Í herbergjum eru sjónvörp með vökvakristalskjám (LCD) með gervihnattarásum og þessi sjónvörp eru með kvikmyndum (gegn gjaldi) og netaðgangi í sjónvarpi (aukagjald). "Gott hótel á frábærum stað."Metið af Omar E frá "Garðabaer, Iceland" þann 25. ágú. 2011
Hótelið er frábærlega staðsett í hjarta miðbæjarins og stendur við göngugötu þar sem mannlífið iðar, með verslunum og veitingastöðum. Þrátt fyrir það eru herbergin þannig staðsett að þegar inn á þau er komið heyrist lítill sem enginn hávaði frá götu. Herbergið var með skandinavísku yfirbragði, smekklegt, þægilegt og þrifalegt. Mikill kostur var að hafa kælingu í herberginu enda heitt í veðri (35-37°C). Þá var minibar á herberginu og ólíkt því sem maður á oft að venjast þá var verð á því sem þar var að finna mjög hófstillt. Þjónustan var mjög fín og starfsfólkið bæði hjálplegt og elskulegt. Aðstoðaði m.a. við að panta "Airport Shuttle Bus", benti á spennandi staði (og veitingastaði) og aðstoðaði við að finna þessa staði á korti. Það starfsfólk sem ég átti samskipti við talaði allt ágæta ensku, sem er ekki sjálfgefið í Búdapest (og enn síður þegar komið er út fyrir borgina). Get varla nefnt neitt neikvætt um þetta hótel en ef ég rembist við að reyna að tiltaka eitthvað þá hefði gjarnan mátt vera boðið upp á fleiri erlendar sjónvarpsstöðvar (var einungis BBC) ekki síst þar sem allt sjónvarpsefni í Ungverjalandi er talsett og því hefur maður ekki hugmynd um hvað verið er að tala um. Jafnframt hefði morgunmaturinn, sem var innifalinn, mátt vera meira spennandi. Brauð og þess háttar var frekar þurrt og eins og hálfstaðið en þessa reynslu hef ég reyndar frá mörgum öðrum hótelum í Evrópu og get því vart sagt að þetta sé stór mínus fyrir Promenade hótelið sérstaklega. Heilt yfir - mæli eindregið með hótelinu - frábærlega staðsett og "worth every penny". :-)

"Almost perfect"
The hotel is on the most well known tree lined blvd in Budapest. It is easy to find. Great location for high end shopping. Everyone in the hotel was very nice and helpful. No issue for people who can't speak Hungarian. Room was nice, clean, quiet. Free Wi Fi in room. The towel warmer was a treat. They allowed us check in early when our over night train […] arrived early in the morning from Prague, so we got to relax and fresher up before going sign seeing. The only down side is the the hotel is a bit of walk to all other attractions near the Danue. I'll still recommend to others. Lesa meira

What stood out at the Mamaison Andrassay was the customer service. All staff were welcoming, polite and keen to help. Excellent English and made us feel like valued guests. The hotel lobby interior was stylish and the (double) room was well decorated, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was large and the bed was enormous! Free wifi very welcome. The […] hotel is not in the most central location, but the public transport system is so good that it really doesn't matter. Bus and metro stops are within a minute's walk and there are some good cafes and restaurants within the locale. We would thoroughly recommend to anyone. Lesa meira

"Only 3 minor personal niggles"
Stay was very good. Staff were polite, helpful, didnt laugh at my attempts at Hungarian and spoke English well. If you needed a staff member they were easy to find. The bedroom was of modest size but bathroom was impressively large. Both were clean, with a good amount of storage space. Supplied towels were good quality. Easy access to Heroes square, […] the subway, and a short walk to the Octagon, various eateries, opera house, basilica etc. I would go back again. My niggles: Room service bills, TV choice, size of lifts. The exchange rate (£1 : 270HF) cannot be helped but I thought the room service charges were excessive on top of a food price which was already very high. I was tempted at some cheaper options but was told the sandwiches were not available and a pizza would be 40-50mins as they ring out for one, I redressed and walked the 15mins to the Octagon for some shops, Thankfully for my tired feet I found a convenience store a shorter distance away and got a late supper plus lunch for the next day. I would recommend buying food this way if on a budget to cut down on the costs of pemanently eating out. TV choice is only a minor problem. There was little choice (BBC World, Eurosport, CNN business?) of free TV in English. This would be OK as I'd rarely want to be spending time in a hotel room if abroad. But a couple of days of walking around the many sights, and a late night Spa returned me to my room at 10.30pm with tired feet and wanting to watch a bit of television. I had world news, share prices, and 5 min slots of obscure sports interspaced with 10 min ad breaks. The Hotel is not responsible for TV schedules or programs, but the choice in English was dull. The pay-per-view movies suffered from the exchange rate, with a viewing of 1980 comedy, Airplane, costing over £7. At home this is £3 to buy the DVD. The hotel is quite difficult to find and remains beter known as the Hotel Andrassy. The building has an interesting history. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and had a delightful balcony. A shame that the towels were old and worn. Laundry charges were extortionate even by hotel standards. Like previous guests, I was amazed […] at the costs for breakfast and parking. In the end we paid an additional 40 euros per night for 2 pretty ordinary breakfasts and the parking. A business colleague joined me at breakfast and had a coffee for which I was given a tab for HUF1008 (4 euros) The desk manager did waive this when challenged. Great hotel and great service, good value for money though does the breakfast need to be 17 euro? But it is optional and enough places in Budapest for breakfast. It was very nice to get back to our room after a long hot day of walking around the city. Would definitely come back again.
"Quiet yet Central"
This was a great experience ... not my first time in Budapest, but my first at this hotel. Staff were pleasant both before and after my arrival and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel restaurant (Baraka) is wonderful, and the yellow line subway at Bajzsa utca is only a block from the hotel. There are many embassies in the area and a morning […] walk down quiet, tree-lined streets is very nice. A few blocks from Heroes Square which is a historian-tourist's highlight. I will be back. The hotel is in the perfect position for sightseeing and just having a walk on Andrassy. I found the staff just lovely. I was welcomed at all times with a smile. The breakfast is not up to scratch but dining was good if you can avoid the mosquitoes.

"Mamaison - vicino Oktagon"
Buona posizione, hotel che consiglierei tranquillamente. Uniche pecche: prenoto per un letto matrimoniale (quindi largo 160cm), mi viene dato un letto ad una piazza e mezzo, nonostante nella prenotazione avessi scelto una double; Telefono all'albergo la sera che dovevo arrivare, e non trovano la mia prenotazione da hotels.com... Dopo altre 2 telefonate, […] risolvono il problema: non và assolutamente bene!! In tutto l'hotel non hanno un adattatore per il mio normalissimo caricabatterie del laptop (normale spina a 3 connettori, con la terra), mentre in tutto l'hotel tutte le prese della corrente elettrica sono a 2 soli fori... non c'è il bidet: in un hotel 4 stelle (prima erano 5) mi pare d'obbligo!! La colazione è esageratamente cara, costa paraticamente come un pranzo, e non ne usufruisco. Per il resto tutto ok. Lesa meira
"Mamaison - allt var bra tills vi skulle checka ut"
Som rubriken antyder: allt var superbra, fräscha rum, nära till kommunikationer och så vidare. När vi skulle checka ut påstår kassakillen att vi köpt en flaska champagne och nötter och vill att vi ska betala det. I slutändan slapp vi betala, men det visar på bristande kommunikation.

Voor romantisch uitstapje naar Boedapest begin april in Adrassy Hotel verbleven. Nette moderne kamer met goede en grote bedden en ondanks dat het hotel aan de brede Andrassy Utca ligt, was het 's-nachts heerlijk stil. Klein minpuntje was een wat groezelige vlek op de sprei. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vlak bij het hotel is een metrostation […] waarmee je zo aan de Donau of naar Buda komt. Boedapest is een heerlijk ontspannen stad met veel te zien en doen en met gezellige terrasjes aan het water. Ook nog opera bezocht in t Russisch met Hongaarse boventitels dus was wat lastig te volgen, maar ze schijnen soms ook Duitse boventitels te hebben. Al met al een geslaagd tripje. Lesa meira

"Malmaison Budapest - høy standard i paradegate"
Hotellet har høy standard og meget god beliggenhet i en av Budapests paradegater. Metrostasjon 100 meter fra hotellet gjør at man kommer ned til sentrum på under 10 minutter. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Hotellet ligger i Andrassy utca som er nydelig strøk med flere ambassader som nærmeste naboer. Mye grønt og ganske stille. Rommene har ganske store altaner, men stolene her kunne vært mer komfortable. Romprisen var litt i overkant siden frokost ikke var inkludert. Restauranten i hagen har god mat og god service. For å komme dit fra sentrum, må en ta […] Metro nr 1 som er den eldste metroen i Budapest og går bare noen få meter under gateplan. Alle stasjonene er pene og velholdte, og banen går ca hvert 3. minutt. Kan absolutt anbefale hotellet. Lesa meira

"rip off"
This is not a 5 star hotell, its defefinitly a rip off. They charge you for everything (16 € for parking and not even a garage), and at our stay they hardly cleaned our room (ok, we got discount but anyway...). If you looking for a 5 star hotel this NOT the place where you wanna go.
