other hotel surpassed the Holiday Inn Express experience by every measure. There were not major problems but it is in the little details that seperate the good experiences from the bad. No towels for the […] room....going to the front desk asking for towels, only to be told they did not have any available.....but then proceeded to give us pool towels. Waiting over ten minutes for the front desk person to return so I can get change for the laundry. going to the bathroom...running out of toliet paper only to find out the maid service did not restock the toliet paper....thank goodness for tissue paper. Like I said it is the little things that make a difference.....and I will not be staying at a Holiday Inn Express again. I will be choosing the hotel behind the Holiday Inn Express in New Buffalo MI. "A good place to stay"
The room overall was comfortable except that the easy chair was not easy on the body, uncomfortable body position and hard to sit on. The breakfast was good, and the cinnamon rolls were excellent. The service personnel were very good both at the desk and in the breakfast room. The location was easy to get in and out of.

"Wonderful!"
This hotel was perfect. The staff was very nice and accomodating. The decor of room and overall hotel was fabulous! I would stay again in a heartbeat. The location was great! I enjoyed the indoor pool and spa every night i stayed. Two thumbs up from me.

"Lied to"
The hotel is under major reconstruction and they show a finished room. The room we had was far from complete and reminded me of a house the day you finish construction before you clean up

everything was ok except the toilet in our room didn't work correctly, and the breakfast was a diabetic's nightmare!! Also don't expect to find anything to eat after 10 pm because the whole city shuts down. we had to go to michigan city to find a restaurant.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Great location with easy access to very good eating/drinking/gambling venues. Reasonable price. Much to do in the surrounding area.
