"new favorite hotel"
We really enjoyed our stay. I had a terrible cold and went to the lobby at midnight. The attendant made me a hot cup of tea with lemon. Great service, very much appreciated! The ice and snow were cleaned away from walk areas and the rugs in the lobby were clean and dry all weekend. Thanks!

Large room, clean, breakfast okay (hot) for an "included breakfast," hot water with good pressure, comfortable bed. Would stay there again.

We stayed at the hotel when we arrived in Cleveland and it was clean and safe. The bed was real comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of choices and the waffle maker was quite different and tasty. All staff members were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close to the highway, but still really quiet. The view of the sunset from the parking lot was […] pretty incredible too. Lesa meira

"Best hotel we've ever stayed in!"
You know when you walk into a hotel room and see 5 pillows on the bed, a cordless phone, Wolfgang Puck coffe, Neutrogena lotion and soaps, and a surge protector with extra outlets for your computer, as well as a very nice office chair you are in a good hotel! The bed was fabulous, pillows great, everything clean and the size of the room seemed larger […] than most. Breakfst the next day was so so, cereal, some pastries, and muffins, bread with jellies and peanut butter, coffee, and juices. Overall, one of the best, if not the best, hotels I've ever been in, and I look forward to returning!! Lesa meira

"Good place to stay"
Staff was very friendly. Room a/c was leaking water and carpet/floor was wet around unit. Otherwise, this was a nice place to stay.
"Outstanding Hotel"
The room was great. The only problem we had was with the air conditioner. We never figured out how to set the thermostat so our room remained cool. The breakfast was wonderful! We highly recommend this hotel!
"A Definite Must!!!"
My stay was beyond my expectations. I was greeted warmly, the rooms were so spacious and warm. They had digital alarm clocks with two alarms and music, the beds were huge with four plump pillows each. The TV was a flat screen that has a keyboard with the option for using the Internet on the screen. The shower was HUGE with Neutrogena shampoo, conditioner. […] and lotion. The bathroom also had a great supply of towels that I didn't even need to request new towels though I stayed two days. The walk-in closet and full length mirror were a great plus, as was the huge desk with all the necessities for working. The room also had two telephones, one on the desk, and a cordless by the bed. The room was so quiet that we fell asleep faster then before. This is a definite must stay, oh the breakfast was incredible, fresh fruit, fresh milk, waffles, warm eggs, bacon, and a variety of cereals and bagels and toast,plus a toaster. There was also three different kinds of juice, you would be a fool not to stay here! Lesa meira
