"Nice Hotel- in middle of nowhere"
Hotel is nice, clean- the desk staff could use some work... since this hotel is in the middle of nowhere they do find it easy to charge top rate prices for a basic room. The nearest food is 15-20 min away and there is construction on the main road that takes you there so figure 20 min drive. Mostly mom and pop eateries.. and so due to the lack of FOOD […] nearby it really blows. But for the ONLY civilized hotel in area this is it... Lesa meira

"Best Western Albany Ky"
This hotel was not clean. There were cobwebs all over our bathroom, and the shower curtain was disgusting. The stairways had dirt caked all over the carpet. There was nobody at the front desk when we arrived. We had to call on a service phone, and wait several minutes for the person to show up. Apparently she was doing hotel laundry, as well as working […] at the front desk. Lesa meira
"Great location in Albany"
This is my second visit to this hotel. The first was five years ago for my brothers funteral. The hotel is just as wonderful today as it was then. I highly recommend this location.
"High Price for No Comfort"
We stayed here thinking we would be staying at a nice hotel as we usually do with this hotel chain. We were very mistaken! The beds were very firm with little to no padding, we had to use the comforter on the bed to make it a bit softer. The bed was also very bouncy, when my husband or I would turn to try to get comfortable the other would bounce up […] and down like we were on a roller coaster. The breakfast that claims to have "On Average 17 items daily" well that was only if you counted, butter, syrup, ketchup, salt, pepper and jelly. There were very few items available and since there are not "breakfast" restruants in the near area it was very disappointing at best. We will NOT stay here again. Lesa meira
