The bathroom zink was not in the bathroom. I had to ask the personnel to reprogram the hotel keys when unloking the room for the first time as they did not work. Still very pleasant and helpful staff. The LG tv in the room went black when switching between stations - propably a in hotel system but still annoying. We stayed hear based on the Holiday Inn Express experiences we have had in the past. The free parking, wifi, and breakfast were also deciding factors when comparing to other hotels. The nightly rate was slightly more then a closer location, but when you add the savings for those three things, it worked out to be a much more affordable option. The hotel […] was clean and the staff were friendly. There is not restaurant on site, but they have takeout menus for a few delivery places. There isn't a restaurant in the immediate vicinity either. The Thai restaurant that they have a menu for is delightful though. The tropical chicken is a great dinner. The breakfast was the standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast, with processed cheese omelets( or scrambled eggs), hard boiled eggs, hashbrowns or grits, bacon (or sausage patties), cinnamon buns, and a automatic pancake machine. There is also cereal, toast and other bread products. The beds are comfortable, and the tv was a nice flat scree of a decent size. We would stay here again. Lesa meira

Everything about our stay was average. There was nothing wrong with the hotel what so ever, but we have stayed in some of the surrounding hotels on that same strip of road and for the price the other places seemed to offer a lot more. Hotel is close to the Quincy Adams Transit Station. Hotel offers Shuttle service to and from the station which is nice. The free breakfast is good also. They only have 1 washer and 1 dryer however for the entire Hotel which is odd as the Hotel has over 100 rooms. We were travelling with friends and were not able to do our laundry at the same time, a […] little inconvenient. The rooms are a little pricey. You really need a car, the hotel is not close to much of interest and not really close to the MBTA trains. The hotel shuttle can take you to the train station so you can get into Boston and to other places but they only run during the day. We had a king size bed ..but only regular pillows. plus the pillows were to soft. Also there was a tour bus that was leaving in the morning and they took all the tables and ate all the food. My friend and I had to go out to breakfast before we got on plane.

The location in Braintree worked well for us as we were visiting family in Quincy which is very short on hotels. The hotel was clean and quiet and the beds and pillows were fine. Arrived late and left early on a recent one-night stay. Hotel was convenient to the highway. Quick check-in - with no hassle. Although property is a little older - everything was clean and in working order with the room. Breakfast was quick and convenient.

The hotel was very clean, but the hallways on the second floor smelled bad, like a mixture of smoke and chemicals. Also, the rooms are not very soundproof. Conversations and televisions happening in rooms next to mine were muffled but audible.

This was a goo find to break up the long ride in a single day. The continental breakfast is always a hit. Been to these before and would do this again.

The price was right and the location was convenient for travelling into Boston (T) or making your way to Gillette Stadium. The hotel was very clean, the staff was more than friendly and professional, and hot/cold breakfast was included.

The stay was very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful to provide me with directions. The hotel location was difficult to find in the dark since you can't see it from the main road and no signs to point people in the right direction. The road sign is small and difficult to see at night.

The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was very good, the rooms were clean but need updating. We spent two nights at this hotel. The staff was very nice. The only thing was you had to go to the first floor to get ice. they don't have an ice machine on every floor. But of course this isn't the end of the world. We enjoyed our stay.

Booked the hotel as part of a round trip. Nice hotel, good quality, easy and quick to reach downtown Boston (15min) - when not travelling in rush-hours. Can recomend!

There's was no cooling in the room, either the unit was working properly or there's a malfunction with unit. Also the internet was really really slow, couldn't able to do any work on due to slowness with internet. Also I don't what was in the bathroom, but I saw a little insect in the ground floor near the toilet on the tile near tub and toilet. Our best experience was the receptionist. Very friendly, professional and helped us with locating restaurants in the area. I would say she is a benefit to your hotel. After working hard all day was nice to see a friendly, smiling face!!!! Very convenient to train station into city. Free breakfast was good. Staff was nice. The only down side was it is in a non-descript location off the freeway with not much nearby in the way of restaurants, etc. But for the price it was OK. Had kind of a musty smell.

According to the company's narrative of their features, "Holiday Inn Braintree provides shuttle service from and to Logan International Airport as well as local attraction within a 3 mile radius". The television did not work. Depending on the desk clerk you encountered you may receive helpful information to meet your needs.

Hotel was fine but the service on the courtesy bus was very limited. 9am-6pm Mon-Fri and 9am-4pm Sat & Sun. They don't say this in the hotel guidance. The T -line was too far to walk. You could get the 238 bus from the main road but this was a 7minute walk to the bus stop on a major road with fast traffic. The buses only came about every half hour and […] roadworks delayed them more; they didn't run after 10pm so if you stayed out late, a taxi was necessary. If you had to get a taxi, you had to travel to the end of the line - Braintree; if you got off at Quincy Adams, you had to phone a taxi and wait. Taxi fares ranged from $8 plus tip. One driver kept tapping his meter and said it was broken and charged us $13 before tip! Obviously fiddling the meter. Watch out! In all, althought the hotel was ok, I would not stay there again unless I had a car. Lesa meira

Little was offered at the complimentary breakfast as compared to other hotels I have stayed at. While the staff was pleasant, they neglected to tell me that the shuttle to the T began at 9:00 AM. This was of no help to me. Staff could have been more informative.

Overall very pleased. Nothing fancy but a very good price for the location, especially with breakfast thrown in. Close to shopping and easy to get into Boston. Friendly and helpful staff
