"Great place"
We had a great time staying at this hotel. Very clean far as I could tell. Staff was very nice. We took this weekend for ourselves without kids. The staff put us in a room that was comfortable and quite, which my wife and greatly appreciated. Thank you for a great stay!
"A great place to stay in Twin"
Great location on Blue Lakes Blvd, lots of shopping, restaurants, attractions nearby. The rooms are comfortable and the lounge is awesome (great to meet up with friends). I will be staying here the next time i visit the Magic Valley.

"WILL BE BACK !!"
This was our first time staying at Red Lion. Room was clean, warm and there was a coffee pot with all the makings for coffee or tea...yes I was happy!! In the morning the clerk gave us 2 tickets to go eat at their breakfast buffet. Food was wonderful!! I highly recommend staying at Red Lion.

This hotel is very pet friendly and set us up in a room that was in the back and easy access. This made the experience very enjoyable.
"Red Lion in Twin"
We were in town for a wedding, and this hotel housed us for the limited amount of time we were there. I only had two complaints, overall the hotel was nice. The maids did not replace the toilet paper when cleaning the rooms, and the air conditioner was pretty loud (but worked very well.)

"Nice but basic"
Room was clean but there was no extra comforts. No refrigerator, microwave, coffeepot or anything. Also no comedy central :(
"It used to be nice..."
I grew up in this town, and once upon a time, The Canyon Springs Inn was the nice hotel in town. It was THE site for the first night of honeymoons, for example. Time and/or the purchase of the property by Red Lion has not been kind to this place. The entire hotel smells like mildew, and particularly the room. I asked for a change to a clean shower curtain […] (wow - it was pungent!). The hotel did change it, and that seemed to help a bit. Overall, though, the place is terribly run down. The pillows are lumpy, the bed is cheap, the carpets are dirty. It is convenient to the "main drag," a restaurant, bar, and coffee shop are attached, and the special price was good. With so many hotels in the same area, though, I would recommend going for the higher price in exchange for a better experience. Lesa meira
"Red Lion Twin Falls"
Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Staff was very curteous and attentive. Room was clean,pool was great, abit cold but it was hot during our stay so it was quite refreshing. Only problem I saw was the doors do not close tightly they should be adjusted.
A little disappointed that there was a charge for breakfast. I thought that concept was obsolete.

Had a wonderful 5 day stay. So conveniently located and the hotel accomodations for travelers with pets offers an area where the pets (small and we had two) have a wonderful area to romp around in. Even received dog treats upon check-in. The staff from the front desk, housekeeping, Moxie Java server and bartender were very friendly. "Red Lion has gone downhill"
... since I was there 2 years ago. Carpeting is tattered, bugs in the room, no fridge, no microwave, no free computer access, no complementary breakfeast. The motel really needs to be upgraded desperately.

It was a nice hotel, the only thing I didn't like was check in was at 2 and they were not ready to check us in so we had to wait, but other than that it was nice.

Sweet deal. Breakfast is not good and shouldnt be for 5 bucks. Pool area is nice. Old place. well kept
"Nice, clean, friendly if a little older, gd bkfst"
Very nice, lived up to expectations and then some. Clean and quiet. A/C a little loud and outdated but overall a 4.5 out of 5. The breakfast buffet was excellent and a great deal. Staff was great too. Very satisfied.

We loved our stay here, the beds were comfortable, I loved the patio door on our room we opened it for fresh air in the morning. The bathrooms were nice and big the shower head was adjustable to different settings. My only complaint would be to have bigger and more garbage cans in the rooms. My husband forgot a toiletry item and they had a list of items […] available at the front desk all's we did was call and they delivered it to our room in 5 mins., I would definatley stay here again. "Red Lion - Twin Falls"
Staff was friendly and accomodating, room itself is rather small and TV is old. Walls are thin, could hear conversations in next room. However the bed is probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in for awhile. Breakfast wasn't anything special, but the staff in the lounge was very nice, and the crowd was good.

Room was ok, could have been aranged better. was clean and comfortable. Price was right for an over night stay. Heater was off and was cold at first but then it was winter.

"Good location."
Hotel was blocks away from the bridge and walking trail. Also, only 5 miles away from the Shoshone Falls, which is a must see. Hotel was surrounded by tons of places to eat and the mall is close by if you need to shop or catch a movie.

"Red Lion Canyon Springs in Twin Falls"
We checked into our hotel with no trouble but spent 3 days without having our room serviced. After spending the first day away from the room we came back to find that the only thing the maid service did was replace our towels...trash was still full...no fresh coffee left...beds unmade, etc. The second day I had to ask them to come and empty our trash […] and bring us coffee at which time I was asked if I would like service, I told them no...I do not like being asked this, I prefer that when a person is hired to do a job they know that it is required that they do the job. Had they done their job the first day there would have been a tip on the second morning...as it was no tip was given. I felt the maid service did not want to do the work they were hired to do. The breakfast buffet was scanty and the scrambled eggs were uncooked, the buffet staff was not friendly nor were they helpful. The only good thing about this hotel was the price we got from Hotels.com., however, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Lesa meira

Don't bother with the breakfast. Plastic plates and flatware, powdered eggs and not so good coffee. Go next door to the coffee.
"Today's Standards"
This hotel is far below today's standards. I could've paid the same price, at far better hotels in the area, and received a lot more. No fridge in my room, in room coffee was insufficient, dated TV and station selection and limited bathroom amenities. I was also expecting a more elaborate, possible complimentary, breakfast spread; but no. The main reason […] we chose this hotel was the outdoor swimming pool, but there was a team of bikers drinking/smoking/hogging the pool area. They were nice, but it was inconvenient for my daughter. "Red Lion was great"
The staff at this hotel were very helpful and kind. The walls were thick enough that the room next to us couldn't hear our baby cry, so that was nice. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. I'd stay there again.

Good location for an overnight stay, desk staff friendly, room small and linens not clean, pillows stained.

The hotel was quite comfortable and clean. The bed was also very comfortable. I was able to get a good price during a sale at Hotels.com and breakfast was included in the sale. Overall, the value was excellent. The only small drawback to the room was that I could hear people move or use the bathroom in the room above me, which was a minor inconvenience. Staff very friendly and courteous. Very accommodating for small children and babies. Great to have a coffee shop on site. Nice exercise room and pool. Bathrooms could use more exhaust.

"Recommended"
The rooms are individual cabins and a nice change from a typical motel/hotel experience. My only problem was that the advertised free wi-fi was not working anywhere on-site. There was a computer with internet in the main building which was useful in a pinch, but very public.
"Nice hotel - lazy staff"
I stayed at the Red Lion in Twin Falls with my daughters and had a mixed experience with the staff. I tried to get room service 30 minutes before the restaurant closed and was never helped and by the time someone would talk to me, they were closed. The desk staff was friendly, but the housekeeper seemed frazzled and abrupt. I loved the outdoor pool […] and my daughters had a blast, but I wish the staff was friendlier and more responsive. "Very Nice Hotel"
Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant. Rooms were quite large, pleasant and quiet even though there was road construction in front of the hotel. My only negative comment would be that on our third day, our rooms were not made up until late afternoon causing some discomfort. I know we are all trying to conserve, but it would have been nice to have […] clean sheets each night, instead of just having the bed made up -- I do that at home!
