"Sercotel Palacio del Mar - our stay"
Although not too close to the town centre for shopping, the football stadium is only 2 minutes walk. We were amazed that for almost the same cost of staying at an Ibis Hotel we were provided with such a large deluxe room. The staff although not fluent in English were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was closed for the evening but the menu […] for the day and bar food was all freshly cooked and very good. We would definitely stay there again if visiting or passing through Santander. Most important as we were trying to sort out our business at the same time - free WIFI and no hassle Lesa meira

"Great place to stay in santander"
Location of this hotel is great. It's within a few minutes walk to the beach and is near one of the main bus stops that will take you into the city center. The cafeteria/bar below the hotel is very convenient and the staff was very helpful. My room had a large patio with views of the sea. I would stay here again the next time I am in Santander.
"Very comfortable and very clean"
We stayed in Palacio del Mar in early September 2009. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 11am. We were told by a friendly receptionist that the room would be ready by 1pm so we went to the beach, which is only about 300m away. the room was not ready on our return so we had to wait additional half hour during which we checked Santander's attractions […] using a Google machine in the reception area-very convenient. Because we had to wait for the room, the hotel granted us free access to Internet during our 2 day stay. The wait was worth it though. The room was huge, stylish and very clean, so was the bathroom. The only bad point (not major though)-there is not a single English tv station. We had Eurosport in other hotels we stayed in during our holiday in Northern Spain. Overall an excellent stay! "Palacio de mar, demasiado nombre, pero esta bien"
Demesiado llamarlo Palacio de Mar, pero ciertamente las habitaciones son muy amplias, luminosas y con gran limpieza. El servicio de habitaciones es muy atento y educado, asi como la recepecion, que explican todo con amplios detalles. A pesar de no estar cerca del centro tiene una parada de bus a 100 metros, por tanto, no hay ningun problema. Una zona […] tranquila, sin ruidos. Sin duda para volver. Lesa meira
"Palacio del Mar: Impresionante habitacion"
Escogí este hotel porque era el que más cerca quedaba del Palacio de Exposiciones. Reservamos una habitacion doble, pero nuestra sorpresa fue enorme cuando subimos a la habitación y vimos que nos habían dado una junior suite, con un salón enorme. La habitación, enorme y limpia, y con dos TV (una en el dormitorio y otra en el salon). Vamos, que muy recomendable. […] Supongo que repetiré el próximo año. Lesa meira

Habitación amplia y en buenas condiciones; la recepción funciona muy bien, nos informaron de todo lo que necesitamos y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. Me llamó la atención la exposición que tienen de trajes de torero. Un poco alejado del centro de Santander pero bien comunicado con autobuses. Recomendable.

Un hotel que nos sorprendio gratamente, tanto por la habitacion amplia y tranquila como por su situacion y parking. Lo recomendamos.

Cercano a las playas del sardinero, no es dificil de encontrar. Buen ambiente,trato y muy bonitas instalaciones. Habitaciones espaciosas muy muy comodas y camas de grandes dimensiones. La relacion calidad precio es muy buena, recomiendo este hotel a todo el mundo.
Hotelli on ulkoa päin hiukan ankean näköinen, mutta sisältä ihan laadukas. Alakerran kalaravintola on hyvä. Sijainti vähän kaukana keskustasta, mutta rauhallinen ja kävelymatkan päässä beachilta.
