It was a very quaint and livable place. It was like having your own apartment. I actually enjoyed it more than a hotel..

With some of the reviews I did not know what to think..with Graduation I did not have much of a choice. Rooms were fine..great location, All good I would stay there for an overnight again for that price..you can't beat it.

When I arrived I noticed the club that was in front of the hotel, loud and in full swing. At the front desk there was a line waiting for check in. The clerk was new and in able to work the computer. He wasn't able to check people in and assign rooms. One couple left and I/ others waited. After he tried many times and many phone calls, he just started […] handing out room keys. I went to my room and find 2 double beds not a single queen. I was tired and just accepted it. In night to I made to calls to the front desk for rooms partying well into the night , both past 3 am. Rooms are old and badly need updating. Beds are very hard and pillows flat. I will say the rooms are very clean and kept, but are showing their age. Lesa meira

I think the hotel managers must check the condition of the room including the bathroom...thoroughly. The moment I got into the room, the odor that greeted me is a foul smell in which after I checked, came from the bathroom which looks like it wasn't flushed for days. I brought the issues to the front desk who said that they're going to take care of […] it but they didn't. Did I mentioned I stayed there for three days and they didn't even bother to offer me to move to another room. I thought the hotel need a little more security. The minute I was hauling my suit case up to my room with my family two guys ran into the lobby trying to hide. Than two cops came after them. Not how i wanted to start my vacation. They need to lock the doors after certain time. No regards to the guest who lives their.

When we walked into the lobby the smell of urine was very strong,. we were informed they allowed dogs. The Kid behinded the deck was very disrespectful, calling me "dude". I'm not a dude. He informed me that the room we were staying in was a pet free room. We walked in the urine smell was just as bad. We pulled the bed spread down and the sheets were […] COVERED in hair... Bugs, poorly trained staff and got stuck on the top floor, which smells like a 1980's bar. I used to enjoy the chaos here. Now it is just annoying. Stay away.

It was a bit better than expected for off-brand accomodations. The room looked and smelled clean and was comfortable for our 2-night stay.

I have stayed in a lot of motels in my life this was the worst 1 ever..... it look more like a rehab building with all the druggie there they just aren't going to therapy.... the beds were terrible.... and the smell was god awful I couldn't sleep had bad headache from it....... so please everyone sleep in your car or under a bridge

The place was well maintained and clean, staff was friendly. On the down side, the bed was about as hard as the floor, and pillows were just about as bad.

We were just a little dissappointed that the housekeeping is only if you are staying seven days. We had the room, which wasn't a bad room, for three nights and we had to collect fresh towels at the desk. Over all, it was extremely close to where we needed to be and clean enough for our needs.

Room was not very clean, overall it looked ok but once you start looking closely you realize it needs attention. The good thing is that it was a truly non-smoking room.

The towels were like as thin as paper and felt just as stiff. They were a little bigger than a hand towel. The a/c did not kick on at times even at the coldest temperatures. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. The floor was not that clean.

The hotel was a great location for a UCF visit and the staff very friendly. Even though I slept very well, they need to invest in new mattresses, as the mattress was very old.

The room has a smell to it. The sheets had worn holes in them and the comforters were old. The bath room had mold in the corners of the tub. I would not stay here again.

Honestly it was bad, from the moment I walked in I was given a key that did not work, then I went to the desk again and it was supposedly fixed and again it did not work until I realized there was someone taking a shower there, the young men working in the desk went to the room and confirmed that the room was occupied, then for the third time he did […] issue a new room, the towels I don't consider them towels, they don't even wrap around your body extremely thin not to mention is you are overweight the towel will not help you dry your full body, the room smelled and there was a dead roach in the from when I walked in, not planning to stay there again. Sparce room- not enough towels, sheets hard, no mattress cover on bed- uncomfortable, not enough pillows, no room cleaning the next day. Room was clean, but nothing special.

Hotel was adequate for our stay. Price reasonable. Parking good. Surrounding area has all the necessary comforts for a short stay. Concerns couch rather dirty. Towels old and rough feeling. The beds were hard as a rock, one was cut open all the way across like somebody was hiding something in it. The cable/tv was broken, the tub was broken the room was dirty. The lights in the parking lot were so bright you couldn't sleep. There were dogs barking down the hall.

Close to UCF so we stayed overnight as we moved our son into his college dorm. We checked in around 11pm and were greeted with a liquid package in the toilet. I understood after using the toilet a couple of times that this was probably because you had to make sure the toilet flushed if you didn't want to leave a gift. However, didn't the maid service […] see this? We stayed in the room anyway. Then the tv gave us half a screen. The young clerk brought in a tv from another room and, voila!!!, didn't work. We were exhausted, so, we went to sleep. The next morning, we didn't need a wakeup call because the maid service woke us up with their loud chattering outside the room as they supposedly were cleaning rooms. This is probably the reason our room wasn't cleaned. We spoke with the front desk staff on duty and of course, she couldn't do anything because the manager wasn't onsite. This hotel has spent nothing on upkeep and renovations. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds known to man kind. I actually got up in the middle of the night and left because the beds were so uncomfortable. Rooms are not cleaned daily. The white towels are so old they are grey. The list could go on and on. No water in vending machines for 2 days. Old couch in room which I did not want to sit on. I'm an athlete and in good shape and I slipped and fell on slippery front entrance walkway - this would have really hurt my mom or grandma. It was conveniently located near ucf for my graduation ceremony. The cleanliness of the room is what turned us off. The beds didn't even have fitted sheets on them, just a flat sheet that didn't cover the whole matress. The cups in the cabinet were dirty and we weren't even given a sponge. Beds were more "spring" than anything else. Uncomfortable, and I felt like I was sleeping on a downhill slope. No one came to clean the room the 1st night - and the towels were almost see through. I travel a lot for business and pleasure and have never complain of a hotel. The spring on the mattress where creaking and stabbing me on the back I was not able to sleep for two nights. The couch on the room has never been clean it was so dirty we did not dare to seat on it. This hotel is not worth staying at. Their high speed internet is not high speed. They state on their website that they have " Access To Fitness Center". When I asked about this I was told it was no true. I had to go and buy access to a fitness center. The staff was rude and did not even get off the phone. If you are looking for a business trip,this is where to go.No need to drive to find a real restaurant to eat . Some fast foods restaurants right at your doorsteps or in front of the Hotel.A gas station right besides the hotel also.And the rates are lower than all the other hotels on University Drive.
