"Washington Marriott at Metro Center hótelið"Metið af Sigtryggur Si frá "Iceland" þann 24. des. 2011
Frábær staðsettning í göngufæri við helstu merkisstaði og söfn Wasingtons. Herbergin rúmgóð og hlíleg, Morgunverðarborðið eitt það allrabesta sem fyrir finnst í Bandaríkjunum. Starfsfólkið hjálplegt og yndislegt í alla staði. Mæli með þessu eindregið.

"Good stay for overnight or longer"
We stayed here overnight between flights. Fantastic value and a good allround hotel. Comfy beds, good sized room and easy access to restaurants. Friendly staff and good complimentary breakfast. Would stay here again and even for a longer period.

"Very Nice"
4 stars, Two thumbs up. Thanks for being my favorite place when I am on the road. Customer Service, Room, Amenities, Convenience, Price, everything was first rate.

"Great Weekend place"
Came for the Udvar-Hazy museum, and used the hotel as a base for Washington exploration. Easy access so we took the Metro from Vienna station off 66 where parking was cheap and access easy. Only negative on the hotel is that there is very little place to hang anything. Must have been designed in California or Florida where they don't have to wear c […] oats.! Lesa meira

"Convenient for IAD"
Good hotel, get what you pay for. Nothing amazing, but clean, comfortable and well located. Breakfast could have been better - only toast, cereals and coffee / juice (pay for extras), but plenty of parking, good sized room and nice to have sofa area. Only 10 mins drive to IAD.
"LUV THIS HOTEL"
I had a very nice stay at the Hyatt Place Dulles South. The rooms were very nice the beds were GREAT. The mini fridge was handy and the tv can be seen in all parts of the room. The desk clerks were helpful and nice. EVERY time I come to DC I will be staying here. THANKS

"Shuttle not early enough"
I have stayed at Hyatt Place Hotels before and have been pleased with the everything about the hotel. I was happy to see one so close to Dulles, with complimentary shuttle and a good room rate. I booked it so my friend wouldn't have to drive me from Springfield to Dulles for my early morning flight home. It turns out the Hyatt Place shuttle doesn't […] start until 6:15 AM. I needed to leave the hotel at 5:00 AM. I should have called to ask, and failing to do so cost me the price of a cab ride. I was otherwise happy with this hotel. Lesa meira

"Hyatt Place near Dulles airport"
Great proximity to the airport (9 miles), adjacent to highway, EASY check in and out, GREAT rates, cozy environment, sofa bed, fridge, EXCELLENT service, GREAT FREE continental breakfast and modern decor.

All that was missing was the plush robe. The location was nice and convenient. Sofa was a bit stained and sodas were pricey. I would stay here again.

I recently stayed here and enjoyed it. The hotel was close enough to dc for me to take my kids to see all the sights. I chose here because it was a better price and close to both dc and the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay the night before leaving from DC to bike to Pittsburgh on the C&O Canal Tow Path and GAP. It was close enough to DC that it was not a long trip to get right into the middle of town. There were places to eat within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and we will stay here again next year.
"Good quality for the price"
If you get a rental out of Dulles then this hotel is definitely a good alternative. It is not far from Dulles, and offers great rooms at good prices. It's quiet and has a good restaurant. But you must have a car to get here - it really is far away from 'DC!

"Great place for a great price"
We had a great experience. We have 4 boys and my wife and I and we were very comfortable. The only downfall is the breakfast. While there were tons of cereal and some fruit and all the toast you could eat, there was really no substance. You had to pay for your eggs or waffles and they weren't cheap either. About $8 for a small thing of scrambled eggs. […] Not such a great deal but it was all good though. Overall, we loved it and we will definitely go back. Lesa meira
We had the most awesome crew for our stay!!!!. We had Dan who I believe was the front desk manager and everyone else who was there. Only 1 small problem when we had rain comming in by the small kitchenette, we had a small get together planned and had to find a few new tables away from that. "One of the best hotel in the area"
It's a great place to stay with family It will be even better if they improve the wireless internet signal strength because it's difficult to connect if you are in the room.

Very nice hotel. The front desk guy was very help full . Although there was some confusion regarding the reservations made thru hotels .com and the information not reaching this hotel correctly the front desk guy handled all this issues very nicely. Free Break fast was also good. Rooms are all clean and updated.

This was another wonderful stay for our family. We love the Hyatt Place hotels. They are always comfortable and plesant experiences. This one was within walking distance to good restaurants. We tried a new restaurant and loved it. I always recommend the Hyatt Place hotels.

"Value for money..!!"
We celebrated our son's bday at hyatt. My family and brothers family stayed here for one night. Stay was comfortable but not room service. We asked for sugar and creme sachet but phone operator denied and told us to collect from the front desk. Complementry breakfast was not THE BEST type. It was okay.. Not many items at all. "Hyatt Place Dulles South"
Went on business for 4 nights. Clean, very comfortable. Wide screen TV is a plus. Bed was unusually comforatable. Good for business travelers or couples. Can't comment on amenties such as pool, breakfast, etc., as I didn't use them. Would definitely stay there again.
"Nice hotel"
Stayed here on the way from Illinois to the East Coast for one night. Weather was rainy so we could not use the pool. Breakfast was limited.
"Convenient to Dulles."
My family chose this hotel for its convenience to Dulles (for the night before an early AM flight). We also wanted a relatively larger room to give our two small children some space. The Hyatt Place was perfect for us. The service was great (desk staff was helpful, housekeeping had our requested crib ready and waiting) and the room was well laid out […] and very clean. The hotel is reasonably close to Dulles and near enough to the Air and Space Museum's Udvar-Hazy center that we were able to dash over there (a must for plane buffs). The only drawback is the relative dearth of dining options in the immediate area, but if you have a car this is not a real problem. Would definitely stay here again! Lesa meira
"Excellent"
This hotel is clean, well furnished and in an excellent location. The pull out couch worked well for our toddler. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was courteous. The only difficulty we had was some confusion with some staff over the welcome credit offered - some of them were not aware of the offer. Will absolutely stay there again.

"Hyatt Place - The best"
I know that when my wife and I stay at a Hyatt Place hotel, it will be the best. The one at Dulles South was very nice. We would stay there again.

Everything was fine. The only thing is the occasional heavy traffic from hotel to DC. This could take from 30min to 1hr.

Although the room was nice, I was very dissapointed with the customer service, as well as the complimentary breakfast (no hot food). I don't think I would stay here again.
"Had A Nice Stay"
The Hotel is clean the staff is nice and the continental breakfast is a satisfying start for the day. Our family of five really enjoyed how big our room was and we also had a fridge, microwave and small sink. It is a little far from DC though. We drove to the Vienna/Fairfax metro station just so you know there are no bathrooms here and took the orange […] line into Washington DC. We have three boys and it wasn't that bad for us but some families may have a hard time being that far away.
