"Rooms nice, Pool not so much"
We were surprised to see the rooms were updated based on the look and feel of the rest of the hotel which was outdated. The pool was probably the most disappointing. Since it is a suites hotel it caters to large families and since the pool is small it was chaotic with all the kids. The location of the pool on the side of the building and unprotected […] was like a wind storm so we really couldn't enjoy ourselves. Room was stuffy. Bathroom was not clean.
"Room"
I booked a room with a king bed. When I got there they told me that they sold out of king size beds. After fighting with them all of a sudden they said they found one.I think because what I paid for the room they could get more for the king room.

Room was clean but not super well kept. Very used. Bed was uncomfortable and pull out seemed really dirty. We had to call up for extra blankets to lay on it for our kids and when they came up they were super low quality. All pilled and stained. The smoke alarm went off in the morning and my husband had to call down after 10 min and tell them. They couldn't […] hear it apparently and we were on tue 3 rd floor. We ended up shutting it off ourselves. Elevator was super loud in our room. Breakfast was chaos the next morning. Food all over the floor and food was not good and super cold. Classic Embassy Suites - exactly what you would expect. However, parking at $12/day is ridiculous, and Internet at $9.95/day is also ridiculous. Coffee shops, fast food restaurants, most modest hotels have free Internet. Charging for Internet and charging for parking is gouging. "Great Hotel"
I would definitely stay in this hotel again. It isn't as close to Disneyland as most hotels, but they have shuttle service and they are close to Target and restaurants. The breakfast is great, just make sure you get up early or the lines are extremely long and you won't find a place to sit. My only complaint is the wait for an elevator. They are extremely […] slow in the mornings and always packed due to breakfast time. Other than that, our experience here was great. I love this place and have stayed here twice. Very roomy and great breakfast BUT the shower was horrible!!!! No water pressure at all. Other than that the stay was great

Staff was efficient and friendly. Included breakfast was good, offering omelettes or buffet faire. Parking was $12.00 /night and was hard to late this info on the website. Too far to walk to Disney with kids, and the shuttle is $4.00/ person & $2.00 kids.

Great Location--- and nice that parking is free, although hard to find a spot to park a larger SUV in, as many of the guests parking were using two spots, as the spaces are just too small. Generally, I would never say anything negative, when the experience for the most part was positive. However, just a few things that are worth mentioning--- Rooms […] close to the elevators, you do hear the elevator going up and down at all hours. Sounded like the wind blowing. Elevators were stuck most mornings, and very, very slow. Waited almost 30 minutes to get down to breakfast. Need to do something about the hot water, Not once during my families 3 day stay, was there hot water in the morning. Also--- not enough towels. Called to request more, of which they did deliver, but then, they did not replace the same amount the next days. Overall, as with most Embassy Suites, the experience was nice. Breakfast was nice, and very well stocked. Area was clean and staff was quick to clear tables when vacated. Lesa meira
"Near Disneyland"
This hotel was pretty standard for an Embassy Suites. It is always nice to have a sitting area, a part from the sleeping area. The breakfast was great and hearty. I'm sure this hotel gets used a lot, due to its close proxemity to Disneyland...but the front lobby area and breakfast area could use some updating.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet that was included in our package made our mornings easy and everyone was satisfied with the offerings. Kids loved the decor of the atrium as well as their own space in the suite. The only reason I couldn't give it a five star review was because I found a stain on one of the bed covers and a sticky […] something on our bedroom door. Housekeeping immediately replaced the bedcover with a clean blanket and service was great overall. I would recommend this place for anyone with young kids. Lesa meira

Loved this hotel! The breakfast motivated me to wake up everyday. The hot and cold practical foods that my kid and myself partook in all 4 days we stayed. The Managers Special where all alcoholic beverages were free during happy hour was unexpected but appreciated! The suite was spacious we stayed in and very clean. I would recommend this hotel!!!

Amazing hotel, fantastic front desk service and close to Disneyland while not being directly on its doorstep. Plan on returning next year and dragging family along too.

Great place to stay. Close to Disneyland. $4 shuttle for all day for Disneyland if you are not into walking. Clean and very nice and helpful staff. A++++++ hotel.
"Free breakfast lovely atmosphere"
Not very close to the park but we are annual passholders with free parking so we like to drive. We like that its two rooms with a sofa sleeper. We have an infant so the refrigerator and microwave are very helpful appliances to have. There's good restaurants surrounding so you can walk and target is nit even a block up the road fir those forgotten necessities. The Embassy Suites Hotel Anaheim South hotel was a really nice hotel to satay in. The hotel was near Disneyland and we were able to leave our car in the parking lot. The service was great and everyone at the hotel was really nice. The breakfast had everything you could think of for breakfast, including a omelette station. The price for the stay was […] really good. There was only one bad thing I could say and that is the condition of the room. The room was very clean and nice but some maintenance needed to be done, at the wet bar the bottom needed repair you could tell water damage from some time and one of the towel racks was lose. My husband and I just needed a little alone time, a break from everyday life. This hotel stay was just what we needed and it is in our own backyard. We will do it again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The only hitch is the queen size pullout bed, so uncomfortable. Will get another room next time around rather than sleep on that pullout bed.

Overall we had a positive experience. Close to Disneyland and many restaurants, and the breakfast can't be beat. Only a few complaints...Our room was close the elevator and we could hear it going all night. Sounded like a major wind storm, but just the elevator whirring up and down. The intake vent for the air conditioning was noisy. And the sofa bed […] was not very comfortable, but not much you can do about that...it's a sofa bed. Lesa meira

Pool was closed, breakfast was not at all good too much processed food, ie scrambled aggs and potatoes, bacon was very bad plus it was cold, not enough blankets and pillows in room for four people , called down and got one blanket, happy hour was very limited in selection, not at all satisfied with stay, would not reccomend.

we had a large group of 15 altogether. We needed three rooms. They made sure our rooms were together. Some of our party used room service and had a good experience. It ia a great place for a group because we could all eat breakfast together at the buffet and regroup in the evening at the managers reception. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The highlight […] for me was the superior staff. Our rooms were cleaned every day in spite of our clutter. The maids did an awesome job. We have stayed at this Embassy Suites twice a year for our kids' birthdays since 2000 and rarely do we have any complaints. The only issue (although very small) is the omelets are not great. Other than that, great managers reception, good room for a family of four, hearty breakfast and great location.

The hot breakfast doesn't start early enough in the morning. It should start at 6 am, especially in the Greater LA area where it can take a while to go somewhere in the morning. You need an early start.
