"Washington Marriott at Metro Center hótelið"Metið af Sigtryggur Si frá "Iceland" þann 24. des. 2011
Frábær staðsettning í göngufæri við helstu merkisstaði og söfn Wasingtons. Herbergin rúmgóð og hlíleg, Morgunverðarborðið eitt það allrabesta sem fyrir finnst í Bandaríkjunum. Starfsfólkið hjálplegt og yndislegt í alla staði. Mæli með þessu eindregið.

Það fer eftir framboði hverju sinni hvort hægt sé að verða við séróskum og þær gætu haft í för með sér aukagjald. Ekki er hægt að tryggja að hægt sé að verða við viðkomandi óskum.

"close to my nephews wedding"
Teenagers ran up and down the halls yelling, slamming doors etc. No place to eat breakfast.My room never did cool down.Would never stay there again.Was told by front staff there was security on each floor. In other words nothing was done. I counted no less than 25 doors slamming in 5 minutes!
"very nice"
This hotel was very nice. Comfortable with wonderful service. The overall building was getting dated, but the upkeep was ok. It is hard to compete with newer hotels on this point. Besides the few popcorn kernals that got missed by the sweeper, the room met my mother's approval. Which is not easy to do!
"A Great Stay"
I visited this hotel on an overnight getaway with my boyfriend. The accomodations were nice and above average for the price point. We both enjoyed the spaciousness of the room as they are suite style. The mini fridge and microwave were a great touch. We would recommend this hotel and location to anyone travelling in the centreville area. "Springhill at Centreville near DC"
Springhill was in the top category of suite hotels. Everything was good.

This hotel was booked by my sister as a weekend get away so I could enjoy the quiet. The Springhill Marriott did just that. The area has plenty of places to eat and was 30 minutes from a Mall. The staff was pleasant and friendly the whole weekend. Check in and out was quick and pleasant. The hotel seems fairly new, rooms were very comfortable. It is a "suite" hotel, so had a separate sitting/TV/Office area. I liked that the tub and toilet were separated by a door from the sink area. This made sharing by two people very convenient. The included breakfast was GREAT! I didn't expect hot foods, but they did have eggs, sausage, and the ability […] to make your own waffles. Very satisfying and easy for an early start on the road. For what we wanted to do and visit with family in Centreville, this was the perfect location. Easy and close access to I-66. Lesa meira

Overall was a great place.Breakfast was on point. Pool was great for an indoor. Workout room was set up cool with all the advanced equipment. Only complaint would have been the location of T.V. Not sure one T.V. in the middle of two rooms was what we had in mind. The GPS was interesting. I dont think the motel had anything to do with it but you have […] to keep driving instead of making the turn it tells you to make. You even have to drive through a pond on the GPS. It just feels tired compared to other places I've stayed. Get what you pay for, the coffee is below average, feels off.

"Great Beds"
We arrived late and just needed a sleep. The bed was fantastic and luxurious! King bed..... Marvelous. Indoor water park next door. A great stay. Definately recommend.

The room was clean, cool, comfortable. The staff...from the front desk, to housekeeping to breakfast...were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next stay.

"Need Better Maintainence"
Room was very nice as a suite. Then problems, closet door handle hanging off, bathroom sink closing apparatus didn't work. Reported to front desk sent and had it fixed while we went out to dinner. Still happy, then coffee maker didn't work, front desk brought in new one next day. Service people were very nice. Light bulb out in lamp in living room. […] Toilet overflowed when 11 year old daughter used it. In general people were nice but not the condition of room that I would expect from a Marriott, Travelodge yes! Lesa meira

This hotel was perfect for our family of 6! We got 2 double beds and then the fold out couch. The room was very clean, breakfast was okay (not a huge selection, but fine) and the staff were wonderful. Booking this same hotel again for our family in the winter!

The only complaint I have is that the hotel is hidden and my GPS was to stupid to understand where it was. We drove back and forth for 20 minuets trying to find it. The room itself was fantastic!! I was really very surprised! The maid had to show us how to use the door though the lock kept sticking. The staff was so friendly the pool was a bit tiny […] and the hot tub smelled funny other than that it was a great stay and would defiantly recommend to others! Lesa meira

Our stay there was great. Our only complaint was the breakfast space; there were more people than there was places to sit and eat. Otherwise, everything was good and we enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I only stayed for one night while we were passing through town. However, the staff was friendly and courteous, the hotel was well kept and in a very convenient location to many restaurants.
