The Staff are great at accomodating you needs and their were a lot of things to do at the hotel. It is also very close to the outlets and lots of beautiful places. Loves the steam room in the showers and steam rooms at all the pools. Enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean, staff were friendly. Bed was good as far as hotel beds. I have stayed in more comfortable ones, but not bad. Staff and location was great. The walls are thin. We could hear what was going on beneath us and to the right of us. Luckily it quieted down as we were going to bed. Kind of hard to navigate thru the whole building. The outside is beautiful and the inside is just mediocre. "Close to the snow covered mountains."
This hotel was great to stay at. The steam shower was a great addition to the room amenities. The layout of the hotel was a bit challenging due to the size of the establishment. It was odd to be offered a time share when I checked in, but at least the staff quickly and politely relented. Indeed, the staff were all very nice and helpful. It's not their fault they work in a monstrosity of a "hotel" that's planned like a soviet era missle bunker. "Huge complex great shuttle,concierge and ski valet"
The check in experience through expedia was awful! We paid in full but there was no record of it at the hotel. We had to double pay and deal with it once we got to the room. That being said the concierge made us amazing dinner reservations weeks ahead of Sundance and she also arranged transportation to and from the airport. The ski valet was great, […] quick and friendly. The room was very dark and dingy and the cleaning service was late in the day several days. You had to go to 3 separate floors for your room, your ski locker and the ski valet. The chair lift was very close to the hotel and the mountain was terrific. Be ware that The Canyons has nothing to do after the mountain closes. There are 1-3 restaurants there. You must go to Main Street, Park City for any action. Lesa meiraÓsvikin umsögn gesta á Expedia

It is the most confusing hotel we'd ever stayed in & this was echoed by fellow guests. No skis/boards/shoes permitted in the room so to 4th floor for shoe locker then to 6th floor to skis/board locker. To get from one section of the hotel to the other, to 4th floor for linkage. Resort has a lot to offer for the entire family. The kids(teenagers) loved the huge indoor outdoor pool, ping pong, game area, and independence to jump on the slopes whenever they pleased. "Great Place to Stay in the Fall"
The hotel is beautiful, and located right up on the mountain. I don't ski, but it seems very ski oriented. It was perfect for seeing all of the fall colors though! I would like to say that it takes a good amount of time to check in, and you might be pulled aside and offered a time share. The jetted bathtub does NOT fit 2 people!Ósvikin umsögn gests á Hotels.com

We do apologize for the check in time. We have many different room types and layouts. Some of your larger villas have larger whirlpools that fit two people. "Nice place"
We had 2 rooms reserved and they stuck us completely opposite ends of the resort. i asked for them to be close, even in the same building and they would not accomidate us. This is a very nice resort I just thought the customer service lacked a bit.Ósvikin umsögn gesta á Expedia

The room, a suite, was beautiful and beautifully maintained. The room was comfortable and great for a multiple day stay. My biggest complaint about the resort is that it is so darn confusing, food and snacks are located in very inconvienent locations if you are staying in the Bison Lodge and quite frankly, the parking is absymal! "Great stay"

"Slightly Underwhelmed"
The room was spacious and had all the amenities we expected. The layout of the hotel was slightly confusing, but okay once you got used to it. Once we checked-in a worker took us to their time-share desk to give us a sales pitch. It took only thirty seconds, but was annoying because a) I don't like sales pitches when I'm trying to enjoy a vacation and […] b) I hadn't even seen the inside of my suite. There was a blood stain on one of the robes and the sheets and the floor just didn't feel clean. Other then that, we had a big open suite with a jetted tub, large shower with steam feature, full kitchen, and fireplace. It's super close to the canyons. "Overpriced for a dirty small room"
It was terrible, the room they put us in was dusty, it had candy wrappers on the floor and deodorant sticks laying next to the TV. This obviously means they do not thoroughly clean their rooms. They tacked on a resort fee of 17.96 on top of the reservation so don't be fooled by the free parking marketing stunt. Overall I will not stay there again. "relaxing getaway"
We didn't get to complete our entire stay due to a family emergency, but we did enjoy our dinner at the Grill , food was great, dessert was very good- enjoyed the chocolate sufle with icecream and the scenery was very beautiful. I enjoyed the spa services , which was very relaxing. We will return to this hotel. "Much nicer than expected."
I expected a nice room but it was suprisingly nice. Bed was not especially comfortable, seemed old with dips in parts of the mattress. Great food on site and nearby. "Fabulous Place to Stay!"
The hotel was a 5 all the way around. They have the best amenities of any other place I have stayed from steam rooms and saunas at the pools, adult pool, indoor/outdoor pool and also an outdoor pool, steam rooms in each bathroom in your own rooms and beautiful grounds! Nice room but not the best service...we were told we had a king bed and Jacuzzi hot tube, we ended up not having either one. Also the light in our bedroom kept coming on every so often by itself and we would have to get out of bed to turn it off!
